I decided to download the app. But, just like life, I immediately became overwhelmed with several life events that have prevented me from effectively using it. I have identified a need to create a schedule for my life to help me meet my goals. This app, with its reminders and notifications, is helpful in that aspect.
I'm sore. I had no idea that these 'little' 13 minute workouts could work my body the way they have! And I'm a visual learner, so being able to watch someone step-by-step has been an effortless way to learn. I love that you can do these workouts anywhere and the app is FULL of extras that all work together to build and stronger and more confident body and soul.

I've been doing Wall Pilates for over a week now and can feel the burn already, so I will keep pushing to hopefully see results in a couple weeks. I missed a day due to a 12hr work shift and wanted to do two the next day to be back on track, but this is not possible. I also get too many emails trying to sell extra, but haven't found any settings to change this. Also triggering that it was recommended to count calories - even got an email about it - but this is not a good idea when you have struggled with disordered eating. I just want the workouts.

I have been enjoying the Better Me app and daily workouts but during each exercise the model stops and starts over in the middle of the exercise.
PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP! They will drained your account! There is no live customer service! All I did was check out their advertisement and they my old account to charge my credit card!

I saw an ad and didn't think anything of it and started watching the video. I didn't expect everything to be so detailed and through. I only payed $11.99 for a 4 week plan and honestly that's all you really need. They have other perks but as long as you can remember to have a balanced diet and work out everyday then they give you everything you need. It's definitely worth your time and money!
