We purchased a sofa from Wayfair that arrived on June 18. We then spent $200 to have put together, only to discover that it was missing parts. We called Wayfair and we were told that the parts would get shipped out in a few days on June 22. We were fine with that. We gave away our old furniture as we waited to receive the parts. They never came. I called again and I was told there was a delay and that the parts would get shipped out in a week, but that I would have them by July 2--- before the holiday weekend. On July 3, I called again and I was told there was yet another delay, this time until August 21! Apparently, the parts they would have sent over would have come from another sofa... and they preferred to sell the sofa to someone else rather than rectify the situation with us. I am writing this as I have been waiting on hold for over a half hour to speak with a manager. Wayfair just lost a good, long time client.
