Excellent quality in a timely manner thank you very much Melissa Dean H the quality was better than expected I would highly recommend these to anybody who hunts camps or fishes or hiking
I have looked at the website a few times and finally made my first purchase. AS SOON AS my order confirmation showed up in my email, I get another one from Bonanza telling me that the seller has been removed and to file a claim through my method of payment. They just waited for a purchase to be made to remove the seller? And offer no help, just go file a claim with someone else? Truly unbelievable. This website does not offer enough protection to buyers, yet is a very welcoming place for scammers. I can't believe it is still around.
We ordered through this site and the merchant was someone called Whespers. Then, two days later, BonanzaMatthew sends an e-mail saying Whespers is no longer associated with them and to file a claim with whatever vehicle you used to pay for the non-existent ordered item. Really. How convenient for Bonanza after the fact to disclaim any responsibility. This place is a Rip Off. Stay with a reputable merchant like Amazon.
I have been on the site as a seller ( free) no subscriptions for about a month. I signed up for the 13.9% commision which advertises you on google. I have not made a sale yet and maybe 2 views per day. Most of my items have sold on ebay. They give preference to subscribers. I'm not sure how to rate them yet. Love the easiness of setting up a booth. Limited traffic. As long as I am making sales on ebay, My listings can hang out for a while here.If you are a new seller and need to make money, I recommend ebay. If your import from ebay, bonanza automatically adjust your price. Sometimes a bit to high.
I make a purchase and the seller canceled it within five minutes and refunded the money back to me. The vendor is very dishonest and Bonanza can't do anything for it.
Hi Wesley,
Thanks for taking the time to write this review and so sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. It sounds like the seller may have run out of stock of the item you purchased. We'd be more than happy to dig into this deeper for you however. Can you please email us at support@bonanza.com so we can better assist you? Thanks!
My recommendation is AVOID BONANZA like the plague! I had a horrible experience with a seller that went by the name "Earlen." I order two items through PayPal, each a separate transaction. I followed the tracking information, but never received either item. The first purchase was sent to an address in the next state and hundreds of miles away. The second purchase was sent to an address in another city in my state but more than 100 miles from where I live. I contacted the seller multiple times requesting a refund and got now where, just responses like "what canI do for you?" I contact Bonanza multiple times and all Bonanza did was contact the seller, telling the seller that I had a question and wanted to hear from the seller. NO HELP AT ALL FROM BONANZA! I tried calling Bonanza a few times, but only got a recording in Spanish with no opportunity to leave a message or talk to someone. BONANZA IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF! I submited a claim to PayPal and am hoping to get the refund owed to me, the amount of $98.40.

Searched the net for a hard to find product. Found it on bonanza.com. The item I purchased on 1/17/2020 has never shipped. Seller appeared to be "onlinedeal805" but my PayPal account shows the seller as "soelectronics". Bottom line, I have been emailing back & forth with Bonanza and PayPal regarding payment for non-shipment of purchase. I am now in the process of filing a claim with PayPal.
Hi Nancy,

I've been on this site a long time and finally made my first sale. My customer was not sent a check out link after I approved the sale. I was unsure what to do about this and so I created a new listing with the item and sent the customer a link to purchase... which they did. I then received an invoice from Bonanza for 30% of that sale. I was surprised by this so I reached out to their customer service. It turns out the 30% fee was charged BECAUSE I sent the customer an email... which I wouldn't have had to do had they been provided with a link to check out. The fee would have been lower had they been able to purchase the first time they tried. I've been going back and forth with customer service and they can't seem to understand this. It shouldn't be this difficult.
Hi Marnie,
Thanks for leaving this review. Sorry to hear about the trouble and sorry for any confusion. In our email exchange we did let you know the buyer received the checkout link, but for some reason chose not to complete the process. Since neither of us heard from the buyer we are unsure why that was. When an invoice is created, the FVF applied depends on the advertising level a seller selects. Since you had chosen the 30% level, that was the FVF applied to the transaction. So sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you. We would be more than happy to provide further detail or assistance if you wish. Please feel free to reply to our email thread. Thanks!
I've wasted YEARS listing and tweaking my listings on Blownanza.com, but they have NO traffic, NO views, so NO SALES! What a letdown. MINUS 10 STARS, and I wish I never heard of these overpromising bullsh*tters!
Hi Brandon,
Thanks for the comment and sorry to hear about the lack of traffic. As you know there are many factors that contribute to a successful booth. We'd be more than happy to review your account in detail and offer suggestions as needed. If you can, please email us at support@bonanza.com so we can better assist you. Thanks!
This company will connect you with sellers. When you try to give the seller a bad review for being a lier they will not allow you to live a bad review. So others will continue to believe they are dealing with honest sellers.
Hi Felipe,
Thanks for leaving this comment. We would love to help you leave a review indicative of your experience with a seller. Can you please email us at support@bonanza.com so we can better assist you? Thanks!
DO NOT BUY FROM BONANZA OR ATTICTREASURESGALORE!
THEY ARE THIEVES!
They took my order and billed my credit card. Then they sent me an email saying 'item out of stock'.
They did not refund my money! After numerous emails to them, they still have not responded.
THEY ARE THIEVES!
They have $39.39USD of my money. Not much. But if they STEAL this much from someone every day, it will earn them $14,377.35 in one year. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!
(If they return my money, I will retract this review)
Sincerely UNHAPPY!
Hi William,

Your booth is awaiting review by our team, it should be activated within the next 48 hours. Items are legitimate & on 3 other sites.
Contacted customer service 2 weeks ago & still haven't received a reply.

Bonanza is horrible to sellers. It wasn't always this way, but the past year or two has shown them to be irresponsible, unreasonable and downright thieving. I was a long time, top-rated, trusted seller, with paid membership and money in my shipping fund, One - note that, ONE sale went south with a seller who threatened me, lied to me and sent me back an item that was chewed up by an animal. I offered a partial refund and they just booted me off the site with ZERO explanation. When I inquired they said, and I quote, "Due to security restrictions, our team is unable to provide further details involved with this action. " So that's that. They refuse to respond to further queries. How can a person know how to fix a problem when they don't know what it is? What about my shipping funds sitting in my account? What about sales I'd recently made and any potential issues those buyers may have? Usually there aren't any, but you never know. Now those buyers cannot contact me. In short, Bonanza's business practices have become god-awful, are actually against some fair business practices in the U.S. and they make no move to further discuss an issue. They just ignore you. Strongly urge sellers to avoid this site. They used to be a friendly, fun place with nice management. Now they act like a gestapo-wanna-be. To be so irresponsible, inadequate and unreasonable begs the question, just how old are these people running this site and do they have any experience in business other than bilking sellers out of their money with false promises of traffic if you "just pay for the gold/titan membership..."? Speaking of false promises, they're filled with those, too. They should be charged with false advertisement and their horrible business practices should be looked into by someone who can do something about them.

Total lies. The website said shipped in 1-5 business days. I placed my order on December 10 2019. They shipped it December 20 2019. Took my money that day thou. The seller and bonanza both took my complaint about the shipping being so late, that I was afraid I would not receive my package by Christmas I was assured from the seller that I would have my package no later than Christmas Eve. I received it on December 27 2019, so after Christmas and the seller even went so far as to tell me that if I would have just called ahead to Missouri, n paid extra then I would get it on time which is so stupid when I live in Illinois, and I paid the shipping at time of purchase. This is a horrible place to do any shopping from. I will stick to eBay and Amazon, even if u pay alitte extra at least you get your package shipped when they say they will. HORRIBLE SERVICE
I decided to move some of my shop inventory over to Bonanza, just to try out the platform, as I heard they were a decent place. After uploading some products and getting my Virtual Assistant to help me with my Booth (as I have never sold on this platform before), I got a sudden notification from Bonanza telling me my Booth was put on hold indefinitely because Bonanza believed I had another seller's account.
They claimed I owned a shop named Boujie. I responded to them immediately to tell them, I don't own two accounts. In fact I just recently decided to sell here.
I contacted the support team as I was prompted to do, and also contacted my VA, asking her if she ever heard of the booth name. Apparently, the store had been her prior client--and I was stuck in the middle of the mess.
I immediately informed Bonanza of the misunderstanding, letting them know that if there was any info they needed in which I could prove I did not own the account they were attempting to link me to, I was more than willing to provide it. I waited several days for a response from Bonanza, and after hearing silence for 48hrs, I began fervently emailing them.
They responded to me today only after I called them out on their unprofessionalism and the fact that I had to practically beg to get a response. Hayley from support at Bonanza, simply sent me an automated email, stating the same thing I knew already: Bonanza linked my account to this random Boujie store, and I was shut down. She even had the gall to tell me that I was free to keep running my 'Boujie store', one I did not own, nor had access to.
I normally don't even write reviews, but to be accused on something I did not do, and be punished for it, and essentially to have Bonanza lie on me, instead of trying to actually figure things out---I can't even express how DISGUSTED, I am with this marketplace.
The worst treatment of a PAYING seller!
If there is anyone even considering selling on this platform, I would strongly advise against it. I would never, ever wish such a terrible experience on anyone.
Hi J T., we're very sorry to hear about the trouble getting started on Bonanza. We understand how that would be frustrating. Please respond to our support agent's most recent email to get back in touch. They will be glad to continue assisting you with this matter. We appreciate your interest in Bonanza!
After purchasing a pair of glasses, bonanza.com informed me that the model I paid for was not in stock, but they had a similar, lower quality model they asked if they could send instead. Classic bait and switch. When I brought this to their attention the customer service team became rude and volatile, then refunded purchase.
Hi Lee C., we're sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. We understand how that would be frustrating! Bonanza is a marketplace that connects buyers to transact directly with individual sellers. Bonanza expects sellers to be polite and ensure their listings match their inventory. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that our team can take appropriate action.

I ordered a shirt for my son and never received it. Bonanza deleted the seller's account after I filed a complaint and they instructed me to take the issue up with PayPal rather than taking responsibility for it's sellers. Absolute scam.
Hi Edward P., we're sorry to hear about the trouble with your son's shirt order. We understand how that would be frustrating!
Bonanza is a marketplace that connects shoppers to transact directly with individual sellers. Sellers are expected to uphold their end of the transaction. We greatly appreciated you bringing this to our attention so that we could take appropriate action.
Regarding the payment for your order, Bonanza does not process any financial transactions itself. Shoppers pay sellers directly using a payment processor such as PayPal. One of the reasons Bonanza requires sellers to accept payments through PayPal is that they provide a level of protection in the unlikely case that there is an issue with your order. Filing a dispute with PayPal will remove funds from the seller's account while PayPal awaits a response from the seller, forcing the seller to act. A dispute on PayPal will count against the seller, and if the seller is unresponsive to multiple disputes, PayPal may take further action against the seller's payment account.
For your financial security, PayPal does not permit Bonanza to file a dispute on your behalf, but our support team will be glad to help guide you through the process, Edward P. If you encounter any difficulties or have further questions, please do not hesitate to email our support team at support@bonanza.com. Thanks again for reaching out. We appreciate you shopping on Bonanza!
I bought an expensive jacket that doesn't fit. The seller states that they accept returns within 30 days but will not help me return it. I realize that is on the seller. However, I used the link to request Bonanza customer support and they have not replied to two requests for help. And it's been a week (says they will reply within 48 hours). Beware if you get a bad seller that you're basically screwed. What a waste of money :( I will be telling everyone I know what a scam this site is.
Hi Mel E., we're sorry to hear about the trouble with your jacket order. Bonanza expects sellers to adhere to their stated return policies, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. You had the right idea by contacting our support team directly. Did you contact them via email at the address support@bonanza.com? They are best able to assist through that channel and will be glad to help.
If you already emailed support@bonanza.com but did not receive a reply, please DM us here with your email address, Mel E. We'll be glad to sort this out and connect you with our support team. We appreciate you shopping on Bonanza!
From the beginning of my communication I was impressed with Bonanza customer service. I was asking for a woman's jacket to be cut for a man. They were MOST accommodating to every thing I was asking for and their communication was effortless and very timely. I was pretty astounded. They are a great company to work with.
Hi Scott C., thank you for your review. We’re pleased that the seller of your order was accommodating and provided you with excellent customer service. Thanks for being a part of the Bonanza community — we look forward to seeing you on Bonanza again soon!

Answer: Not fake but not a good site to do business
Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.
Answer: Sellers can create and offer coupons with zero limitations ("Sell on Bonanza > Edit booth options > Discounts & Coupons").
Answer: I set up my account with Bonanza and their platform is pretty much the same as setting up an account with eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. What problems are you having?
Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
Answer: Yes and the answer be sure if ya are absent minded of being taken advantage of..
