They are big scam. I paid for something and never got my order. Never even got a shipping confirmation. When try to contact them, they said it's through a 3 party sellers and they cannot help me. Gave me a fake phone number to contact the seller.
I received my order fine(a book) but the day after I ordered, the phone calls started to come in from Canada & Australia. I live in Michigan. I received 12 phone calls(all different numbers & ID's) in 4 days... they stopped today.
This company completely sucks! I was a seller years ago. They banned me after 1 sale and accused me of taking money and not shipping product... they kick me off immediately if i sign in... i give 0 stars
There is a big delay between order and shipping and Bonanza washes their hands of deal once it is placed. They don't know what the term customer service means.
Ordered 6 of one item. Received 3 of a different item. Sent email. Messages and pending feedbacks. NO response. Sellers site says No refunds, which is fine with me if the correct items are sent in the first place. Here is your 28 dollar chewed up pencil. Sorry it wasnt what you ordered, but there are no returns. Sorry we cant help you with the stealing we just did. And I hold Bonanza responsible for allowing this sort of business to sell on the site. BEWARE and shop somewhere else for your own piece of mind and $$$$
They make sellers advertise as "only 1 left in stock" even if the item is made after ordering. I expected fast shipping because it was really expensive. It's been well over a month now and still haven't received my item. When I told customer service they responded that since the seller explains how they make the item it is a logical conclusion that it is made after ordering. How they make it doesn't explain when they make it. Doesn't sound logical to me! Bottom line is "only 1 left in stock" means there is actually one currently in stock. I brought it up with PayPal and got no recourse from either Bonanza or Paypal.
Complete FRAUD! I cannot believe they are still in business. Fake sellers and products. A great way throw your money away and get nothing in return. Literally. Just read all the one star reviews. The 5 star reviews are fake, of course.
I ordered a t-shirt on June 9th for Fathers Day, the email confirmation stated that this would be shipped in 3-5 business days, it's now June 30th and it doesn't even show that the shirt has shipped, I've sent two emails requesting confirmation as to when to expect the shirt to be shipped/delivered with no response. I will never place an order through Bonanza again.
I thought I'd give the Amazon workers a break, and I'm about to end up in a protracted dispute over a cat litter system switcheroo. A seller is advertising the new XL version, while shipping out the smaller, older model that we're replacing around the house; charging me almost double for it to boot. No response from the ethically-challenged Bonanza despite their own BS "promise guarantee" and no option to even leave feedback, makes for one damning online experience. Never again. UPDATE: I recommend going straight through Paypal to mediate. After a few email exchanges with the vendor I held my ground and got my misspent money back.
Poor service! I called to inquire what happened to my order and they said they were delivered and I had to call the Post Office... That it wasn't their problem. The Post Office told me they were delivered in Texas. I live in Washington. I contacted them back for a refund and never heard anything.
My seller didn't ship the item from the until 10 days after to purchase. Customer service is almost non-existant and their review system gave the seller 811 five star reviews despite selling just 23 items. The should pack up shop.
I was in desperate need of an auto part and found what "appeared" to be a legitimate seller with over 1000 good reviews on this site so I made the purchase. Well, after shipment tracking hasn't updated for nearly a week, I attempted to contact both seller and bonanza. Zero response from seller vis email and bonanza messaging and voicemail says "full". Bonanza cust. Svc. Has been nearly as useless, not responding for days and then offering horrible resolution. Right now, they have stolen my money with no recourse. Started a paypal dispute.

I did not receive the product I paid for and they never responded. The site may seem legitimate, but if they do not respond when one tries to contact them, it must be SPAM. Never again... Bonanza. Worst. Stay away from this site
I purchased off Bonanza and my experience was good, but I had an advantage, I am an active seller on Bonanza and I am a member of the forum so I see who is active and I go to them. For the buyers I am SO SORRY that you are angry and disappointed. For the sellers... every story is different. I work hard on my booth, really really hard. I get a few sales, nothing great to shout off the roof tops., but I know that if I build it the buyers will come. Right now buyers do NOT know that I exist. I think my job is to advertise my booth, and also try to help the buyers who are angry. I want to help them have a good buying experience. I want them to come back to me again and again. I don't care if I get one sale per month, or 3 sales per week, of course I want ALL the sales every single day and with work I will. Right now, I want you the buyer to come look at my booth, and think about me. Do I have something you like? How can I help you buy form me? Email me, what will make you happy to come back to me? I am not Amazon or eBay, but it is true the customer MUST be first. One day at a time and one person at a time, I can do it. Please stay safe https://www.bonanza.com/booths/LadysClothesJewelry
My first experience with Bonanza was years ago when I ordered an ipad for my mother for Christmas. The seller had poor communication and at the last minute my ordered was cancelled with no explanation and I was scrambling to buy an ipad with just days until Christmas. I swore I wouldn't use Bonanza again. Fast forward March 25th 2020 I decided to give it another go and purchased some monitors I needed to set up my home office. Seller told me when payment is cleared they would ship. I saw my account was debited on March 26th but didn't receive any communication from the seller. I reached out on April 2nd to ask if it had shipped and I was sent an email saying that my order had been shipped. On April 6th I was feeling antsy about my order, because I needed these monitors to perform my job properly, I again reached out to the seller requesting a tracking #. A couple hours later I receive an email and I quote "I apologize, but we're actually out of stock on this item. Bonanza did not update in time to aura that we are out." What?!?! So now I have to reorder these items and wait for them to come in. How frustrating. So for sure I will never purchase through Bonanza again!
For my purchases i buy has **TOP RATED SELLER** and no problems.
GOOD site, support and services!
RECOMMANDED!
I ordered seeds, they never arrived, I inquired both through Bonanza and the seller's email, no response from either, and when asked to review the product the Bonanza site would not let me give my review -- it would not accept a 1-star review no matter how I worded it. I would never order from them again -- even if the seller alone were at fault, the Bonanza site was worse than no help.
The first clue should have been that they dont have a customer service department or even a working email address. I have sent several messages and no one responds. The hat band was fraying apart and was stained everywhere. It looked very used.
Bought an item on March 12th, still no update from seller or bonanza, I contacted the seller with no reply so I contacted bonanza.com and got a bs email sending me after a goose chase to get my money back, DO NOT SHOP at bonanza.com, very dissatisfied and disappointed
Answer: Bonanza has an internal customer service department that can be contacted directly at support@bonanza.com, or you can click on the "Contact" link found on the footer of any page on Bonanza.com
Answer: Not fake but not a good site to do business
Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.
Answer: Sellers can create and offer coupons with zero limitations ("Sell on Bonanza > Edit booth options > Discounts & Coupons").
Answer: I set up my account with Bonanza and their platform is pretty much the same as setting up an account with eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. What problems are you having?
Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
Answer: Yes and the answer be sure if ya are absent minded of being taken advantage of..
