Checked about the vase because I thought that it was too good to be true but indeed, the description said that it included a glass vase, the flowers were delivered in a box no vase and when I complained to Bloomex they changed the description on the website and then responded that it did not include a vase. That's how this company is able to offer low prices because they misrepresent what you are actually paying for. I WILL NEVER ORDER FRIM THEM AGAIN
The recipients commented that they were the best flowers arrangements they had ever seen. I agree. The recipient and family were over the moon with the special flowers.
They sent the wrong flowers, on the wrong day, at the wrong time, and refuse to give a full refund. I called many times, and they agreed to refund $4 out of $90.
The bouquet was well received and the flowers were very robust and healthy.
The last order I placed, the flowers lasted for two weeks and the recipient was very pleased.
I purchased a bouquet of roses for my secretary having it delivered to the workplace on her birthday. (12 roses for $73.00 including tax and delivery) I was promised long stem roses and the roses were 30 cm in length. By the next morning one flower was completely wilted and two others were well on their way. Four days later 3/4 of the roses are wilted. I wrote to the company the morning after I received the roses with a photo and was promised a customer service call within 24 hours which didn't happen. After 24 hours I wrote again and again sent the photo of my unsatisfactory arrangement. This is the fourth day since I received the flowers and I finally received a customer service note back to me that stated that "From my photo they notice a few damaged stems and offered me a coupon that gave me $20. Off my next order if I paid them $10." Needless to say I will not be purchasing from this company again. Very embarrassing to offer my secretary flowers that are half dead. Poor quality and poor service and not living up to their "WeCare" slogan in their customer service emails.
The flowers were simple to choose and simple to order. I was informed when the flowers were delivered (very promptly). A totally very efficient experience.
The arrangement was beautiful. However, the message on the order status was correct but the actual message on the card that accompanied the order was missing part of the message.
Bloomex's owner is Dimitri Lokhonia and his number is *******089. He needs to personally hear your complaints. I sure he would be willing to help.

Only criticism would be good to see a photo of the actual bouquet that is delivered. Delivery was arranged from an alternative florist without any fuss.

My mother is very, very ill and I, being in Australia, wanted to send her a gorgeous gift basket full of all the Christmas goodies she will not be able to bake. Not this year, not ever again. I chose a basket that promised a fabulous selection of 24 different products including Lindt Lindor chocolates and Almond Roca etc. etc. Etc. Added extra truffles and a bottle of wine. I didn't see the disclaimer that said it could include "any" combination of what was an extensive list. There was nothing luxurious or special about any of it. It was a complete waste of money for what ended up being more ribbons and filling. It was cheap, generic brands that all went in the bin. I wrote about my disappointment (a few days after it was delivered because my parents didn't want to upset me but felt I should know so I wouldn't use them again) and was told their policy is they will only accept complaints within 24 hours due to the perishable nature of the items. Which is bullsh*t, it was crackers and chocolate, not cheese and meat! Will NEVER use them again.
I placed an order for today so I had the Mother's Day Basket for my Mom for tomorrow. I order a nice floral arrangement in a basket. I also order a $20 bouquet for myself for my living room. Well I received $20 bouquets and no floral basket. I have been contacting them via phone, email and online chat and no one answers or they can't answer where the basket is. I now don't have a gift for my mother for Mother's Day tomorrow and I paid $50 for the arrangement and instead have been sent a $20 sad bouquet. I should have not given BLoomex another try as a few weeks ago for my daughters birthday I ordered a gerber bouquet (her favorite) and instead she received a completely different bouquet with not even one gerber. They didn't even inform me of this. I sent an email and was told they ran out of gerbers and this was the option. They said they would give me a $20 store credit but didn't receive is as of yet. Do not waste your money purchasing from Bloomex as you will end up with the wrong order and then wasting your time trying to contact someone to fix it and receive no response.
I placed an order (#*******) on March 12,2024, for a special occasion, hoping to send a thoughtful gift to my sister in Canada. However, the entire process was a complete disaster from start to finish.
No flowers were ever delivered and Bloomex are refusing to refund my money.
Firstly, Bloomex unilaterally changed the delivery date without consulting me, citing logistical reasons. Despite my concerns, I compromised by agreeing to the new delivery date, thinking, if the flowers were to arrive sooner than the occasion that was better than later. Bloomex then left me completely in the dark about the status of my order. Their promised updates and promised store credit for compromising on the earlier delivery date never materialized.
When I reached out to inquire about the delivery some days later, I received vague responses and no confirmation whether the order was actually delivered or not. It wasn't until I escalated the issue that I eventually learned my order hadn't been delivered due to a "courier mistake." I had to chase down this information.
Despite admitting fault in writing, Bloomex are refusing to issue a refund and instead are offering to resend the order or provide an in-store credit. Why would I want in store credit for a company as unreliable and uncommunicative as this? Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes speaks volumes about their lack of integrity.
I have received neither goods nor services in exchange for my hard earned money. I am left with no choice but to escalate the matter with my bank and will be requesting a chargeback on my Mastercard. It's unfortunate that Bloomex's incompetence and disregard for their customers forced me to take such time consuming measures.
I strongly advise others against doing business with Bloomex if you value reliability, transparency, and actually receiving goods or services in exchange for your money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid being scammed by Bloomex at all costs.
The flowers weren't delivered on the day booked even though it was to a usual apartment block they stated they didn't know how to access the building, so I contacted customer service which was deplorable, they gave no apology, placed the blame on me and redelivered late the next day some subpar small bunch of flowers completely different to those I purchased on the website. I paid extra for the "deluxe" bouquet and considering the small size of flowers received and the amount of filler leaves I can't imagine what terrible quality the regular bouquet is. When contacting the customer service department again they then told me I had to take multiple pictures of multiple angles to prove they weren't adequate enough and that I hadn't got in within the 24 hour deadline (I had). Being I sent these flowers from Australia to my 80 year old Aunty that's not something I can get. I would've assumed a company would be apologetic or offer some kind of assistance to amend the situation but instead they pass the buck and blame the customer. Will never order from them again and will tell all my friends and family to avoid them as well.
