When I bought stuff on line I received confirmation with wrong delivery address and I try to change to my address multiple times, but except confirmation on my email that someone try to change address nothing happens.
Next day I call costume service and they insure me that they finally able to change address, but forgot to mention that if I fail to do it in first 30 min after ordering, they will deliver to wrong address.
That exactly what happened.
After multiple calls when I did not receive my staff, I was told that someone contact me with information.
Never happened.

Discontinuing MyPillow because it's an underperforming product? But you still sell As Seen on TV junk that doesn't do what the ads state or break the first time you use it? THOSE are underperforming products, not MyPillow! Let's face it - you caved in to the Cancel Culture! Leave politics out of your business. I'm going to be a part of the Cancel Culture and cancel any future business with Bed Bath & Beyond!

Since BB&B decided to bow to the dangerous, rampant cancel culture seeking to destroy our democracy, I decided to return my last 3 orders with them. I no longer feel good doing business here, nor do I feel welcome in the BB&B culture. This past year I've been shopping online, but wanted to return my purchases in person to avoid shipping costs. I just returned from the local store, and was shocked to see how dingy and disheveled it looked. Though I will no longer be doing business with them, it's sad to see this once vibrant store looking like a second-hand bargain basement. Alienating so many of their customers can't possibly help the situation.

When you remove Mike Lindell's My Pillow because corporate execs disagree with him politically, or are afraid of the Left coming after you, you alienate MOST of your customers! This is a STUPID business practice! Restore freedom of choice in purchasing!

Not planning on ever going back - quality is poor, the store is a dump, the wait lines are ridiculously long and most everything is low end junk even the sheets & towels. Horrible shopping experience.

I'm saddened with Bed Bath & Beyond's mixing of politics and business, including the PC way in which BBBY messaged the My Pillow fiasco to the public. In this weird and hopefully temporary cancel culture, it seems certain businesses believe it's in their best interest to integrate the dubiously media-pumped political frenzy into their executive decisions instead of focusing on healthy business practices. BBBY like many companies has fallen victim to this fickle phenomenon. With BBBY's long-term downward trend (35% stock price decline over the past 5-years), can they really afford to jeopardize their consumer lifeline?

I have shopped at BB &B for years. But, unfortunately, their recent move to jump on the band wagon of punishing anything and anyone with conservative views is beyond my comprehension. When will the censorship and mistreatment of Christian conservative Americans stop.? Because they have become intolerant of our politics, I can no longer support this business. At some point we must fight back. This is my line in the sand. Good bye, Bed Bath & Beyond.

1st they ship me something with missing parts
Then I have to contact them 7 different times trying to get them to ship the pieces to me. They say they will. I get a reference number. Half the time they dont even type full sentences and when you call they don't know what to do. After a month of this the last person I spoke to made no sense, told me there was an order put through for me but then told me I should just go in person and exchange the item. Really? Now I have to go out of my way to do an in person exchange when I paid for shipping for a reason. My entire family and I will no longer do business with this place. They just lost 14 customers. I attached an image of one of the examples of the incomplete sentences they responded to me with.

Terrible store

I am long time customer, and needed a pillows today, and learned that they pulled MyPillow product due to POLTICS and and the FAR LEFT. I will never step foot in this store again! I am telling my kids and everyone I know to NEVER shop at this place again. EVER!

Going to try to cancel a company like my pillow for their beliefs? I'm cancelling you from me and my family's life. Not all trump supporters are invred hicks as on sure you think we are. I'm college educated and mad 135k ladt year. Of which I spent several hundred at your store. Now it will be zero. Listen, the Bed, Bath & Beyond stores are fine - but their online experience is surreally bad. I signed up for a membership a couple of years ago, as an alternative to Amazon. In retrospect, this was foolish as Amazon, for its faults, seems to actually deliver the products you pay for. Bed, Bath & Beyond's seems uninterested in that part of the consumer experience. They've been frustrating since the beginning, but the final straw was a shipment of Christmas gifts - ordered WAY back in November - that didn't arrive. I called in mid-December, spent a half-hour on hold, but talked to a nice woman who told me a replacement would be shipped. And then never heard about that shipment again. I just spent another half-hour on the phone with them, and the good news is that I SHOULD get a refund in five to ten business days. If they get to it, I guess. Downside is no Christmas gifts. Upside is I've finally learned my lesson and will never order from BBB again. You shouldn't either.
