I placed an order beginning of May. The order somehow got lost at the Fed X warehouse and has been sitting there for SIX WEEKS now! I have contacted customer service at least half a dozen times now trying to get a refund since they cant even tell me where my package is. First they tell me they have to file a claim before they can issue a refund. I've never received email verification or any proof that a claim was created. Then I was told they have to determine if the package is in deed lost before they can issue a refund. The vendor has never reached out to me since apparently they have to issue the refund not Bluefly. So here we are more than 30 days later no package no refund and I'm out almost $200. This company is scamming people the customer service is terrible. I told them the way they treat consumers is completely unacceptable. Anyone considering buying from this bogus site be aware! There are much better places to spend your money where you wont have a terrible experience or be robbed! Worst experience I have ever had!

I purchased a Prada handbag and received a counterfeit item. I knew immediately as it was wrapped in poor English packaging and the quality was off in many aspects. They claim to have an authenticity guarantee yet are unable to provide actual proof of authenticity as they are not authorized distributers. I had the item authenticated by a third party yet their customer service team have been extremely abusive and rude denying the determination and refusing a full refund. I have now opened a case with PayPal but stay far away from them! Not worth the headache to deal with scammers. I'm shocked they're still in business with these awful practices and scamming consumers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I received a blouse that smelled like cigarette smoke. Upon receipt of the package, I sent an email to customer service to ask if they had another blouse like it that it could be swapped with. The back and forth with their customer service rep was laughable. They were the most rude and condescending people I've ever dealt with in all of my online shopping experiences. Their policy is confusing which is why I had questions and was shamed by their "customer service" person for asking questions that they said were clear in their policy! It will be my first and last order.

I actually had a phenomenal experience buying something on Bluefly recently. At first, I was a bit skeptical given all the negative reviews. However, in the end, I couldn't be happier. The product (a Jay Strongwater egg) was EXACTLY as described, and it IS authentic! Moreover, I ordered it very late on Wednesday (close to midnight) and it was delivered by end-of-day Friday, Christmas Eve. I never had that kind of service before. Nor did I even expect such fast delivery! Also, not only was shipping free, but also, I received a 5 percent discount on the item, which was already less expensive than on any other site. Overall, I figured that I paid more than $100 LESS for the item than what I would have paid on a competitor site. To say I'm extremely happy is an understatement. I am ecstatic!
Received a used damage product in October 17th 2021, I returned it and I am still waiting for my refund today December 27th.
I ordered 3 dresses from Bluefly, tracked the order and it did not arrive when stated on Fedex tracking. I reached out to their "Customer Support" and they told me to reach out to Fedex myself. I did and Fedex told me that it was sent through a 3rd party and they could not verify and the sender needed to call who they sent through. I reached out again to Bluefly "Customer Support" and they said to wait 7 days and they would file a claim on my behalf. After 7 days and it was not received, I reached out again and they repeated that they would file a claim on my behalf. I have now read some reviews and see that this issue has been mentioned previously- so, it's a trend with Bluefly and yet they are not addressing it.
This is the second time I have ordered something from Bluefly that they said was in stock, but wasn't! So disappointed since these were items I really wanted.
Bluefly already went out of business, once back in 2019. Leaving customers and their staff high and dry.

Not only is the merchandise real and perfect condition (not damaged) but the customer service is as good as it gets in any company. I cannot think of a on-line store that is as good.
Really bad customer service experience! Bought a couple pairs of pajamas and Bluefly sent the wrong size. Asked to return but because we had taken off tags, could not get any return.
Amazon would have just sent the right size because they were the ones who made the mistake!
