I did a review of a terrible lighting company last year. The company put my review in for dispute and I was told I need to provide documentation. Fair enough--- on January 5,2023, I sent Junaise documentation and emails backing up my claim. I thought it was resolved----2 weeks later on January 17, I get the same thing from Samir. I started to get annoyed, told him to refer to my previous email. I was told I needed to resend everything, so I did. Now here we are 7 months later and I get the same thing YET AGAIN from Hassin. I sent an email blasting their incompetence, their record keeping and their lack of professionalism. The moral of the story is that you can be an awful, cheating, deceptive business, but if you hound Trustpilot often enough, they will take down your review. Honestly, use Yelp, they can't be bought like Trustpilot.

Getfloorsonline.com - also the Catalfamo Gallery out of Ft. Lauderdale will seem to be a good deal--- until they overcharge you for shipping, deliver damaged goods, give you 15 minutes to inspect it (it takes at least 40 to get through all the wrapping) and then tell they tell you they will not honor broken tiles. I finally received all my tiles piece meal. My contractor was able to start the project about 2.5 weeks after that. After breaking the old tile and prepping and laying the drywall, he was finally able to start laying tile. When he got to the last 2 boxes, he saw they were all broken. I advised GetFloorsonline and received nasty emails from Marcia telling me I had waited 2 months and they wouldn't honor it. I let her know she had a problem counting days, and it was barely a month later. She said she STILL wouldn't honor it. Thank goodness, after explaining everything and sending pictures to my credit card company, they said they would take care of it. Horrible company to deal with if a problem arises.

This customer was charged for the shipping they agreed upon. Furthermore, we ask the customer to inspect the material at the time of delivery and notate any damage. If the customer notices damage after delivery we ask that the customer contact us within 5 days of delivery to let us know of any concealed damage. 5 days is a reasonable time for customers to inspect. 5 days is the time the carrier allows up to file a claim with them. In this case, the customer only needed to inspect 13 boxes. The customer did not notify us of any damage until 36 days after delivery. That is well past a reasonable time to report the damage. The customer disputed their credit twice as they stated above. Both credit card disputes were closed in our favor. There is nothing horrible about our company, we will work with any customer if they are reasonable.

Sadly, while there are many good, honest salespeople on their site, I have encountered 2 that have taken my money, do not respond and over a month later I still haven't gotten my product. The latest one is Eurohand- Ozen Gunes. Etsy's attitude is sure, we'll give you a refund... and then allows the person to continue selling on their site. Their customer service is obviously out of the country with your standard foreign responses (They always sympathize with your situation) and they are anything less than the 'human' that they claim to be. Horrible customer service, so disappointed. Great concept to help the small business owner, but marred by their unwillingness to boot the bad guys from their system.

Tip for consumers:
If you get your merchandise at all it takes a VERY long time

We purchased a sofa from Wayfair that arrived on June 18. We then spent $200 to have put together, only to discover that it was missing parts. We called Wayfair and we were told that the parts would get shipped out in a few days on June 22. We were fine with that. We gave away our old furniture as we waited to receive the parts. They never came. I called again and I was told there was a delay and that the parts would get shipped out in a week, but that I would have them by July 2--- before the holiday weekend. On July 3, I called again and I was told there was yet another delay, this time until August 21! Apparently, the parts they would have sent over would have come from another sofa... and they preferred to sell the sofa to someone else rather than rectify the situation with us. I am writing this as I have been waiting on hold for over a half hour to speak with a manager. Wayfair just lost a good, long time client.

I started a petition to make Florida a No Kill State for shelter animals---I invested time and money to do blasts and had over 4000 signatures. Change.org all of a sudden, and with no notification, removed my petition and refuses to answer my emails. Not quite sure how this could possibly offend any decent human being. Bec Wilson, Fbien Chazot, Danny Moldovan, Mike Jones, Ben Rattray and Mark Dimas: What the hell is going on over there!?

I submitted an offer to Linda Zeagler for a bag she was selling. I got no response. I upped my offer to just a bit below the asking price. Again. No answer. I reached out to Bonanza's customer support TWICE and got no response either time. This is my second attempt using this site. My first time I purchased an item only to have to put a stop payment on it after 6 weeks because the seller never sent the item, never responded to e mails. TERRIBLE site, TERRIBLE sellers!
