Beachboy product are ALL counterfeit! Do not buy from them unless you like broken dvd's: scratch, open and messed up! I flag all the counterfeit, you know what? They are still there! Do you know why? Because it does sells a lots and they got commission for it! Thay are FRAUDULENT!
So far, so good. This is a young site is still in its "growing" stage and trying to get established. I sold on eBay for years and got tired of paying their outrageous 10% fees on EVERYTHING I sold. Plus eBay's customer support is a joke. A bunch of 3rd world country, barley speaking English, idiots. I feel this site is going to be a HUGE success, just wait and see.

I ordered a t-shirt on June 9th for Fathers Day, the email confirmation stated that this would be shipped in 3-5 business days, it's now June 30th and it doesn't even show that the shirt has shipped, I've sent two emails requesting confirmation as to when to expect the shirt to be shipped/delivered with no response. I will never place an order through Bonanza again.
Experience = terrible. If you want a happy face and at the same to be treated like you don't matter, then this is your place! Purchased a new high-end LG display and was shipped a refurb and they have done NOTHING to remedy it other than to push it off on Amazon Pay (which won't resolve it for weeks).
What in the hell is going on here? My grandma and i ordered a shirt from 'Left Lane Style' (a booth on the website that I am getting the shirt from.) It said it would arrive in 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS! IT'S BEEN PAST THAT. 3 days later, it says that it was in route... Just yesterday, July 2nd 2018 it says it shipped... If the $#*! doesn't arrive, I better figure out a way to get my damn money back because this is ridiculous. Please do your research before buying from a website, plus the booth is only 2 states away from me... This website is not trust worthy.

You are all wronge! I have been selling on Bonanza for 6 months now, and I have already sold 389 Items! :) I love Bonanza, anytime you have a question, you get live chat help right away. Any time you have any question, the community & Bonanza them selves help right away. As for ya'll not selling anything, maybe it is the products you are selling. And not enough inventory too! I have over 1,583 Products for sale on there like perfume, makeup, candles, ect... People search for my products through bing search, google, and jut from the bonanza site! I love bonanza, everyone there is very friendly, helpful, and it is a wonderful site! I have been selling online for 17 years, & I think I know what I'm talking about! And also, I have very small selling fees compared to other selling sites._____ Vincent there is not scammers on Bonanza, and the payments they accept on there DOES have buyer protection, like paypal, google checkout & amazon checkout!
Bonanza bans you and removes your listings for review for no aparent reason or explination. I did nothing to violate their terms, but still they removed my listings for administravtive review. Also they said their review takes 24 hours or less, its not going on 48 hours with no response from them or resolution. Still not able to list my items, what a horrible site...
I ordered from the Haub_Shop on the Bonanza website. They printed a shipping lable but never sent the item. They also do not respond to any emails I have sent them. I searched everywhere try to find listed email or phone # for Bonanza with no luck until I left a negative review. They couldn't care less what happens to their customers on the website.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered something, it never came. When I logged a complaint with both Bonanza and the individual seller I got nothing but cold shoulder, inattention to my needs, and very poor customer service
My chair arrived well packaged and when opened I was so glad to see that it was just exactly as advertised: newly renovated, re-glued and refinished. It was clean and the upholstery was immaculate. I am very pleased with my experience with Bonanza and Stickyard Antiques.
I had three stores on Bonanza. For years. I didnt sell much it doesnt get much traffic. Today I go to log in and all three are shut. Suddenly and with no warning or reason given. I was told I was deemed high risk. As to what that means or what I can do to address their concerns I am given no clue. I am a professional full time online seller with my own website and I sell on Ebay and Etsy also. No issue. I am not high risk. Im disgusted with how I have been treated and with their system in place. Terrible terrible.

The response from Bonanza that they are linked with the Better Business Bureau and that means something is bogus. I have reported what happened to me with the BBB. Bonanza.com simply reply with the same canned response. There is no customer support here even when reporting to the Better Business Bureau. The behaviour from Bonanza.com remains disgraceful as a business. There is no intermediary with the BBB.

I am a single mother of 6 children, I ordered a doll for my 3yr old daughter and have not received it but my pay was taken. We dnt have much as we have just moved out of the homeless shelter and with the litfke money I have I want to at least get my children 1 gift each, I can't even afford it but I did manage too save enough to get my only girl a baby doll for 2016 Christmas. Now I'm in tears. The seller took my money and is not responding to anything. My order ID not even pulling up.
The suspended me because I complained about what fraud they were forbfalse advertising they are recommended sales site. They are super expensive and scam you into buying advertising programs that don't work. You haven't pay for these programs that advertise you will get 8 times or more in sales. The government should shut them down for fraud. False advertising and telling lies to the public should be against the law. Don't waste your time on this site. Sell on Mercari or eBay. I sold 18 times as many items on Mercari than Bonanza. Don't't believe the hype or the fake hypevfrom Bonanza. There unethical and to cocky. There a mini eBay were it's really hard to sell items on. Not worth the time and money on this fake site. I tried selling on her forb6 months and I discovered there a fraud the hard way.
I bought a customized Chicago Blackhawks Jersey. The product arrived quickly and the quality was excellent. I ordered 10 more for friends and was on a tight timeline. Even from China they arrived within 10 days. Communications was very good.
I've been on this site a long time and finally made my first sale. My customer was not sent a check out link after I approved the sale. I was unsure what to do about this and so I created a new listing with the item and sent the customer a link to purchase... which they did. I then received an invoice from Bonanza for 30% of that sale. I was surprised by this so I reached out to their customer service. It turns out the 30% fee was charged BECAUSE I sent the customer an email... which I wouldn't have had to do had they been provided with a link to check out. The fee would have been lower had they been able to purchase the first time they tried. I've been going back and forth with customer service and they can't seem to understand this. It shouldn't be this difficult.

In our email exchange we did let you know the buyer received the checkout link, but for some reason chose not to complete the process. Since neither of us heard from the buyer we are unsure why that was. When an invoice is created, the FVF applied depends on the advertising level a seller selects. Since you had chosen the 30% level, that was the FVF applied to the transaction. So sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you. I signed up to sell on Bonanza on the 26th of December 2020 by the 19th of January 2021; my account was closed with no explained reason(s). Although I was already selling on their platform, the email from Judy stated "our system is preventing us from opening an account for you at this time". I read many reviews about their abrupt suspension, but I did not believe it until I became a victim! I made four sales within 3weeks and paid all the requested fees. It was a shame that Bonanza acted this way.
I will advise potential sellers to have a back-up plan for their eCommerce store as Bonanza is VERY UNRELIABLE! So disappointed.

I purchased a $69 expresso machine thru them, the machine was used and defective when it arrived. I had to pay$25 to return it and thank god, I paid via pay pal so hopefully I will get a refund once it is returned via the tracking number and USPS. I ordered another thru AMAZON and their service is superlative. From now on, I will never purchase thru this bogus company.
I just want to say for my first time using Bonanza it was the best most honest experience of my life. Thanks to my seller Tom for being honest and making this soooo easy. I bought an PlayStation 5 for my son from Tom and when I tell you he kept intouch through email, text, and phone calls letting me know my item would be late because of ice winter storn but soon as the storm subsides UPS will deliver. Ok the day he sent off my son ps5 he called me and given me personally tracking number recieved my son ps5 next day. My seller tom text me to make sure I recieved and thanked me for shopping and making it easy for him which he made it easy for me not to stress knowing theres so many scams out there. If your reading this review trust bonanza its a great company and their are awesome sellers working. I pray that everyone experience is as easy and awesome as mine. Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
