Once bed bought, no communication about when delivery will actually happen (in order email, says they will "try" to deliver on chosen date). Takes 30 mins to get through to customer service.

Delivery people left the bed outside the apartment block and won't bring it up 4 steps into the ground floor flat, one delivery man citing "health and safety". Only problem was the other delivery man then said they would bring it in for a tenner.

Taken delivery of large rattan garden set - very prompt delivery. However the whole thing is in a million pieces with about 109 screws - never would have purchased had it been clearly stated on the website instead of a sentence in the T&C s that states 'many items' are flat packed - I also Rvd no instruction which have no been very promptly emailed to me, on looking at them I can't see how I will ever be able to assemble it! There is always a reason things come cheap I suppose. Very misleading and disappointing.

Ordered 3 divan single beds online on 26/12 delivery was as scheduled and quite quick. Ordered on Visa. Once I'd unwrapped one, drawer fronts came apart from rest of bed and tear in leather surround, quality very substandard so didn't open the other 2 and rang up to report faulty one and request full money back for all. Collection slot made for 2/1/19 but they didn't turn up to collect. I rang and was told driver had had an accident..and they had rebooked collection for the 4/1. However they did collect on the 4/1 and my money refunded in full 5 working days later.
All I will say is always look at reviews before purchasing, pay by visa, and take photos of everything and document/screen shot everything and you'll have every eventuality covered...i did so i was happy id get my money back in the end.

I was in urgent need of a new bed and didn't have much money to spend. I found a divan on Beds.co.uk for £210 with a mattress and headboard! Also, it said 2-6 working days. On the 5th day they phoned at 9.40pm to tell us our bed was going to be delivered the next day... bit of a joke calling at that time. They said it would be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm... Typical! So my mum had to stay in on her day off, until 5.30pm when the bed was delivered! I'm sure in this day & age they could confirm a more precise delivery time! When they arrived, I live on a second floor flat and they told my mum (who was on her own) that they couldn't bring it up the stairs so she had to do it! Safe to say their delivery couriers are absolutely useless. The bed is what I expected for £210. It's nice and modern and the drawers are a bit flimsy.

Decided the double was just too small for me and my restless sleeper of a partner! After spending hours searching the web for a King Size package within budget I stumbled upon Beds.co.uk

So many frame and mattresses to choose from and the prices were very competitive in comparison to the big outlets. After reading through reviews and deciding on what design best matches my contemporary style I found the frame and mattress package to suit.

Everything from a customer perspective was exactly what you would expect and more! The bed itself. The missus now thinks she has even more room but I can live with that given the comfort of the made to frame mattress is superb! I even got brownie points on the design too!

I ordered 2 memory foam mattresses and they arrived the following day. Great value for money and so comfortable. The quality was good and having looked around on numerous other sites found these to be a lot cheaper. I am more than happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend.

Super fast delivery and easy to handle. The bed took me a couple of hours to assemble and feels very solid when put together. Skates are fixed in place individually rather than having a load strung together which stops them moving. The gas sprung system to lift the unit up for storage works perfectly and the whole bed feels that it will last. The mattress is exceptional value and very comfortable mix of memory foam and springs. I don't think you'll get much better for your money. Very happy.

We were a little reluctant ordering online for such a large piece of furniture. But every aspect of the service that was provided was outstanding the company is so organised with selecting your ideal delivery day with regular updates as to how our parcel was getting on. When our bed arrived the delivery guys were so helpful helping me get it into the house. The quality is so much more than what we had expected and I must say both me and my partner had the best nights sleep we have had in a very long time. Would highly recommend these guys.
