Order a set of mini plants that were delivered all upside down. Ruined.
Another order was to have a teddy bear which arrived extremely dirty and the plant didn't even arrive.
You would think by now I would know better and not deal with bloomex but gave them another chance this past Mother's Day ( Sunday May 8,2022) I order 4 sets for my mom, mom in law and sisters. I even had to pay extra to have them delivered on the weekend / on Mother's Day! They were delivered early. On the Friday. They refused to refund me my money stating they it was a busy weekend ( not my problem) my moms flowers again brown, wilted, petals flying off, not the same as I ordered, my sis flowers sat on her deck for 2 days as she wasn't home until Sunday ( the day it was to be delivered ( I did pay extra for that) my other sis flowers were extremely droopy, they would not stand straight, like they were dying! When I emailed bloomex the replied back with a bunch of BS, would not take accountability for their services. Stating the early delivery is because they were busy ( they should of know how busy moms day was, they have been around long enough, that someone could of picked up the flowers for my sister, and the tulips should of been in a dark room over night, they MAY of helped them…( as if I'd know that, I filled directions on the box, it did not mention dark rooms). They would not do anything about any of the problems, I argued with them by email 2 more times and each time they just brushed it all off, and the last email they just didn't respond. They don't care about their product or the customer. As long as they make the sale they don't care… even though the guarantee perfect flowers! Please be very cautious when ordering from this business! Flowers are delicate and takes a special, respected, honourable company to deal with them, and BLOOMEX is NOT the company to be dealing with flowers or customers.

I received a bouquet of roses. I was so happy to get them but when I opened the box they looked about 3 days old. I threw them out 2 days later.
My order should have been delivered on Thursday but they arrived Friday afternoon. Nevertheless they were beautiful.

As far as I can tell it was easy to use the web site, choose the item I wanted and write out a card to the recipient but I await to hear that everything went well by the recipient as I had hoped.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
