I ordered a control board relay on June 30,2020 and it is now almost 3 months later and still have not received it. Bonanza repeatedly sends me out an automated response message apologizing for not getting the part, yet do nothing about it. All 4 enquiries got the same response. There is no real person behind their support except an automatic email of apology. Never buying through Bonanza again!
This is the worst online service you can work with. I have an order for my daughter as a Christmas gift for 3 weeks ago and still no respond. Please don't order anything from them. You will be disappointed
Save yourself. Run away. Whatever discount you see is negated by the disaster that is this site.
In efforts to diversify distributors, I ordered baby formula from Bonanza reluctantly given the only delivery option of 7-10 business days. I ordered it early to ensure a buffer.
The formula never came. As the supply started to run low, I contacted the seller and Bonanza and received no response. I had to find another supplier and pay $100 to accelerate delivery so I could make sure I would not run out of food for my infant. About 3 weeks after my order, I received an updated automated email that my order has shipped and would be arriving in "approximately" one month.
Timing and events speak for themselves, I don't even have to express an opinion using adjectives like horrible, unacceptable, offensively bad.

Mark, I hope you're reading some of these comments. I had a store long ago that I closed due to moving away for medical treatment. Any shipping issues from when I was quite ill were resolved satisfactorily. I now have staff working for my store, have a very successful eBay business, and went back to Bonanza. After entering credit card info and paying $$$ was immediately suspended with no explanation and given no opportunity to respond or appeal. This is nonsense. My newest hire has just been tasked with pursuing the matter with the Better Business Bureau and legal counsel. What a shame that Bonanza has come to this. As a totally legitimate seller with a glowing reputation, I didn't try to mask my identity. Bonanza staff long ago were aware that I was closing shop due to serious medical issues and had indicated they looked forward to having me back. Not so, apparently. As there is nowhere to appeal unjustified "immediate suspensions," we are forced to pursue other routes.
Take most of these 1-star reviews with a grain of salt. It depends on how you use Bonanza, the platform is well designed, clean and intuitive.
3 Star for now.
Expect to use the platform to run your ad campaigns and google shopping.

I have been on the site as a seller ( free) no subscriptions for about a month. I signed up for the 13.9% commision which advertises you on google. I have not made a sale yet and maybe 2 views per day. Most of my items have sold on ebay. They give preference to subscribers. I'm not sure how to rate them yet. Love the easiness of setting up a booth. Limited traffic. As long as I am making sales on ebay, My listings can hang out for a while here.If you are a new seller and need to make money, I recommend ebay. If your import from ebay, bonanza automatically adjust your price. Sometimes a bit to high.

I sold on B during the early days when the forums were active and busy and had quite a bit of success. After they shut down the forums though, my sales dropped off and the site seemed to become a bit harder to navigate. I disagree with the reviewers here who call it a scam site since I did have overall success there, but in the end the amount of effort wasn't worth the income.

I ordered a dog crate cover through Bonanza; it was sent to the wrong address, and the people at Bonanza sent another one, no questions asked. When that one arrived it was the wrong size. I received an immediate refund. Very professional, quite responsive, and very speedy. I would order from them again!

Online shopping can be hit and miss. Frankly, no matter what site you order from, unless you're familiar with the brand, you take a chance every time you buy something from an unknown seller. I pretty much online shop online so I've had tons of great and many poor experiences. So far, Bonanza has been good to me. I've now purchased 2 custom Oakland A's jerseys and 1 custom SF Giants jersey (I'm from the Bay Area). My seller was amazing. Some person/seller in 2 transactions. Super responsive, very fast shipping time, and the product was outstanding! (Which is why I ordered two more after the first one came!) I'd definitely explore more sellers on the site but I'll absolutely be coming back to this seller and send friends her way too!
I really enjoy this site. We buy and sell on here all the time. If for some strange reason you dont get your item, no big deal as all you have to do is contact Paypal or your credit card company and you get all your money refunded. No big deal and problem solved. Yes you do come across what we call a dead beat seller no matter were you shop including Ebay. But that's why Bonanza accepts Paypal and you get tracking information emailed to you. From what im seeing on these other feedback ratings is just a bunch of uninformed people that that are just not happy in life and have been kicked off of Ebay so there searching other places to disrupt. Started out concerned about this purchase as they recently joined Bonanza. Pleasantly surprised as it arrived a day earlier then expected. Beautiful condition, started right up and loaded as normal. I will certainly be back for other purchases.

1st impressions are lasting. My 1st order. Seller kept communication open. Never felt abandoned or the need to follow up. Chair was delivered faster than exp0ected. Delivery driver very nice and professional. Most certainly would recommend and shop with this seller again.
Buyer purchases guaranteed through their two payment processors (Paypal and Amazon). Sellers have to work harder than they would on eBay, but they also don't pay as much... which makes it easier to run a long term business on. Thumbs up.
Many web sights don't live up to what is advertised. "Bonanza", on the other hand has collected many vendors with exceptional products whom deliver great value for the money spent. Although I have only purchased one item from Bonanza (so far) I give them a 10 out of 10 for my satisfaction. Value-Quality-Service

Zero stars should be an option for this "ebay alternative". We were just looking to add another selling outlet to our business. Worst mistake ever! Not only did we waste over 100 hours setting up the booth with pictures, descriptions and the likes, but they charged us $500 for no apparent reason. Now no one will contact us and tell us why our booth was deleted. What a scam of a company.
I'd been searching online for a specific wool rug with a design that was discontinued elsewhere, and had nearly given up hope of finding it until I stumbled across Bonanza. The website's format is comparable to eBay or Etsy, in that they have individual shops/sellers from which you make your purchase. Although the item shipped from a seller based in India, it arrived in the States in less than five days and was in perfect condition (new with tags). Bonanza provides seller ratings so you can make an informed decision before purchasing... I'm glad I gave them a chance!
Terrible communication skills. Not one email sent nor replied. Questions about my order unanswered. Same with the seller. Another joke advertising close to my neck of the woods. But completely off the grid when I asked their location.

We bought 1000 crickets for our bearded dragon. They arrived six days later after they had been shipped from Pennsylvania to San Diego back to North Carolina where we lived. Out of the 1000 I am being generous when I say only 300 survived and those were so weak they died within days before being fed to the Dragon. And trying to pick the hundred or so out that was still alive was a disgusting nightmare. They also will not let you leave reviews on their site; it is all five stars with great things to say, but no real customer is allowed to leave a review!
Very disappointed with Bonanza. It took over three weeks to get my burlap. Sent them at least four emails asking WHERE the product was and they didn't care to respond to ANY of my emails. Who's running this business? Thanks to you guys I didn't meet a bridal deadline. I won't be ordering from you again. You've lost our business. No respect for your customers.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
