I wish I could give them 0 star. I placed an order with 12 items and then I returned within 14 days of delivery 10 out of the 12 items. Then I started seeing multiple refunds going through my credit card account without seeing a separate notification email from the company instructing what items were being refunded, not to say any detailed invoice about the items returned. It turned out the company didn't calculate the refund amount correctly and deducted the shipping costs 10 times while they should have only deducted it once. I reached out to the customer service representative once and asked for the details about the returns. All I got is an email with an incorrect total amount without any further details. I called again later and this time an extremely rude representative (his name is Michael), who didn't let me finish what I was complaining about and hung out on me. I called back and reached to the very first representative I talked to last time (his name is Jamal) and he also hung up abruptly without giving me a proper response. I called the corporate office number and no one at the front desk picked up the phone. I actually reached out to the CEO on linkedin and I'm curious what will happen next. But anyway, this is the worst ever online shopping experience I have ever had and I do not want to deal with them any more in the future. And I'd like to let the world know that the most concerning part is you are dealing with a merchant who doesn't know who to foot the bills/do the maths.
Don't order from BlueFly. Ordered Versace belt for son Christmas present for $100. First, the buckle broke the 6th time he wore it. I tried to repair and realized the buckle was made out of cheap cast metal. Started researching and realized its fake. How do I know. Versace uses stainless steel. This was low quality coated cast metal, AND Versace says EVERY Versace product has a verification code on it or the tag. Guess what, no code on the belt or tag. They will not take a return either since it was more than 21 days! WHAT! It was for present so ordered early, and didn't break until 6th wearing. DO NOT BUY BLUEFLY!
Updated 4/1/17. I replied to Bluefly request for order information. Apparently their idea of escalate internally is to simply ignore it. Sent them the info through this request on site jabber, NO reply or action from Bluefly. Also tried through the original return request/order. Even offered to take credit or discount for another item off Bluefly. Guess what Bluefly DENIED. Can I change it to 0 stars.

When I asked myself on 01/03/17 where is it, I went to the site to found out that the order is cancelled. Hm-m, then I noticed that the system has copied the shipping address as a Billing address which is not correct.
OK, but why did not they contact me instead of cancelling the order? Why did not they check the details in one of my previous orders with them (there were five!)? And where's the cancellation email at least? NOTHING. Just cancelled the order without even bothering to notify me.
I wrote to them just to get a come-off about the order being cancelled "by the warehouse due to an inventory error" on 12/21/2016. But how do you manage such a case without even notifying me? According to you the cancellation took place two weeks ago?
What a self-conceit is it - an international order does not even worth writing an email when you cancel it? They don't bother to check a missing detail but rather cancel the order without notification?

I bought a bag from Bluefly, but then I realized it didn't have a zipper. I called them next day and the order was canceled. But the transaction was pending on my Paypal. I called them and ask to cancel the transaction, they said the money will be vack in my account in 10 business days. Now more than 10 business days, transaction still pending. WTF? Are you even working there? Do you think my money grow on a tree? My husband says they're worth suing!

Received the wrong item from a Bluefly order. They sent an exchange, which was another wrong item.
I have been waiting about 3 months to get this issue resolved and receive a refund. They are an impossible company to work with, have stolen my money and the merchandise. I shop on MANY online commerce shops, and this is the worst experience of them all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

To return the goods is virtually impossible. The process of returning, which is so courteously explained online, doesnt work. You get the error message right from the start.
The customer service phone number is a hoax. Answering machine tells you BS about «unusual customer calls volume whatever option you choose and if you are stubborn enough to wait for 20+ minutes it simply offers you to leave a message. No way to get back to these people with your returns and exchanges. It is a TOTAL FRAUD!
I placed an order in mid april for 2 dresses and a swim suit. First package of a $330 dress and a $60 swimsuit shipped quickly and said I would receive that Friday. Second package shipped later but I received it remarkably quick. I sent a message stating I needed these for a wedding and would be going out of town, could I speed up the delivery. They stated it shipped and was too late to change. Not all on bluefly but the fedex site was slow to update, and then transferred over to USPS which updated a day after the fact every step of the way. It states my delivery was delivered the day I left, although neither USPS or Bluefly has been able to supply me with documentation. I reached out to both USPS and Bluefly and have heard back from neither. Despite reaching out to bluefly and them telling me to give it 5 days (on April 25) I have heard radio silence since. So I'm out $400 on two items I've never laid an eye on and have had zero help from them since reaching out. Last time. I'd stay away.

Going through heck trying to locate a package that says delivered and I never received it, to make matters worse Bluefly Customer Support is only through email and whomever is responsible for responding, their Customer Service skills are horrible.
I was worried after I read the reviews here, but I made a gut choice and tried it. I ordered Dior sunglasses (collection S2015) for USD250, which is far better than I ever expected, the original price ranging two years ago from USD650-800. I got them today - an authentic, Italian, Safilo made product in the matching brand boxes, incl. The brand cleaning cloth and instructions.
I believe you guys their customer sevice sucks and I am happy I don't have to return the item. But my simple experience with just getting what I wanted for the right price is excellent. And honestly, I don't usually write reviews online..
I ordered an expensive Vanhi 14K gold necklace with a diamond pendant. The necklace is beautiful, however when I read the inscription on the necklace it clearly said 10K and not the 14K that was advertised on the website. I think that Bluefly needs to update the webpage to reflect the true gold weight and refund some of the money for those who purchased this necklace thinking it was 14K. I haven't gotten the diamonds inspected yet to see if those are fake. I would like to believe that they are real, but at this point I do not trust Bluefly.

I placed two separate orders from them. First a pair of mezlan shoes. When I got the order I was so excited! I opened the box and almost cried. Lol the shoes were used and scratched. I just couldn't believe it. So then I said let me at least open the 2box which was for a ferragamo belt that I paid over 250 dollars. I was also very excited. Well I opened the box the buckle was tottally tarnished and scratched up. And the tags were not on the belt it had no numbers on the belt I was fuming! I called and said I want to return ASAP. I'm waiting to see if they give me trouble. I will never order from them or recommend anyone they.

Received an email from them saying "$40 for you" that included a $40 off purchase coupon code. I normally don't believe in a "free lunch," but have received and redeemed legitimate free credits from other shopping sites, so I clicked on the link. It turned out to be $40 off a $200 purchase. I went back to reread the fine print in the email to check for restrictions and rules like minimum purchase required. Nothing of the sort was noted in the email. I then visited their Facebook page and saw that others experienced the same thing and felt that Bluefly was employing deceitful advertising tactics. I voiced my unhappiness along with the others. Upon visiting their page the next day, I noticed they had deleted all negative comments on their page.
Rather than acknowledge their mistake, they merely covered it up in what I assume was an effort to protect their image.
How about addressing your problems directly and honestly, Bluefly? Your disingenuity and questionable handling of customer dissatisfaction makes me wonder what other shady business practices you employ.
The service of this place is horrible. And that alone will make me gladly spendy money elsewhere. You should do the same.
I was looking to buy a Longchamp bag for my daughter and found a good price on this website. I should have read the reviews first. I felt that the web site was not very user friendly, as I struggled with inputting different shipping and billing addresses because my daughter lives in another state. I double and tripped checked before placing the order. I knew something fishy was going on when I received an order confirmation with the order number only and without my name, address, or any order detail. I went on the website to check the details and was horrified to see that the shipping address was not my daughter's, but mine plus my daughter's apartment number slammed to my address (I live in a single house). It is Friday night now. Their chat does not work and the customer service keeps banker's hours (M-F, 9-5 EST). I am going on a week long trip early tomorrow morning and callings the customer service to figure things out is the last thing I want to do. I have sent the e-mail requesting the correction. I am very unhappy and feel sorry I used this website. If they ship this item to my address, it will cost me $15 to ship it to my daughter or fight with these sharks to get my money returned. Ouch!
I placed an order over a week ago for sunglasses for my girlfriend's birthday. The website says that the item will ship within 2 business days, yet my order still hasn't shipped - rather the website says that my order is "still processing"! Bluefly had no problem taking my money before they "processed" my order.
I called in last week and spoke with a customer service rep who was no help. She said that the item will ship out "tomorrow" - that was 4 days ago. I could tell when talking to her that she was lying by how she sounded and reacted to my questions. She was just trying to rush me off the phone. She obviously had no real insight into when my product would ship.
I was initially pleased with my purchase as I figured this was a legitimate site/company - but now I am beginning to find out and realize that it is a fraud. I should have read all of the horrible reviews before ordering from them.
I'm still hoping that the company does whats right and sends me my order in a timely fashion. If so, I'll edit this rating/review. Unfortunately, I'm not holding my breath after reading that the company more often than not doesn't even send people what they ordered and then responds to their complaints with, "Sorry, Final Sale - No Returns"

I purchased 2 pr of shoes from blueflly. This did not fit properly so I proceeded to try to get in touch with them. It took me a week before I finally reached someone and at that point she informs me that my return time is 14 days from the arrival date. She said I was 2 days over but would take care of it. I returned the shoes within 2 hrs of speaking with her and was expecting $60 minus the 7.95 fee for shipping. Instead I was issued credit for $22.05. I have now tried for days to get in touch with them again DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BLUEFLY... I WILL ONLY USE ZAPPOS! NO RESTOCK FEE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, 365 DAYS TO RETURN... THANKS TO PAYPAL THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF THIS FOR ME.
I wish I had read some reviews before purchasing from bluefly. First of all, they give you a 25% intro coupon, which was invalid on anything I was interested in purchasing - due to the brand or amount it was already marked down. So definitley read the fine print before getting excited. Secondly, after placing an order for 2 dresses, the transaction was cancelled due to "error with the billing information" - a problem I have never had before, anywhere, ever. The actual "error" was that MY name was listed on the billing address but I was using my HUSBANDS credit card, on an account that we both share. When I called to remedy the situation, customer service was useless and rude. Also, because the transaction was cancelled, the dress is now no longer available. What?! And what they offered in apology was a joke - an express shipping credit. FOr what? A dress I cannot buy? I will not need the credit because I will never be shopping Bluefly again. My original intention was to purchase 2 dresses and return the one I liked least. Now I am concerned about the return process as I have read multiple reviews stating they are slow to refund. I would have given this review 1 star, but they do have nice merchandise, and I'm sure you could get lucky and receive something you like. But, I'm not going to chance it again. There are too many other more reliable options on line, with better customer service.
I placed an order beginning of May. The order somehow got lost at the Fed X warehouse and has been sitting there for SIX WEEKS now! I have contacted customer service at least half a dozen times now trying to get a refund since they cant even tell me where my package is. First they tell me they have to file a claim before they can issue a refund. I've never received email verification or any proof that a claim was created. Then I was told they have to determine if the package is in deed lost before they can issue a refund. The vendor has never reached out to me since apparently they have to issue the refund not Bluefly. So here we are more than 30 days later no package no refund and I'm out almost $200. This company is scamming people the customer service is terrible. I told them the way they treat consumers is completely unacceptable. Anyone considering buying from this bogus site be aware! There are much better places to spend your money where you wont have a terrible experience or be robbed! Worst experience I have ever had!
