Though I wrote to the company several times for refund, they are not willing to. Ultimately, I ended up paying about USD 112 without using the app.

I was surprised how sore I was after a work out that was only 13 minutes. It is great!
I've spent my whole life working out. I've tried a lot. I've been pretty inactive over the last year due to personal issues and this is the first time in a long time I've been excited to get back to it. The app is easy to use, fun and makes you feel a burn in a short time.
I am only on Day 3 but so far so good.
The workouts are achievable whilst still challenging and are also a nice time length to be able to fit in with a busy schedule.
I have a really hectic schedule and really don't have time to exercise. Better me has helped me to get that exercise routine in at the end of my day and empowers me to continue on. I am on day three and I am excited to continue with the exercise is daily. They are very easy to do and I don't need any equipment. Im a mother of twins babies and the app provides flexible and quick workouts i can try and squeeze in my day as well as reminders to drink more water!
It is easy to follow, if the phone app and Ipad can be sync is even better.
The app seems adaptive and I like that I'm given things that won't hurt my knee but I still feel like I get a good workout.
I like the work outs really well. The calorie/meal tracker could be better. I'm not sure what my caloric goals are for the day. I feel the meals and calories could have better explanations and examples.

First time user of Better Me, and I like it a lot. You can be as involved as you want to be. I love the options to follow the meal plan (or not!), to log your water (or not), to log the amount of time you fast (or not), etc. I like that the options are there, but I don't generally get on my phone a lot, so it's no big deal if I log everything or not.
The exercises are not as challenging as I had expected, but I do feel it in several muscles, so I'm excited to see how progress goes!
Surprisingly difficult for me, I inverted the rotations a lot, arms were the most difficult for me. I did not do well at breathing at the right time. But, I liked it and that is a first. In the past I have not liked the workouts due to pain. This one felt stiff and weak muscles so I paid attention and saw that it is good for me.
I love this app, as it allows for me to not only track my progress, but helps me with accountability. The reminders that I receive are also helpful in helping me to become the best version of myself.
