I buy my wife items from Bed Bath and Beyond all the time. They have great items that you can not find anywhere else. They have great sales going on all the time. Excellent all around
They have things you couldn't find anywhere else. Most of there items are affordable. I love the style they carry and the huge variety that they offer
I am writing to express my indignation at BB&B for disallowing MyPillow products to be sold at their retail stores. Villifying an honest, American-made product because of political bias is unjust.
I bought a king size bed on-line. They shipped it. I cancelled after the item was shipped. This item was free shipping. $800 dollar bed. They told me I would be charged $199 shipping and re-stocking fee. I called back with-in 24 hours and told them to go ahead and ship me the item after I cancelled. They told me I would have to purchase the bed again for the full price and they would not waive the $199 dollar fee. Absolutely ridiculous... DO-NOT buy any furniture on-line from BED, BATH and BEYOND. My second complaint is. I bought a $599 dollar picture from BED, BATH and BEYOND. They shipped it through FED-EX. FED-EX never got a signature when the item was delivered to my front door. The first picture was shipped to the wrong address and the replacement was shipped to the correct address but again for a second time no signature was obtained. Just left at my front door for anyone to steal the picture. This is ridiculous. I'm posting this message on every review site and ever social media site.

Love the customer service in store, but the store online is great with clear pictures and it makes you want to visit the actual store. It's really great and love the user experience.
I love what you carry and I love just coming to look to see what you have new in the store. It is always if fun to stop in a buy things in there

I ordered a laptop pillow & sent as a gift. They sent a Kindle pillow instead. I have tried to contact them but it's impossible. I would not advise ordering anything from them
The site is very different from the store. If they don't email you a 20% coupon, then you don't get a discount. The store allows you to get several discounts at the same time. So go to the store.
I ordered a kitchen knife set for my mother for her new remodeled home/kitchen. I made a mistake with the shipping address and cancelled within 5 minutes. Went back and reordered and it's being 5 days and not only the order has not shipped, but the money for the cancelled order is not on my account. I am trying to reach customer service and the wait is between 45-60 minutes. I used to buy from them. But I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
My son decided to go to an out-of-state college. We had to furnish his dorm room, and since we were flying there, I bought everything ahead of time at the local Bed Bath and Beyond store. Told them I needed to pick up the items in Stockton, CA and they set me up with a registry through their Pack and Hold program. I had a good time walking around the local store with a scanner. Prior to my leaving the store, they printed out the registry to make sure the Stockton store had the items in stock.
When we went to the Stockton store, they had a few items pulled. I wasn't surprised because I had just ordered everything less then 24 hours before. I think if I had given them more time, they would have the carts full when we got there. The staff were all very gracious, but the manager, Briana, was exceptionally kind. She knew we were struggling to find several items and ended up giving us 20% off our total bill for our troubles! I was blown away by her customer service skill and would definitely shop at the Stockton store next time I'm in town.
Would give zero stars if that was an option. Here is an article instead!

Shop elsewhere, you will likely get what you ordered in a timely manner, be able to check status online, trust any information provided... because you won't get any of that with these chumps.
Even though my items have not shipped and despite the fact estimated ship date was 2-3 days after placing the order, the only way I could obtain information was contacting them directly. Their "My Account page" only sends you to the site, just as clicking on 'View or Manage Order details" does. I was told to check back in 3 days when they would be able to provide more information. Not that the items would have shipped, but they may be able to tell me when they would be shipped. So I cancelled the order, and customer service confirmed it had been cancelled. 10 minutes later I received duplicate emails (every transaction has resulted in 2 or 3 duplicates) saying: -
We received your request to cancel the Chocolate Cotton Two-tone Placemats (Set of 2,4 or 6).
Unfortunately, this order has already been processed through our warehouse and cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

On January 25, I ordered two sets of dinnerware that I thought would compliment one another. They are the same pattern, one blue, one white. The blue set arrived intact but the white set had a broken dinner plate and a broken salad plate. I emailed customer service on January 29, the day that they arrived and asked if I needed to return the entire set for replacement or, just the two broken pieces. I received an auto response saying that they would contact me within 48 hours. When I hadn't heard from them by February 1, I emailed again and received the same auto response, but no one contacted me. Yesterday, February 8, I left two reviews- one positive for the blue set and a less positive one about the white set with the broken dishes. They published the positive review right away, but today, I received an email asking me to resubmit my review on the white set. They highlighted a part of my review in their email to me so I assume it was the part they had a problem with. (Please see photos.)
I ORDERED A WEEK AGO. IT SAID DELIVERY MONDAY. I KNEW BY FRIDAY THERE WAS AN ISSUE WHEN TRACKING HAD NOT BEEN ENTERED. I CONTACTED THEM. THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE A SHIPPING BECAUSE IT HAD NOT BEEN SENT. I SAID CANCEL THEN. I WILL BUY ON AMAZON. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL BECAUSE IT WAS WITH A THIRD PARTY VENDOR THEY WORK WITH. COME MONDAY AT THE END OF THE DAY, NO DELIVERY AND NO CHANGE OF DELIVERY DATE OR TRACKING EVEN AFTER SPEAKING TO THEM ON FRIDAY. I CONTACT THEM AGAIN AND THEY SAID AGAIN THEY CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER. THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A SHIPPING TRACKING AND THE INFORMATION WOULD BE UPDATED SHORTLY. IT IS NOW 11.30PM AT NIGHT AND IT STILL SITS THERE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. I WANT TO CANCEL BECAUSE I CAN ORDER THE ITEM WITH AMAZON PRIME WHICH IS RELIABLE. SO I AM NOW STUCK WITH NOT DELIVERED, NO SHIPPING TRACKING AND REFUSAL TO REFUND ME. IS THERE ANY LEGAL RECOURSE I HAVE THAT THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL THE ORDER GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES?
I am long time customer, and needed a pillows today, and learned that they pulled MyPillow product due to POLTICS and and the FAR LEFT. I will never step foot in this store again! I am telling my kids and everyone I know to NEVER shop at this place again. EVER!
I used to love BBB, but stopped shopping with them as much as the merchandise seem to like Sears, Kmart, JCpenny not keep pace with trends. The stuff all looks low end and like it would mostly be used in your Grandmother's trailer. You used to go in there and the bedding was wonderful and of the same quality as what you would find at Nordstrom and old Macy's before Macy's got kind a tacky.
I hope they can adjust quality and easy of ordering and the annoyances on the website and save themselves as I would be truly sad to see them go. The stock was so limited I bough few things for the dorm or for my home as they had nothing I liked the styling. The problem might be the Buyers. Where Walmart, target and Amazon have gone up, they, Land's End, Sears and Macy's have gone down.
When you can order and check out at Amazon and Target and have fresh tasteful styles in home goods being sold at Walmart (who would have called that?) why go to BBB and look for 1 or 2 styles of dust broom. Or 3 ugly brooms. They used to be the place that had 17 different scrubbers. So think what they are buying and selling is only appealing to older people, or people with limited income that can't afford to shop elsewhere.
I think better designed hipper products and of a slightly better quality and a website where one did not encounter an issue every time you tried to check out would go a long way. I think it's mostly the borning stock the high shipping and site hiccups. I shop with Amazon as I can get free shipping.
I made an online purchase in June. Both items from this order arrived damaged. When I contact customer service it's always I need to do this and that or no one knows what I'm talking about. I have been promised a refund that never happened. The last person I spoke with said it could take 30 days! Funny thing is it only takes one day to take the money from my account. Here we are the end of July still no refund. It is not my problem these products arrived damaged. Never have I delt with such horrible customer service. To top it off when I last spoke with customer service I asked 5-6 times to speak to a manger before she finally put me on hold then comes back to say no one is available. If I do not receive my refund I will be seeking other actions. I am so disgusted with the lack of customer service and competency to even fix the problem in the first place. From the beginning I said I just wanted a replacement which was such a process and for somthing that was not even my fault I had so much responsibility. They had the nerve to ask me to pick up an item I couldn't even lift and bring it back to ups to even begin shipping a new item! I don't want to be contacted by anyone. I want my money back and that is all. I have already replaced the damaged items with another company.
BEWARE OF TEXT OFFERS! They sent me a 20% off coupon in the mail and it said text this code to this number for 20% off one item and you will receive your code to use mobile online so I text the code to the number and get a response --"YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR CODE IN ONE WEEK" Really? One week... I'm trying to buy Christmas gifts... you think I'm going to sit around for a WEEK and wait for a code for 20% off... hahahaha. So I just went to Amazon and found it cheaper anyway. BOGUS!

Answer: How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
