So, my issue is that after my payment was accepted on 12/19/2920, my promised delivery date, was changed. Called customer service and spoke with numerous reps, who were in fact rude especially "Emily", I believe this rep was an over seas rep. Refused my contact to speak with a supervisor, that's all I wanted. Guess what guys, she hung up on me. I called a fourth time and ask to speak with a supervisor, I Vogt a rep who was very cordial but was unable to assist me in cancelling my order. I asked to have my order cancelled, waited on hold for an hour, which totaled with the other cakes over two hours. At that moment part of the same day deliver was deliver, but the other items totaling 250. Just completely disappeared, I have no refund or do I have the items I ordered. I am tired of BBB, which should be reported to the BBB, Better Business Bureau.
You know, you can spend your hard earned money to support this business and in the end you are treat as nobody's...
I ordered a laptop pillow & sent as a gift. They sent a Kindle pillow instead. I have tried to contact them but it's impossible. I would not advise ordering anything from them
I placed an order online on Nov. 29. Supposedly the item shipped Dec. 6. Then I get an email that says it will arrive by Dec. 12 by USPS. As of Dec. 19 it still says in transit. I call customer service and she told me call back in a couple of days. Not helpful at all. I will not be purchasing from them in the future.
I purchased an expensive product online from this company, on December 1st 2020. I purchased so early because I was guaranteed a delivery by the 25th (Christmas). After 15 days of waiting for the item I check the order status and see that it says the same thing... processing. So I call customer service and they tell me that I bought an item that was out of stock... how can I buy something out of stock?! Anyways they said that all they could do was cancel my order and try to get me a replacement by the middle of January. So essentially they did nothing to solve my problem, because the gift wouldn't be here before Christmas. So needless to say, I will never be shopping online from this store again. Total scam.
I placed my order on 12/4/2020 for two items a Cuisinart Coffee Maker for Pods and Google Chromecast with Google TV and my coffee maker was supposed to be delivered same day & was NOT. Now my Google device should have been received by now and won't ship till tonight 12/14/2020.
I did not receive my order and there was no way to contact anyone to ask about it. I emailed the company and then sent a message on facebook neither of which were replied to. There is no possible way to speak to a live person about your package.
Tried on a slipper, didn't fit so started to try on another when a clerk came by and said "Don't try that on, it's unsanitary". She said I must buy first and return for refund if it doesn't fit. Wow! So I drove over to Kohl's and REI where I could try on several pairs until finally found what I wanted. No wonder Bed Bath and Beyond is going broke. Won't give them any business in the future!
Not even gona waste my time to tell my very long story, just save your self the trouble and take my foolish advise, read the other reviews on here that are not lying!

I called bed bath and beyond on Saturday because They decided to cancel three of my orders from my registry. When I asked them why they cancel three of my orders they told me it was not in stock. But when I went online it never said limited stock and it never sent out of stock. So as a customer I was extremely confused on why the girl kept telling me there was no stock. I was on hold for three hours from 9am-12. The lady would never give me her name told me I'm not allowed to speak to a supervisor I'm not allowed to speak to a manager finally the girl just hung up on me because she couldn't help me. So I called back on Sunday same thing happened once again nobody wanted to help me no one can tell me why my order was canceled and yet again I was hung up on. So I decided let me call back on Monday and guess what same thing happened nobody wanted to help me and they hung up on me. I'm sure you're reading this thinking that I was screaming and raising my voice through the phone but now I remained very calm because all I wanted was my money back if you didn't have the item in stock that's all I was asking for. I tried to call one more time this morning yet again I was hung up twice. I will never order from bed Bath and beyond online again! They are a horrible company and the way that they treat their customers is ridiculous! Highly recommend do not order anything online. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Purchased a personalized mat online that came with smears and flecks all over it. How does something even get packaged looking like this? Also, was told I had to return it to the store, which is 40 minutes away...
*Was told I would receive a refund in 3-6 weeks on December 31st. Haven't received it yet. It is February 21st now. Never received the refund. Will never shop there again!
Order on line on November 17 and received an email to expect a delivery by the 20th of November. On the 18th I received a email that the item was shipped. Now I tracked the package and it should be delivered by December 3. A little late for my granddaughter's birthday. I am very disappointed and will no longer from them.
If they send an item with a missing piece, which they will, they are incapable of sending you that missing piece. The best you can hope for is a refund, but that's only after being on multiple 30+ minute calls. Order from anywhere else.
I ordered a Micro Flannel electric blanket from BB&B online. I followed the manufacturer's instructions exactly but the blanket would not heat up. I contacted the manufacturer, Shavel Home Products, and they said they would send out a new controller. Never received a confirmation email to this effect. Re contacted the manufacturer who said the employee I spoke with no longer works for Shavel and the controller order was never placed, but this new customer service agent would send out a new controller immediately. AGAIN, no confirmation email to this effect. Contacted Shavel AGAIN a few days later and the same employee said she would send out the email. Three hours later - no email.
Contacted BB&B customer service 1-800 number who said my call would be answered in 20 minutes or less. Have been on hold over 20 minutes.
Shop elsewhere, avoid the frustration!
I went into Cobblestone store Florida and asked what size was a picture because it was to high to reach. Someone working at the store said it was 4". I know it was bigger than that and ignored us. I should have gotten my tape measure out of my car and asked for a step stool. Asked the cashier if it was on line and just said yes! The day before a young man was so helpful. I wanted to know if they had a king sized comforter and they didn't have it. He looked it up on line. Now he was great!
9-13-20 I placed an online order to be delivered. 11-14-20 the order never shipped, tracked or delivered to me! I have called customer service three times, last time it was over an hour long call. They never shipped my order and they won't give me my money back! Update: they did finally give me a refund and a gift card. I have not had any more issues with my orders. My experience has been much better.
4 pillows and 4 pillowcases for almost 850 dollars! Ridiculous! Never going back! INSANE!
Worst company ever, if you have to return anything you are screwed, 2 weeks of trying to deal with over seas customer service and no answer finally ask for money back. Ben buying from them for 25 years. No more, EVER
My experience was in my opinion criminal. I ordered comforter online, my card was charged but the order vanished. I have yet to get any logical response as to what happened so they basically stole $459. Sitejabber is misleading the public by showcasing a rating of 4 stars! I have read so many reviews and have found only 2 that rate 4 stars. This site must be getting a kickback for showcasing a good rating. This is an extreme disservice

Beware of online orders if you have 2 addresses saved on file with Bed Bath and Beyond! It was hard to see what address it was shipping to, thus, all the things I ordered for my new home went to my old home. It was a mess! It cost BB&B a lot of time and money as well as huge headaches and loss of time for me, all the shipping, boxing, transporting, unboxing, returning, refusing shipments, could have easily been avoided if they just made the address easier to select and made it more prominent before finalizing your order! I tried to email, to call and only the in-store experience was helpful. The store agreed the online customer service was of no help!
Answer: It's not hard to get them on the line, but they are all foreign so they didn't understand exactly what I was talking about
Answer: How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
Answer: Bed Bath & Beyond is a scam! They took my money and NEVER sent my order and won't give me a refund! The worste online shopping experience I have ever had!
