Bonanza is a good alternative to eBay selling as you can leave your listings up for as long as you want. I've even purchased a few items and find the sellers responsive and honest. Sometimes difficult to maneuver around the site to find out how to do something.
I am so frustrated wit this site. I purchased a Christmas item for a child on this site and it claimed to be delivered. When I tried to file a claim with PayPal, the seller was able to produce a document from UPS that claims it was delivered, yet when I put in the tracking number it does not exist and I have cameras on my house and their was no delivery on or about the date in question. I read horrible reviews posted on this site and was very hesitant to purchase anything. But I decided to give it a try by purchasing a low price item. The seller was "souseandsew" and the item was an accessory for vintage sewing machine. My experience was very positive.

Hopefully I get my package this Friday. But Bonanza wasn't responsive and the Seller blamed Bonanza for not giving them the order information. I find this hard to believe and unacceptable. After a month I should get my package. Next time I will pay a few bucks more on Amazon.

OMG where do I start. Bought an item form Decal Geek a seller on the Bonanza website, they took my money and never sent the item, tracking ( on 2 parcel tracking websites) shows item still not delivered to USPS, meaning the seller still has my item and my money.
So, I emailed Decal Geek and they admitted it and promised me a refund but as I was to discover this was a stalling tactic until the paypal buyer protection had expired, they're very cunning. Needless to say 10 moths on, no item through my door and no refund as promised.
Stay safe, buy elsewhere.
Dear Bonanza, I have been requesting help from you for months, chatting with your rep Wanda, who is very nice, but still no resolution to your sellers stealing my money and will not give it back.
Horrible nightmare dealing supersalon.com via Bonanza. The person never shipped the item, gave me a invalid tracking number, and refuses to respond to my inquiries. Bonanza won't do anything about it except tell you to "contact the seller". I will never buy anything via Bonanza.
I ordered a product in May. I had to ask for it three times. Finally, I got it. It was produce (green almonds). They smelled, had rot on them, and were just awful. And expensive. I wrote to them. In May. In AUGUST they wrote back. "Not our fault," and after another email "Well, here's a promotional credit." Ha hahahahahaha. Best joke I've heard in August.

Please know that Bonanza is a haven for scammers. Not all but many. Bonaza has NO buyer protection. They will tell you that they are not responsible for what is sold on their site, even fake counterfeits.
Don't believe me, check them out on the BBB website. All you need to know is there.

I never sold much. I had many items and I would sell in a year what I would sell in two weeks on Amazon. I was removed because I filed a complaint with the BBB that Bonanza reimbursed me. They charge you for items that a buyer never pays for. The scam works like this... you need to approve a pending sale. The buyer never pays or responds to any email. If you don't notice it. Bonanza charges your credit card and that is that. Prior to that I found their customer support decent and I thought I was dealing with people.
I sold less then ten items in 2 years.The fact that I was able to transfer my items from Ebay made it fairly effortless.
Bonanza has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and actively monitors and assists all inbound queries that are submitted via the Better Business Bureau. If you can please direct your inquiry via the BBB we will do everything we can to assist.
After selling since 2015 and doing everything right with almost 100% feedback they gave me the boot for no reason and their rep Judy suggested i sell elsewhere. They didnt even bother to give a reason why and *******@bonanza doesnt even respond no more nor will their CEO. After reciewing other forums i discovered this is a normal practice getting rid of good sellers. I paid all fees on time. Great customer feedback tons of "badges" and delivered items quickly to all customers. This site is GARBAGE and they dont care nothing about sellers!
I've been selling on Bonanza since Dec 2010. They get zero traffic compared to eBay. I was trying to get away from scammers, but Bonanza will get you 1/100 of the sales as eBay. I make hundreds of sales on eBay each year compared to a handful on Bonanza. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you. Honestly I have no clue how they are even still in business.

Wouldn't recommend them! They are over priced and you pay a so much money on something that should work and doesn't! Just tell you to try a different video player because they won't return it if it's past 30day! Most people can't watch 7 series in 30days when you have a full time job! So unless you want to spend a $#*! ton of money on movies and don't care if it works I wouldn't recommend! Not my first issue and definitely will be my last with this company!

I ordered seeds, they never arrived, I inquired both through Bonanza and the seller's email, no response from either, and when asked to review the product the Bonanza site would not let me give my review -- it would not accept a 1-star review no matter how I worded it. I would never order from them again -- even if the seller alone were at fault, the Bonanza site was worse than no help.

Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.

Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
