Store 1356 in Roseville MN is stellar, and has my HIGHEST recommendation. I have too many wonderful stories to tell you about in this tiny space here. This particular store deserves 6 stars, mainly because of the staff and the managers. Wonderful people, wonderful place, great product, and if they don't have it they ALWAYS find it for me. I bought 15 items they shipped it and they only shipped 1. They showed order complete I contacted them and they fixed it but it took a bit. And I probably will not order again.
Bed bath & beyond emailed me multiple times for days before my item was to be delivered. I stayed home all day because my item was going to be delivered on Tuesday I had multiple emails verifying this. I stayed home all day Tuesday it was beautiful out my item has not arrived they have blown up my email but can't send the item on time. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!
They are a bit pricey and it's really hard to get a 20% discount. Do yourself a favor BB&B and be more generous with those discounts. It goes a long way with your customers!
I ordered a table online. It was shipped promptly, and when I went to check the tracking info, I saw that it was delivered to the door, in the WRONG STATE. I called and was then told that 15 were available, but that I would probably need to wait until the April shipment. How does this make sense? I asked them to check with the manufacturer and email me an explanation. They said they would, but did not. A week later I called again. Again, a more sincere promise this time to email with a time for delivery. No response again. Five days later I called and was told they had just received an answer this morning (! - not sure if I believe that), and that the table was not now and never would be available. So my only option was to get a credit to my credit card, and, in these days of technology, it would take about 12 days! My suspicion is that the seller did not want to sell a table that cost over $500. With a 20 per cent off coupon. Never again with this company. Not trustworthy and very poor communication.
A 60-day return policy for what turns out to be a defective product is not enough time. Most people would rather shop at COSTCO, WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS TREATED WITH ENOUGH RESPECT TO WARRANT HAVING A LIBERAL RETURN POLICY.
I recently placed an online order which ended up with items being out of stock. It's annoying to pay for items that end up not being in stock. It's even more annoying that there was no sign of any refund being processed for those items!
I was assured by the cashier at pickup that I would receive an email receipt after pickup. I never received a receipt. Instead I received a confirmation of pickup for the complete order -including items that I never received!
I proceeded to chat with an agent and request a refund. I had to correct them when they gave me an insufficient refund amount. They then gave me a refund amount not including taxes! When I asked about why taxes are not refunded, they said they'd need to open a case with their internal team to refund the full amount. Ridiculous. Of course the full amount should always be refunded. It was their fault for not have the stocked items updated properly and allowing me to order unavailable items in the first place.
They need to update their system for online transactions. Most other businesses automatically and immediately refund me for out of stock items. Even better are those that are up to date with their stock.
Rather than providing convenience with online ordering, I ended up spending more time and frustration having to sort the refund.
This is place to shop for good quality products at reasonable prices. One of the things I like about this store is what they advertise is actually in store and in stock.
Extremely nice quality you just can't go wrong they have wonderful items not only for the bath but truly they're beyond because I generally go beyond for items all over the house.
I love this store and I will confess I over spend every time I go in there. I can't help myself I just do. So many unique novelty items for your home.
I recently placed a $5000 order. 7 hours after placing the order I received a coupon for 25% off. I called and asked could they process the Coupon and recent the difference, Maureen advices that she's not familiar with how to do so. I asked her to ask a colleague for help. She puts me on hold and comes back and says she's unable to do so and that I can use it on my next purchase. The discount would have been over 700$ for the items it could be used on. I asked to cancel the order so I can reorder using the discount. The order was still in processing. She advised that I can request a cancellation but can't guarantee it will be accepted. That made NO since to me. I then told her to cancel the entire order and I won't reorder again. She rather loose a 5k sale instead of figuring out how to make my coupon work. Incredible! Now the cancellation. She puts in a request for cancellation but says I can't guarantee it will be accepted. She states that if it ships just call to have it returned. I asked why ship it if I'm cancelling? I then asked does she know the cost of freight on a living room and bed room set. This is absurd. One star is too many from them. Stay far away from this place!
I purchased 3 of the same items on July 19th. On July 21st, they were delivered. Once the boxes were checked, I realized they sent me three of the incorrect items. In fact, they were not even close to what was on my receipt. I immediately made them aware explained that these items were needed for an event on August 1st. I did order the correct items, Bed, Bath, and Beyond made the mistake. Customer service told me I needed to return the items before they could send my correct items. I'm not sure how me fixing their mistake was priority, especially since they had my money. But they sent me a return label, and I put those labels on all three boxes and put out front. They were supposed to pick up that Monday, but they were still on my front porch when I got home from work. I called on Tuesday and they said they would come on Wednesday. All boxes were out there all day. When I returned from work, one box was gone and two were still left on the front porch. Needless to say I still to this day have not received my items that I needed yesterday. I'm currently on hold trying to fix their mistake AGAIN! And have been on hold for 1 hour and 17 minutes. I need everyone to know how frustrating this company can be. My daughters college registry was also with them, for this same event, and she has only received two of the 13 items purchased from people. If you can find your items somewhere else, you are better off. I work 50-60 hours a week and do not have time for this inconvenience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, just avoid or go in person.
For the month of February 2021, shipping at Bed Bath & Beyond has been atrocious. Order placed February 09,2021 and received February 26. It only took 17 days for my item to arrive AFTER I contacted customer service. I thought this might be a product stocking issue, so I let it slide and placed another order. The second order was a gift so I thought I would pay $10.00 for Same day delivery. What a joke! I placed the order 2/27/21 and still have not received it. I called customer service to cancel the order. For the first 15 minutes of the call the guy could not locate the order. His English was very poor and I had to ask him to repeat many times. Why do customer service centers not have English speaking people? He finally found the order and said he could not cancel the order because the order was being shipped. He could not tell me when my package would arrive other than the date and time that was stated on the BBB App, which had already expired. He did offer to refund $10 for the Same Day Delivery and told me I would have to return the item to the store. When it arrives... if it arrives. He said the shipping carrier is D-ship. But my last late package was delivered by USPS. USPS! That is a whole nother review topic. Don't get me started with that one! Needless to say, I will not be ordering from BBB anymore. I tried to give them my business but now I will be turning to Amazon for their Prime delivery service. And Amazon's great customer service.
I placed a order for a item at Bed Bath & Beyond! In less than a half hour, I received a CALL FROM THEM, that the item I ordered was waiting for me to pickup! This was at the local store, less than 3 miles away. Bed Bath & Beyond you are the BEST!
I've ordered many items through Overstock and needed a few things from the new site. I ordered a rug for my bedroom and it arrived with big stains on the edges and it smelled like wet wool. I called customer service because the plastic that it was wrapped in was not reusable. It took 1 1/2 hours for a rep to answer. They said they would ship a rug sleeve which arrived a few days later.
They paid for shipping and I ordered a different rug. A few days later, UPS dropped off the new rug and we put it in the garage for now since we were painting. A few days later, another rug arrived. Now I am confused. Seems the first rug that arrived was a replacement for the returned dirty rug. But we didn't order it. I did not want a rug that smelled like an animal.
I called them again and waited nearly 2 hours on hold. They gave me an RMA to return the rug that I never ordered. They received rug #2 five days ago and there's still no credit. I tried the chat and someone named Abby responded. Except Abby is a Bot and kept giving me a link on how to return an item. I called customer service and was told that they would call me back in 87 minutes!
They finally called me and said the $520 credit may show up next week. I told them that waiting 30 days for a credit is unacceptable and I won't shop there again.
Ive shopped with BBY over the years and the best thing is their return policy. I've never had an issue with having to return a damaged item even after warranty has expired.
I like the selections in cooking and kitchen items, but home goods such as bedspreads, sheets and towels are nice too. It's especially nice for gift items and the coupons help with prices. I LIKE IT!
I rate Bed Bath & Beyond Five Stars because they have everything you need for your Bed Bath & Beyond as they claim. I think the they got the Beyond part of their name for their customer service, because they always go over & Beyond to make me happy and that is what keeps me going back!
I am shocked at how the quality of the sheets for bedding has declined. Went into their Woodbridge store in N. J. and saw only noname sheets and a very limited selection. Thank goodness for Macys.
I just went in the bed Bath and beyond. I was in the store for about 42 minutes and no one offered to help. There were several people stocking shelves and checking out but no assistance was offered

Answer: How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
Answer: Bed Bath & Beyond is a scam! They took my money and NEVER sent my order and won't give me a refund! The worste online shopping experience I have ever had!
