I am trying to place an order and it won't go through, what can I do to place my order?

THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
