A work in progress

Great way to begin pilates

I'm enjoying this program a lot. I had never done Pilates and it has been nice to be able to go at my own pace comfortably at home. I also like that there is access to the level of support tailored to one's particular need.

Enjoying it so far

Enjoying it so far but not clear on the levels - for Pilates, I wanted to try medium for a day or so and then maybe advanced Day 1 too but it will cause me to lose my progress on the medium level! Bummed! I'm a beginner so medium feels right and I can progress to advanced next but would have liked to test out advanced to see how it is! Still curious if that's possible.

Chair exercises
January 24, 2026

The chair exercises are well designed for people with mobility issues. The exercises encourage a wide range of motion for fingers, arms and legs. A person can either print all the exercises or download the daily videos. My preference is the short videos. The instructor illustrates each exercise for a few seconds and then a voice describes in further detail how each exercise is to be completed. Each exercise is timed starting with the higher number and going down to 0, I think all the exercises for the day can be completed in about 15 minutes. There is a counter that indicates calories burned at the end of all the exercises.

Beginner pilates

Take it easy

I was expecting more from the app, however due to my lack of free time, plus after xmas holidays, the peace of the app has given me just the perfect routine or commitment to do it every day, in between 10 min to 20min. Gives you an energy boost. Perfect to get back into routine. Also, if you want more, they give you more sets of exercises after your done your daily routine.

Saludos desde Mexico! Es la primera vez, que hago ejercicios de pilates de pared y estoy muy contenta de haber empezado, por que los ejercicios son fáciles de hacer y están muy bien explicados a demás que tiene la opción de enfocarte en la parte del cuerpo que tu quieras o todo el cuerpo, tiene una opción la app que al finalizar los ejercicios si deseas puedes realizar otros Edo es excelente! Useful for beginners

I've started on the beginners Calisthenics programme. The instructions are clear and the sessions are manageable to fit into a daily routine, which is important for me to build a habit with this. I'm a regular gym-goer with a decent level of fitness but wanted to learn the basics for this, which I'd recommend my programme for. I'm enjoying trying something new.

So far so good

I'm only a few workouts in, so it's hard to tell at this point, but so far I like the program. I'm 11 weeks postpartum and this has been a great way for me to get back into moving my body after having a baby. I have definitely felt the burn from the first few workouts. I can see this being something I add to my daily workouts once I get back into the gym.

Reganing strength
