Really bad customer service experience! Bought a couple pairs of pajamas and Bluefly sent the wrong size. Asked to return but because we had taken off tags, could not get any return.
Amazon would have just sent the right size because they were the ones who made the mistake!
Customer service was EXTREMELY rude in responses and personally insulted my wife for getting upset after several reasonable requests.
Would love to hear from someone if this is standard practice here, but unfortunately other reviews online seem to show similar issues.
