Ordered 2 chairs, both arrived damaged or broken. I called and they said to email them pictures which I did. After hours of trying to set them up and repackage them, they wanted more photos of both chairs together. They act nice over the phone; however, want to make your life harder and making theirs easier. I would recommend buying from a reputable company and not this scheming ran one. I WANT AN EXCHANGE, not a refund!
My armoire was busted in shipping. I'm speaking with office staff currently to get remedied. She keeps telling me to send more pics. I've sent 7. Now she's saying there's miscommunication. All I know is I'm out the money. Bison Office has the money and I have a busted armoire. Literally getting nowhere!
I purchased 3 dining room arm chairs for my elderly mother. The chairs were very good quality and very stable (necessary for mobile/strength challenged). Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 chairs didn't come together smoothly. The customer service rep (Gabbie) was friendly and responsive and I was sent replacement parts within a week to complete the third chair. All in all, my experience was positive and I will be a returning customer.
I had an issue with a table I had ordered which not the fault of Bison in the first place. They worked with me to find a solution in an extremely timely manner. None of this " you will get a response 48 hours " and you answer the question and wait another 48 hours. They jumped right on the issue and offered multiple solutions to satisfy their customer. Anytime in the future they have what I'm looking for I'm buying from them.
We had an issue with damaged parts of our new bar height chairs. We contacted Bison Office and the customer service was outstanding! We sent photos of the damage and replacement parts were shipped quickly. Thank you to Laura at Bison Office for your constant communication!
I ordered a Marker Board from Bison office based on the low price of the product on Amazon, which was a grave mistake. The board arrived with a large dent in the middle of it thanks to the very flimsy packaging. I emailed Bison office and started getting the runaround of "you have to wait 24-48 hours for us to read your request". After the pictures of the damaged product was submitted, then have to wait "24-48 hours for us to look at your pictures".
Do not believe their 5 star reviews on Amazon for a second.
I have initiated a dispute with Amazon and my CC to get the refund of my purchase price.

Several weeks ago, I noticed that Bison had incorrect color photos and product descriptions for an entire product line before placing an order. I informed them, and they acknowledged the mistake, assuring me it would be corrected. Weeks later, I placed an order for one of these products, trusting the description and photo had been updated. However, they sent the wrong color. When I contacted customer service to request a return label, Lucy essentially told me 'too bad'—claiming I received what I ordered. I then called and spoke with another representative who immediately admitted there was an error on their end with both the site and my order but said it would take several days to investigate. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was put on hold, only to be told the manager wasn't available.
Even after sending Lucy photographic proof showing "hand rubbed bronze" taken directly from the link on my order, she once again retorted, essentially saying 'too bad,' because buried in the description was the word 'black.' She forgot to mention that the link clearly denotes "oil rubbed bronze" and the "black" buried in the description actually said "secondary color."
Despite now numerous phone calls, with the first customer service agent admitting their mistake, and each time placing me on hold for long period, only to return to advise their "managers are in a meeting", I'm still awaiting a response from management and the return label. They will only transfer this matter back to my "case manager", Lucy, who's created this entire mess to begin with. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, leaving me deeply disappointed by Bison's lack of accountability and poor customer service.

I bought a TV stand from this company since it was the lowest priced one. I was not familiar with the company but decided to order as the price was attractive. Unfortunately when the TV stand was delivered, it was damaged. I was prepared to be given a runaround from the Company. Contrary to my expectations, the quickness and efficiency with which customer serviced managed to replace the damaged TV stand was just amazing... way beyond my expectations. Within less than a week, i had the replacement TV stand. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this website.

I bought a coffee table from this company - very expensive... The photos were completely different than the item I received... The color in the photos was oatmeal but my table came very dark grey. When I sent the photos to the custormer service they completely ignored me and still claim that that's the right color! I went on to read other reviews (should have obviously done it BEFORE I purchased that table) and other customers say exactly the same thing - this is false advertising. They are not taking any responsibility for misleading their customers. Will not be ever buying from them. Very disappointed!
I ordered a sink to remodel my bathroom. The sink arrived super quick, but it was damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right away. The replacement ended up arriving super quick but damaged as well. I contacted them again and they made sure to let the warehouse know and they reinforced the packaging and sent out another one within a week. Third time was a charm! The sink came in in perfect condition! A day later I received an email from customer service checking in and making sure everything was good! I work in customer service so I appreciated the follow up so much. I will be definitely be ordering from Bisonoffice again.
We purchased a Pacific Sling table and four chairs from Bison. The table was double boxed and arrived in good condition. The chairs arrived 2 days later and were packaged two in a box. Both boxes containing the chairs arrived damaged. The front of one of the chairs punched through the side of the box. It has scuff marks and a small crack. Bison was not able to replace the single chair. I assume because it was sold as a set. They agreed instead to refund the total cost of a single chair. Despite the fact that one chair is not in new condition, Bison offered the best price and delivery was within a week so we are giving them a rating of 4 stars.

Recieved our stools, in great shape, assembled them and we were very happy with the whole process from start to finish!

I searched high and low for a particular dining set that I wanted, and came across it on BisonOffice, and it was almost $1,000 cheaper! I was skeptical since it was so much less than any other site I found, plus I had never heard of this business before. Well, I couldn't be happier with my decision! The set arrived to me in perfect condition, but one of the chairs was the wrong color. I let customer service know, and May was able to get the correct one delivered to me the very next day! I was shocked. We then sent back the wrong chair with the shipping code she provided, with no issues at all! I will definitely be ordering from Bison Office again, not only for the quality products, but the amazing customer service provided by May!
Never got my $400 order, I tried calling, no one ever picked up or responded, I emailed, no response. The tracking number for my order didn't work. I tried the online chat function, got a response but it was very rude. This is my first bad experience shopping online, I would recommend not doing business with this company.

I ordered a gazebo online and it arrived complete and in a timely manner. A week later a second matching item arrived that I did not order and could not use. The customer service rep was helpful and after a few conversations the extra product was retrieved. I will be a returning customer.
Their prices are pretty good but you better hope you don't need to return in anything. I was finally able to get them to send me a shipping label to return a chair that I purchased. I send back the chair and they simply kept the chair and my money, no refund was ever issued! When I email their customer service I only get automated responses back. This company is based in China and you cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Now I have no chair nor the money I paid.

I ordered a lamp for my wife and I searched the internet for the specific lamp I was looking for and Bison Office had it in stock and ready -- plus it was at the lowest price I could find. The lamp arrived in 2-3 days as expected, however one of the screws in the lamp was damaged (presumably during the manufacturing process as the box was undamaged. I reached out to the Customer Service line and provided them a photo of the damaged items and they mailed me a replacement right away without any hassle at all. Far more than I expected from the best price on the internet. I'd do business with them again!
I created an ordering mess by creating duplicate orders (three to be exact) for a lovely coffee table. I cancelled two of the orders and contacted their customer service department by phone. Then they contacted me by email and assisted with solving my problem. I just want to say that working with Bison's Customer Service team has been an absolute pleasure. They were so nice and helpful in cleaning up the mess that I made with these orders and unraveling the confusion to ensure that I only receive and be charged for one coffee table with the discount. I have not received the coffee table yet, but I am so pleased with their customer service and how they handled by ordering debacle. Once I receive the coffee table, I will come back to update my review and add pictures. I am so excited!
Answer: There is no reason to order from them. They charge a 20% restocking free for returns and make you pay return shipping. Customer Service is non-existentnt.
