I ordered from the Haub_Shop on the Bonanza website. They printed a shipping lable but never sent the item. They also do not respond to any emails I have sent them. I searched everywhere try to find listed email or phone # for Bonanza with no luck until I left a negative review. They couldn't care less what happens to their customers on the website.
The store I ordered from just did not send order and Bonanza did nothing. They state they are not responsible.
Bonanza is a scam company, giving their customers and sellers a hard time when their support is needed and I'll take legal steps if they don't refund the damage in fees they caused to me. Also they don't have a support phone number to reach out leaving hiding themselves in shadows.
I purchased and paid for an item on January 20. It hasn't arrived yet, which would be OK if there had been ANY communication whatsoever from the seller. It hasn't even shipped yet, and it's February 10. I've sent the seller a couple of messages and gotten no response at all.
I filed a dispute with Bonanza.com, but the only "help" I've gotten is a message telling me to work it out with the seller myself. I can't even leave a seller review without filling out a complete profile, and given my dissatisfaction with the site, I'm not inclined to do that.
In my opinion, this site is A waste of time. If you open a booth and post merchandise Bonanza disapproves of, they will suspend your booth without warning. I imported my eBay items, and all was fine. Within a week, my account closed with no definitive reason. I contacted support and inquired as to why my account was blocked. I have posted their reply with this review. I have asked them to unlink my Stripe processing account and my Paypal account, and they still have not done so. Keep in mind my booth was up and running with the same products I have had on eBay for the last 11 months with no issue.
If you are a seller, avoid this place like plaque.
I am sure I will never order anything from this company. Ordered 13 golf grips back in November 3rd 2021 until mid January 2022. The first time they sent me 10 grips and second time they 2 more take them more than 2 months. At the end of January of 2022 I just gave up. I called my credit card company to dispute and got my money back.
Without question the WORST selling platform in existence. It would take me HOURS to explain. If you are a seller STAY away!
Ordered a product from technologyLK. After approx. 3 weeks didn't receive product or any info. Emailed co. After another 2 weeks got reply, saying offer wasn't accepted. My offer was the asking price. Not sure if this website is on the up. My first and last order from Bonanza.
I created an account in order to buy something on Bonanza. There was no indication that the item was not new. It arrived broken, stained and missing pieces. I wanted to email customer service, but it wouldn't allow it because it said I hadn't confirmed my email. Doing a search, they never sent an email requesting confirmation. So I can't even contact them with my complaint.
Bonanza banned japanese seller and made it fault from paypal
Paypal did not made any chanes in policy and other reason
Why this side lie so bad
I am so frustrated wit this site. I purchased a Christmas item for a child on this site and it claimed to be delivered. When I tried to file a claim with PayPal, the seller was able to produce a document from UPS that claims it was delivered, yet when I put in the tracking number it does not exist and I have cameras on my house and their was no delivery on or about the date in question. Here is the seller's information: Buyer beware. The sellers Seller info:

I thought I'd expand out from the current ecommerece platform that I'm using and try my luck with Bonanza. After conducting a search for possible competition with similar products, I was shocked to see some of my own listings literally copied from my current selling platform into Bonanza. I contacted the company, they suggested that I send them 'Cease and Desist' orders for the copywrite infringements, so I did what they asked. In the meantime, I thought I had nothing to worry about 'they will do the right thing attitude', while waiting for the copied listings to be removed I opened an account, imported my listings from the other selling platform, and then, I received a message afterwards 'our system is preventing us from opening an account for you at this time...' and suggested other sites I could list on, and closed my account down.
I would not recommend buying from Bonanza. A seller shipped an item I ordered to the (completely) wrong address and would not resolve the issue. Customer support was virtually useless. They eventually told me to get my money back through PayPal, which I had already done by then. Thank goodness for PayPal. Also note that sellers can "import" reviews from other platforms. The seller supposedly had 800 5-star reviews but they were not through Bonanza and it was unclear where these were imported from or if/how Bonanza verifies these ratings for authenticity. Definitely DO NOT BUY from the seller: bonzuser_Abby. The whole experience felt scammy, and I have deleted my account there.
SENT EMAILS TO SUPPORT FOR PASSWORD RESET AND ACCOUNT ACCESS. NO RESPONSE AFTER YEARS-YUP YOU READ THAT RIGHT OF TRYING! SUPPOSED TO BE OWNED BY GOOGLE AND THEREFORE SHOULD HAVE PROPER SUPPORT IN PLACE. EVEN THEIR TWITTER PAGE IS UNRESPONSIVE. GARBAGE SCAM OUTFIT. DO NOT TRUST IT.
Imma start this off with the only reason this website is getting one star is because I have to too! I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from the a seller from their website in hopes that this website was going to be like most AMAZON, Ebay ect! Well I purchased the shoes 5 days later never received anything. I go to tracking and it says my shoes had been delivered in person at my house I never received the shoes. So I contact seller about this he calls me a liar and says contact bonanza support so I did. They told me they don't deal with any shipping, orders, or anything. Like what in the hell kind of selling website is this! They don't back anything so if your order gets lost or delivered to the wrong place your $#*!ed! So I'm screwed out of $94 and a pair of shoes! I swear I wish I would have known or read reviews about this $#*!hole website! DON'T BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE AND DON'T BUY FROM TITANIC MARKET!
I received my ORDER BS-*******

I purchased an Air purifier from a seller on Bonanza. The seller had one item sold, but had over 70 individual ratings, and most ratings are very good. Because the overall rating was high, so I bought the purifier. After that, I contacted seller in the following two days in a row about when the item could be shipped, and I never received a response. I decided to file a claim from paypal, because I paid it via paypal. A week after my purchase, the seller tried to contacted me, also shipped the item before I had a chance to catch the email message.
The question is: how could Bonanza let over 70 individuals provide high ratings for this seller while there seems only one item sold by the seller, which was a foldable tent?
This user's experience with Bonanza.com has revealed that this site is a "hideout" for online sellers who choose to do online business unethically. I placed confidence in Bonanza.com by purchasing software from one of the sellers on the site. It turned out that the seller was selling software illegally. The seller could not provide verification that he/she was an authorized reseller of the product. This was discovered after realizing that the seller merely provided a copy of the free version of the software and never provided access information in order to upgrade to the "pro" version which was purchased. Upon reporting the situation to Bonanza.com, including the fact that the seller was using their site to perform illegal business, their responses revealed that their integrity is no greater than that of the seller, as they expressed no interest in taking any form of responsibility for the issue. I would avoid doing business with Bonanza.com at all costs.
I would not trust this site for one, if you are not a big company forget it. They run off old beta which takes weeks for your item to actually hit outside sites. Also I owed them like $9 cause I stopped using for a while, they charged me a $25 fee for reinstatement, I paid it and they never reinstated it in which they were supposed to give me the $25 back if they decided to not reinstate me. I emailed them like 20 times asking for my money back which has been almost a year now w no response or refund. Sellers beware
The print I purchased from Bonaza was cheaper on this sight then either other. It arrived sooner then I thought in perfect condition. Packaged well. I love it

Answer: Not fake but not a good site to do business
Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.
Answer: Sellers can create and offer coupons with zero limitations ("Sell on Bonanza > Edit booth options > Discounts & Coupons").
Answer: I set up my account with Bonanza and their platform is pretty much the same as setting up an account with eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. What problems are you having?
Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
Answer: Yes and the answer be sure if ya are absent minded of being taken advantage of..
