What I am an advocate for are "fairness" and "business acumen". In one sentence that could save you from unnecessary hassles, do not shop on BLUEFLY.COM ever! It took over 2 months for BLUEFLY to recognize that they had not processed my refund at all. That is - 2 months of not getting my money back, days of my calling to alert them of the issue and additional 2 weeks to actually get my refund. So much for "FLY".
Shipping to my house: $7, return shipping using Blue fly required label $19.95 + $1 insurance. Essentially, returning only 30% of the original purchase cost.
I received my first order from Bluefly. It has better than excellent customer service. Items packed separately sealed. Arrived quick.
Foremost the Customer Care exceeds what Former Nordstroms was. Definatly you will be loving Bluefly under new owner.

Before you buy, take a minute to compare Bluefly prices with other designer store online websites. A pair of Fendi sunglasses that is advertised as...% off is cheaper FULL Price at Bergdorf Goodman. Same with Tod's sandals - they are offered at full price at Bluefly, just peel off a tag that covers original price. The sandals I ordered were@ 330EU original price which is about 400 USD on Bluefly, and they claim they are 50% off or 700 USD... I will never purchase from this site again.
I'd like to start out on a positive note, their products are actually fine. However, as you know buying online can be difficult and returning or exchanging is necessary when you're unable to try on. Well, they make that extremely difficult. They ship your items in batches and it all doesn't arrive at the same time. They also charge you $10 each time you print a shipping label. So, I returned all items in one bag and only used one shipping label but put all of the other return labels with the items in one bag so I'd only get charged 1 $10 fee. They ended up keeping all of my returned items and only refunding me for the ones that were on the shipping label that was used. They kept over $100 and didn't refund me! I'm livid but there is no support person to reach out to. They don't have a customer support number. You can only reach out online but nobody ever responds! It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spent about $400 with them and have used them before and spent several hundred dollars but they've completely lost a customer because I will never use them again. I highly recommend finding another company to purchase from that at least has a customer support phone number you can reach out to. They've essentially stolen from me and don't even have the courtesy to explain to me what is going on. It's been over a week since I got refunded for only 2 items.
Please shop any online retailer EXCEPT BLUEFLY... This outfit should be considered criminal and their customer service reps should be jailed... It took these morons 2 months to forward a refund and all they had to do is credit the debit card... These idiots told me they had my merchandise back in their warehouse over a month but could not refund until 30 days later... I now shop AMAZON.COM and have had nothing but a great, courteous, professional experience... I will NEVER, EVER, EVER Purchase ANYTHING from these morons...

Please keep your "We would like to talk to you" crap to yourself... This company is a joke!
If I could give a zero I would. They do not stand n=by their product and their customer service stinks. They sell things to you and don; t warn you they are final sale until you see your packing slip. With so many online shopping options and places with way better customer service, why shop here? I recently bought an expensive ($600) jacket from them, and the quality of the product was extremely poor. It was a shearling that had clearly not been cared for well and was completely dried out. I called to return and they informed me that the product was "final sale" and I asked if there could be an exception because it was my first time purchasing anything from them and the jacket had clearly just not been given proper fur care. Other retailers have NO problem returning items when they are final sale if you call and give them a good reason. DO NOT BUY FROM BLUEFLY.

I'd ordered a pair of boots from BLUFLY from Australia and although it did seem to take a bit longer than other orders from USA I was pleased when I emailed my concerns and the staff replied promptly. I purchased a bag on December 10th with promises it would come before Christmas, I then received a confirmation that the product was being shipped out on December 14th. By December 20th there was no movement on the label. I then proceed to call their customer service which now I have been in contact with everyday with numerous representatives and supervisors telling me it would come before Christmas. Now Christmas Eve I found out that was not the case and all they try to do is offer a $25 dollar gift card are you kidding me. I myself work in customer service would call each time with patience and understanding but after never receiving a follow up as promised I honestly think this is the worse experience of online shopping I ever had. Thank you for ruining my mother's Christmas, I will not be keeping my purchased item as now it has an arrival date of December 28th.

Let's first start by saying nowadays when a lot of shopping sites competing for customers' business, this site is still charging $9 even you buy hundreds of dollars. Because only 1 code allowed at the time, if you use any promotion code then you can not get free shipping any more. It's kind of nickel and dime customer and I can see why it attracts less people to shop there. I believe not many returning customers for this reason. Also good luck returning your order with your own shipping and not getting a refund for a long time until you follow by calling multiple times. It all happened with me.
Secondly, they have very poor customer service. Final sale can not be returned even for credit. No courtesy.
They are losing customers and running sales like crazy everyday. When you actually logged in, you find the sales are all left over or run out of sizes. A lot of items I saw them on the site hanging for years regardless deep discount.
Never coming back to shop here even it's 90% off or encourage anyone else to buy from here.

They charge $10 to return an item. Clothes look unfashionable in person. Don't try to sell items from Blue fly on eBay thinking you can avoid losing the $10. No one wants this stuff.
This is my second time ordering from bluefly. Not sure why there's bad reviews?!? But I had great buys both times! Good customer service! And quick delivery on both! I'd recommend Bluefly to anyone!

Really bad customer service. I order something and after two minutes I send a cancellation email, the next day respond back that they already shipped it and is too late
I just bought on 2 separate orders Stuart Weisman Boots.
First it has been over a week since they RECEIVED the first pair back and NO REFUND! When I contacted them today... of course by email. And ALL the phone numbers online are bogus. Don't waste your time.
I capitalized that I had NO REFUND... their reply started with "You don't need to yell"...
I then called Stuart Weitzman because the 2nd pair of boots did not fit as I know their brand... sure enough these are knock offs! Of course I will be returning as well and NEVER doing business with them again.
I did learn while speaking to the Stuart Weitzman company... they DO have a phone number... that if you go to Stuart Weitzman.com and type in OUTLET in the search bar they have some great bargains and you will get ACTUAL Stuart Weitzman product.
I have ordered many dresses from bluefly.com and have always been satisfied. Either all these horrible reviews were paid to write bad reviews or people are way too picky.
Ordered the wrong sized item and caught it immediately after paying. Scoured the site for directions on how to cancel order, after all it had been less than 1 minute. Their policy is no cancellations, seriously! No phone number googled it but the number listed online is incorrect. Emailed customer service asking if they would cancel the order, it had been less than 10 minutes at this time. They responded quickly saying, no. They apologized for inconvenience. Called my credit card company, explained what happened and companies policy was for me to wait to receive the item then return it for a $10 fee. My credit company laughed and said they would handle it for me for free and I would get 100% of my money back. BE WARNED DON'T CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY THAT WON'T ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL AN ORDER OR RETURN SOMETHING WITHOUT A FEE, OR PUT OUT THEIR PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL. THEY'RE SCAM ARTISTS THAT SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!
This website and the entire shopping experience is horrendous. I tried to return two items, I sent them back within a couple days of receiving them in DECEMBER, and it's now February and they still haven't refunded me my money and they claim they don't know where the other dress is even though it was in the SAME PACKAGE. This is my second time purchasing from bluefly & they were both expensive designer handbags. I was horrified after reading the reviews but they were such great deals that i ignored the reviews and I'm so thankful i did ignore them the second handbag is a mulberry bayswater 40% cheaper than the actual price & omg its beautiful exactly what the picture looks. Its in perfect condition with a dust bag, my only complain is that it came in box & wrap in cheap plastic trash bag unlike my first order it came in a huge zip lock nevertheless it didn't affect the integrity of the bag it was still in perfect condition its just that it made it look cheap but what the heck I'm paying a lot less for this heavenly bag. Customer service had been great with me too i had issues with my shipping charges I'm suppose to get a free shipping but was not credited after i submitted the order. I emailed them & got a response in less than 24 hrs & credited the shipping in about less than 3 days. I was surprised coz as i was reading the reviews credits & customer service is almost impossible to deal with but so far i have been lucky. I also got an email for the confirmation order & a fedex tracking just like any other online orders. So there I'm one happy gal!
