I am so frustrated wit this site. I purchased a Christmas item for a child on this site and it claimed to be delivered. When I tried to file a claim with PayPal, the seller was able to produce a document from UPS that claims it was delivered, yet when I put in the tracking number it does not exist and I have cameras on my house and their was no delivery on or about the date in question. Event was cancelled due to Covid-19 and they refuse to refund my money. All I could get from them were "generic" responses. I will only buy tickets from Ticket Master or Stubhub. They did the right thing and refunded everyone's money.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SITE! Use StubHub or TicketMaster. They did the right thing during the Covid-19.
