I ordered a shirt for my son and never received it. Bonanza deleted the seller's account after I filed a complaint and they instructed me to take the issue up with PayPal rather than taking responsibility for it's sellers. Absolute scam.

Bonanza is a marketplace that connects shoppers to transact directly with individual sellers. Sellers are expected to uphold their end of the transaction. We greatly appreciated you bringing this to our attention so that we could take appropriate action.
Regarding the payment for your order, Bonanza does not process any financial transactions itself. Shoppers pay sellers directly using a payment processor such as PayPal. One of the reasons Bonanza requires sellers to accept payments through PayPal is that they provide a level of protection in the unlikely case that there is an issue with your order. Filing a dispute with PayPal will remove funds from the seller's account while PayPal awaits a response from the seller, forcing the seller to act. A dispute on PayPal will count against the seller, and if the seller is unresponsive to multiple disputes, PayPal may take further action against the seller's payment account.
For your financial security, PayPal does not permit Bonanza to file a dispute on your behalf, but our support team will be glad to help guide you through the process, Edward P.
