I have been a customer for well over a year and a half. Today was absolute ridiculous. I just needed to activate a number for my 3rd line. I was on hold 4 times with people that either couldn't understand my simple request. I choose to avoid the hassle over the phone but then there was a 30 dollars price difference for what I wanted. Back to the phone and again they had me on hold for 40 mins each time. After 4 phone calls and a supervisor I got the issue resovedl and they still charged me for the hassle. I'm definitely leaving this company as soon as I can afford too. Customer service is thee worst!
I've been with Boost for about 6 years. Everything was great until about 4 months ago calls started dropping. About the time Dish took them over. I chalked it up to the big 5G switch, so I upgraded to a 5G phone. This was fine for a while. Still occasional dropped call, but no biggie. Then 3 weeks ago both my husband and I were both getting "network unavailable for voice calls" when we'd try to make a call. Incoming calls were not coming through, and neither were texts. Basically our phones were worthless more than they were functional. To make a long story short my husband spend 4 hours over 3 days trying to get them to unlock his phone. He gave up on that and spent another 2 days trying to get them to release his number which he had before he had Boost. He kept getting the run around so he decided to cancel and get a new number with a new carrier. I stuck it out longer because I just bought a new phone and they won't unlock it until I've had it a year. After a lengthy online chat they told me they would be sending updates to my phone and I'd be reimbursed for the time I couldn't use my phone. Neither of these things happened, so I'm cutting my losses and going elsewhere.
Daniel at the Iowa City store was very patient, kind, and easy to approach with my questions about upgrading my phone. 10/10 would go back. If that man gets a bonus or a promotion GIVE HIM ONE! Answered all my questions I had and even answered the ones I didn't have. The dude absolutely crushed it.

State Line Ave. Texarkana Tx or XTREME WIRELESS for $200.00 is beyond uncomprehensible. The actual pricing for this item is $59.99 in store. I feel really upset as a loyal customer being told that I can not get a refund or the rest of my money back..
Boost Mobile is currently asking users to change the network sim in their phones. If you get a notification from boost telling you you need to upgrade and that your phone is compatible with the new network. DO NOT DO IT.
If your cellphone is 3g or even 3g with 4g the sim upgrade will LOCK your network unless.
Boost customer service will then put you in a maze of frustrating bull. In the End Boost will then tell you you need to buy a new 5g phone.
Why would a company do that to their customers is beyond me.

I don't ever write a review but I had to on this. Do you like reps that can barely speak English and ask for you to constantly repeat yourself? Do you like a phone system that you can't navigate easily because they try to keep you from talking to a human? Do you like it when you spend hours on the phone trying to get a number ported in? Then Boost is the Company for you! I have never had such a unpleasable experience as I have with them. Leaving going elsewhere!
I've been a valued family plan customer with Boost Mobile for at least five years now and "Customer Service" has most definitely gone down hill. My recent incident this year was when I added another phone line to my existing family plan. Customer service acted like I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about with their advertised "3 LINES FOR $100" and proceeded to debate with me over the phone. I'm just like …Boost Mobile customer service, You don't know your own company's promos?! Afterwards, they screwed up my family plan and payment due date (never mind the fact of hours I invested on hold and debating with customer service before THEIR issues were resolved).

I made a payment on my account the day the payment was due which was Saturday. Today I get a message saying my phone is off. I call to see whats going on and if I can atleast get an extension now since can't pay until Wednesday they said no I'll have to call a local store and ask for one. Then I said we'll i can't call my local store can you atleast transfer me since all my calls get forwarded to customer service they said no. I said can I talk to a manager and they said no. Worse service ever they don't care about noone but theirselves.

Trying to swap out an old Boost phone for a new Boost phone. Website said I couldn't swap my new Boost mobile phone. Absolute nightmare! If you need help with anything good luck getting through to a human being. The call service is completely computerized and will keep trying to sell you a new phone or service. After an hour and a half I finally managed to get someone on chat. He then proceeded to also sell me a new phone and upgrade to my service. I just needed some tech help! So incredibly frustrating! Tech determined I had to buy a new SIM card. I needed it fast so I paid extra to have it overnight delivery. Here I sit the 2:30 pm the next day and the SIM hasn't even left the building yet! I contacted them after another 30 minutes of phone hell, and managed to get someone from India explaining that I ordered too late the previous day. Anything after 12 noon won't be shipped over night. Nothing on the website states this! Meanwhile I could've already ordered from Amazon and had the thing delivered by now! I told them I wanted a refund on the expedited shipping cost. They refused. Called again to cancel the order and was told the delay in shipping was due to weather. OK So they're clearly lying! And then refused to cancel the order. I guess they'll have to take that up with my bank, because I cancelled the charge to my card. Just do NOT do business with this company!

I changed the card I was using to automatically pay this account on the day my payment was due. I contacted them to let them know but they cut off my service anyway. The customer service for this company is terrifying, like you would think they were purposely being terrible and rude. You can barely get service anywhere in North Carolina and still get charged full price even though you barely can use your phone. They have secret loop holes that won't allow you to switch company's even though your purchase whichever phone in full cash. I've been lied to by the call center workers numerous times. Even the managers at the call centers are terrible. You would think this company would be sued and shut down by now because how terrible they are. I have to wait 12 months in order to get away from this prison camps phone company, I have 5 more months to go. Prayers are appreciated.
