I've tried a couple of fitness apps before but BetterMe takes the cake! Workouts are easy to follow. The workouts are short and effective making them so easy to fit into a tight schedule and I LOVE the additional yoga workouts. 10/10 recommend for any girly trying to get into a workout rhythm or just try out Pilates
I didn't know when I bought but they have a timer and walk ya thru the every excercise during workout. It's perfect. I set my stop watch to several different times but didn't need to cause the app does it all.

I signed up for the 90 day trial 6 days ago. I planned to do it three days a week. So far I have done it every day for the last six days. I love it! When I signed up, I was able to let the app know I have issues with my knees. All my workouts have been low impact, perfect for my knees! Each day, the workout gets a little more advanced but I'm easing into it. I am working muscles I didn't even know I had! I feel like the workouts are helping with my knee issues too.
I have taken Pilates a few times several years ago, but I wanted to get back into it regularly to reach my fitness goals. I came across BetterMe online and I did some research. It seems like it was an in-depth program that could be done at home that required no equipment, which was a bonus for me. I decided to sign up for the 12-week plan, which I've been using for five days consecutively, and I think it's already a challenge in a good way! I haven't seen any results just yet because it's too soon, but I'm sure they will come with consistency. I can't wait to see the results at the end of my 12 weeks!

This is only my first week following the BetterMe plan and so far I am impressed! The exercises are intense but reasonably start off slower and build in intensity as you progress. I also appreciate that stretches and cool downs are included. Im gonna stick with this and hopefully become a better me!
