Does buying various levels of advertising accounts on Bonanza increase sales bring in enough to be worth the expense? Any other helpful knowledge to know about switching from eBay to Bonanza? I know Im looking forward to focusing on my listing content and pricing at a good price instead of all the ebay bs that prevents focusing on whats important!

I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.

For us Bonanza was a very big waste of time, on the surface, yes they supposedly have lower fees but we could not even get our items listed here without paying for the higher level of service. Bonanza does Not return emails. They have little to no exposure and a very bad reputation. We have had issues with ebay also but they do pick up the phone to address concerns. Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, all miles past this rinky dink rip off site called bonanza.

I paid the fees to have the whole 'store'. Never sold a thing. Furthermore, there were severe technical problems with the eBay co-listing function and I never got assistance from support. Never, in spite of weeks of bug reports and pleas for help. These folks are so not ready for prime time.

You can sell a few things but the fees can add up when you get a 16% fee when you sell an item off of next tag. If you have a 1,000 items you might be ok. I got alot of lookers of my items but people are affeaid to buy out of my booth. They are complete fools not to advertise bonaza. Is the CEO of this company must be an idiot not to. It reminds me of the owners of the Colorado Rockies that are to cheap to pay any good players and thwy wonder why there team sucks so bad. Do you really want to sell on a site that is ok with being a loser. The platform and how they set up the site is really quite refreshing and easy to use and gives sellers hope this site is the next big company. They have no phone support which sucks and they advetise it as a good thing. I'm ok with it if I was to sell more items since the site set up is so good. The bittom line the site is great and has alot of potential but I'm calling out the management out at Bonanza for being cowards and letting down all the sellers that put there money and time into selling on this site. You need to step up fast and big and have respect for your own company and advertise like a champion before the people working with you to make your copmany jump ship. All kinds of people want your site to work since ebay is a bunch of communist and want to run the online world and basically said we don't believe in then American way of freedom. They vasical tell people if you don't like selling on our site and our crazy rules and fees find a better place to display your products. Ebay stores info on you and everything about you a sells it to other companies and it should totally be against the law. As far as treating sellers good and having a great plat form to sell I give bonanza a A+ but how well you can sell on bonanza I give them a D+ to a C. All they have to do is advertisevthere site and stop using the sellers to bring you in money with out advertising your site. I'm calling out the CEO on bonanza. Step up and do your job. Don't be such a $#*!. Give Seattle the great name Bill Gates did. Don't give Seatle the reputation most the US has in there mind already which is a cool music city with a bunch of laid back drugies in itvthat can't get out of bed to even wash there dread locks.
