I order flower for my daughters Birthday. She didn't receive them so I contacted Bloomex. They opened an investigation. Delayed by the delivery company. She would receive them the day after her bday. I was never informed of the delay after paying $15.99 for delivery. I ordered the large Bouquet in a glass vase. She received the flowers without the vase, broken glass in the box and the flowers stuck in a dry piece of floral foam. When I contacted Bloomex they said they don't take responsibility for the condition of delivery by their third party delivery service. They would credit me the delivery and refund me for the vase. If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. Terrible customer service and product. See the email below and the photos I have attached. I will never give them another cent

Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was made in accordance with our policy. We are able to confirm that it was arranged strongly according to the recipe. We do our best to source flowers as close to photos as possible but variations in computer monitors as well as what mother nature produces from crop to crop do allow for some variation. Please also note, that some flowers could change the position due to the time they traveled or/and the angle of the photo sent could made one think it is different. The florist did maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement. Please note once an order is received, simple flower care must be followed: stems should be cut by 2 cm and put in the water to hydrate for about 2 hours. After this procedure must be repeated every day. We are sorry for the broken vase, We would like to refund for the broken vase and store credit for late delivery. Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
