Bought some parts from bikeinn, paid them etc., did not get any order confirmation or nothing. After a few days i contacted them, first they wanted my emai adress, then proof of payment (wich caused me expences to get).
After all this they just told that there was never an order made by me or a payment made (even though i had just provided proof of payment!).
After this they just quit answering me alltogether, with no intentions to help or refund me, of the mess they had made.
Now i have to rely on my bank to hopefully get my money back.
Will not buy in this shop anymore. I both this Fox Dust Wiper Seal 34mm kIt and inside the kit is a 32mm kit. The package is wrongly packed. Now I cannot do anything with item and request for replacemen whicht is declined because of the delays which in fact they shipped the item very delayed as well. I usually order parts in your shop. Because of this, your products cannot be trusted. Sorry but I've no more interest in buying in this shop. I will also warn my mates in this incident.

This is a company based in Europe, but there's no mention of that in their website. I only learned about that when I received the tracking information. I live the US. But even after giving them my delivery address they still said delivery would be between 5 to 7 days.

I ordered bike parts in 2021. Bikeinn sent me an email confirming that the order was filled and the items were ready to be picked up by the shipper. They had a tracking number. There was even a signed certificate of sale with a signature connected to my order. And even more odd, I was sent a photo of the package that looked like it was on the floor of a dimly lit room. The tracking never updated, only showing that the carrier was ready to pick it up. But the order was never picked up and I never received the parts.
A year later, forgetting the previous experience I placed another order. After the same bogus tracking information was sent to me, I realized it was the same retailer. I immediately chatted with them and asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They confirmed that they would cancel and refund my payment. They never did. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. The cc company contacted them multiple times but they never responded. Only after the required 3 month period was over did the my cc company finally issue a refund. This is a bogus scam of a company.
Bike inn mis-labelled the item so it never arrived and refuse to give a refund. I have emailed about 30 times with no effect and their Chat function is useless - the people do not answer any questions or progress the refund

1. When I choose a white color product, they send me a brown one, so I claim to return.
2. When I choose a return form online, there is no correct reason for return: send me a worng prodcut.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews on sitejabber before doing business with bikeinn. I have no idea how they are 4.5 star rated on "verified reviews"? It took 5 weeks to receive my order. I googled "bike parts Canada" and was directed to bikeinn. It was only when I used the tracking number that I realized bikeinn is a Netherlands-based company. The international duty fees were a surprise extra cost.
No product, no tracking updates in over 3 weeks, no refund. Shocking customer service. Keep saying the same thing. It's on its way. Clearly it isn't!

I ordered 2 Vittoria Rubino Pro Control tires from this site on the 14th of Sept 2022. I recieved exactly that on 9/22/22. Could not be more pleased. Will be looking to Bikeinn for my cycling needs in the future.
Broke a pair of mtb shoes, they say to return them for inspection. After 2 months they accept my warranty claim saying they have refunded but I never recieved any refund on my paypal account. They say to call paypal for a solution. Never had any problem with paypal, refunds have been always instantly accounted! I think they try to put obstacles on the refund process and hoping I will renounce the refund request, so they can get for themself the money refund from the product companies
