If you have a problem with supplier, Bonanza will do nothing to help you except tell you to call the supplier. If nothing else it was a "lesson learned." I'm out $43 but it could have been much more i guess. I will never again order from new compamy withour checking reviews carefully.
I bought a windows 10 from a seller. As an after thought I quickly called and asked Microsoft if they were legit. Microsoft said they were a rip-off seller, and I could not find anyplace within Bonanza.com to stop the order. Then I communicated through PayPal asap, but the seller still charged my account the next day. If Bonanza was legit, they would have a place to cancel an order. They do not! Do not shop there!
I ordered a hoverbard and it came in perfect. This is my 3rd hoverboard purchase (other 2 from another site) and the other 2 were nightmares. This one came on time, right color, packaging was great and customer services was awesome. They emailed me to get a phone number for the package. We did have a language barrier but we were both professional and was able to work through it. Thank you!
This is my second month on Bonanza and I have sold about USD1800 worth of merchandise. So for. Out of that I have about USD150 profit. It is an awesome police to show from. You gotta spend money to make money though
I made an offer for an item - priced at $29 - for $25 I had to accept that if the offer was accepted, that I'd pay. Sure I said yes.
I get an email "Your offer for $42 was accepted, please pay!"
I double checked before I sent, and now I'm stuck.

The site is no help to protect the consumer. When you buy something from one of their matches and you try to get the product return the sellers don't respond to you and Bonanza tells you to file a claim with PayPal. WTF! WTF!
Worst business online that I have ever dealt with. They never helped me with an unprofessional and non responsive seller who never did give me confirmation or delivery status. I tried contacting the seller (ceoparent... beware of this worthless seller) many times but only got one apology email that did not help. I waited 10 days and finally knew that this was a scam. I contacted Bonanza several times during this horrible ordeal, but they continued to send me emails with the same links and answers that did not comply with my questions. I even told Bonanza I was canceling and then sent me the same emails before. They also told me to contact the seller... HELLO! The seller does not respond! I contacted Discover and they are taking care of the transaction so these sick people don't get my money. This was so ridiculous... over a stupid storage cabinet. I give Bonanza and copartner seller -1,000 stars. Beware of this site!

I purchased a Osmanthus heterophyllus 'Goshiki'- Tea Olive/ Variegated Holly Leaf plant. It came very well packed and looked even better than its picture! I would definitely deal with this vendor again!

It was my first time dealing with Bonanza.com i found them from random searching for my jacket. I do not regret my decision to order from them. Everything went perfect and i will use them again in future. I am sorry icannot upload a picture the item i purchased was bought for a friend at work. But the jacket was amazing

I submitted an offer to Linda Zeagler for a bag she was selling. I got no response. I upped my offer to just a bit below the asking price. Again. No answer. I reached out to Bonanza's customer support TWICE and got no response either time. This is my second attempt using this site. My first time I purchased an item only to have to put a stop payment on it after 6 weeks because the seller never sent the item, never responded to e mails. TERRIBLE site, TERRIBLE sellers!

The seller on this dreadful website was a SCAM artist! My son saved weeks to purchase a gaming chair, which we never received because this transaction was a scam! We will NEVER use Bonanza ever again to make any purchases and urge you do to the same! And since the seller used PayPal, it is out of Bonanza's control to stop payment for us, how convenient and try telling that to a 10yr old!
Poor service! I called to inquire what happened to my order and they said they were delivered and I had to call the Post Office... That it wasn't their problem. The Post Office told me they were delivered in Texas. I live in Washington. I contacted them back for a refund and never heard anything.
I love the Bonanza site even though sales are not as good as on ebay. I did notice and increase in Bonanza traffic once I started adding to my description that this article can be purchased for a lot less on my Bonanza site and then I would give my Bonanza id.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering anything on Bonanza. I ordered a power cord for my lap top, was given a tracking number for Fed Ex. Fed Ex has sent an Email saying it was transferring my package to USPS, and now my package is no where to be found. I'll stick with Amazon, I've never had this kind of trouble with them, their delivery is on schedule and I have never trusted Fed Ex.

I found Bonanza while googling an item I was looking for. This site has the best price for what I was looking for. The item arrived earlier than expected and was high quality. Will shop on bonanza a lot in the future!
This company will connect you with sellers. When you try to give the seller a bad review for being a lier they will not allow you to live a bad review. So others will continue to believe they are dealing with honest sellers.

I thought I'd expand out from the current ecommerece platform that I'm using and try my luck with Bonanza. After conducting a search for possible competition with similar products, I was shocked to see some of my own listings literally copied from my current selling platform into Bonanza. I contacted the company, they suggested that I send them 'Cease and Desist' orders for the copywrite infringements, so I did what they asked. In the meantime, I thought I had nothing to worry about 'they will do the right thing attitude', while waiting for the copied listings to be removed I opened an account, imported my listings from the other selling platform, and then, I received a message afterwards 'our system is preventing us from opening an account for you at this time...' and suggested other sites I could list on, and closed my account down.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
