MadMuscles is like a friend who picked you up from the ruins. I lost 4 kg, became more active, even sex became better (oh, I said it out loud). But I want even more: exercises for specific problem areas, a little more flexibility in timing. Then it will be ideal.
Before MadMuscles, I was a classic office troll - my back is square, my shoulders are in some kind of depressive state. Now? Before MadMuscles, I thought that in order to lose weight, you had to suffer, like in a reality show. But here everything is different: gradually, of course, with humor. An ideal option for those who want to lose weight, but without fanaticism. There is room for growth, but the base is chic!

Really not impressed with mad muscle. I purchased their 4 week special and they also charged me for a coaching program as well. I immediately contacted them within a few minutes and they have refused to refund me. I would stay away from the company as they are only interested in your cash.
I'm the guy who "starts a new life on Monday" ten times a year. With MadMuscles it was easier: convenient tips, interesting exercises, even a nutrition plan came in. But, damn, why does everything load so slowly? Sometimes by the time I open an exercise, my appetite and motivation have already gone. If they tighten up the interface, I'll be on top.

To be honest, after the birth of my second child, my body and brain seemed to have separated. I was looking not just for a program, but for a hand that would pull me off the couch. And MadMuscles did not let me down! Minus 6 kg in 1.5 months, my hips tightened, and my stomach began to disappear like the night after dawn. The only thing is that I would like a little more variability in the programs to suit my rhythm. But overall, it's very ok!

Absolutely a scam, subscription was 25.99 they billed me for 169 a month. Refused to refund my money back.
This company is a scam. They will steal your money. They get you to register on their website to just browse then you get hit with 3 bogus charges and you WILL NOT REFUND YOU! This is how this company Mad Muscle makes there money is by ripping you o on these bogus charges. If they were a legit company they would not have to resort to these scams. But since they are not legit and they will steal your money... they are thieves. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. I'm a personal trainer and woukd never signed up for any program they have bit yet they managed to steal $95 from me. It's not the amount but the principal. This company is a scam. See the other reviews. All the positive reviews are AI generated. Stay away from this company if you don't want to be robbed.
