This company STEALS YOUR MONEY from your account and hopes you don't notice it, I signed up for a trial, and then they sent me an email to ask if I wanted to extend the plan, I did nothing. I didn't think I had anything to cancel. I didn't use their product any more. They have been stealing $50 from me every month, by their misleading messaging, and now that I have caught them stealing $350 they refuse to refund anything. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT THEY WILL NOT STOP STEALING THE MONEY. Get fit another way, these people are criminals and are hiding overseas. They do NOT send you any emails about your subscription renewal, they stop all messaging to you, so you don't realise they are stealing your money. They have VERY SUSPICIOUS practices. They only send emails, which do not address the concerns you raise.
AVOID THIS PRODUCT, AND THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE. Do anything else to get fit, like walking more. This has over 330 bad reviews, imagine all the people they annoyed who didnt write a review, probably 1000s of people. Do be thier next victim.
