Phone and price very good
A bit more communication when it takes more than two weeks to receive the item
Good service, had a question and they answered immediately, product was delivered quickly and in good condition.
The iPhone I received is just as described and the service and communication with Becex was excellent..
Keep coming back after comparing many other options for the best deals
Great watch for a great price, quick delivery. Perfect for my needs. Easy transaction, secure payment.
I purchased a new mobile phone. The order process was easy, price was excellent. Would recommend seller. Would purchase again from seller.
Item arrived quite quickly. Customer service was very good.
Phone good service good delivery good. I would recommend to friends and family.
Goods arrived safely. It took around seven days. It was packed nicely.
I highly recommend staying away from BecexTech Australia. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for a product that was supposedly "in stock," yet here I am, weeks later, still waiting for it to be dispatched. Every time I follow up, I get the same frustrating responses—"We'll update you soon" or "The warehouse team is still checking." It's clear that they have no real inventory and are likely operating out of a small, virtual setup with no real connection to any warehouse. The lack of transparency and the endless delays make it evident that this is not a trustworthy store. Despite multiple requests, they have still not refunded my money. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this store. You'll only end up wasting your time and money.
Purchased and paid for a tablet for delivery at Parcel Locker. Company mails back telling it is unable to fulfill as ordered. Request reversal and refund. Company dragging its feet for four days and now asking me to pay a "admin" fee of $30 due to their inability to execute. Note hardware has never left their depot. This is egregious Chutzpah from a business which has lost me forever as a customer.
The order was placed with them through Kogan and was supposed to be dispatched maximum on 14/02. Upto 16/02 They didn't send it nor contacted me. I contacted them, they said they didn't have stock and asked me to wait till 21/02. I waited and nothing happened. Then I asked for a refund. They asked me to pay extra and get the higher-spec phone and I should do it quickly before the higher-spec stock run out. I did pay extra. Then later I found that they charged me more than their listed price, and the postage was delayed because it was from Hong Kong not Australia. I ended up receiving the order on 28/02. Bad experience. I could have paid less and got it quicker if ordered from another supplier.
This is my last time buying from them or from Kogan platform.
I bought a new smartphone on this website and I am pleased as punch. Everything ran very smoothly, the delivery was even faster than it was initially stated. The phone arrived in perfect condition. Only positive emotions.
I Purchased 2 Iphone's from them. They have told me its brand new but they were just refurbished products with all after market parts like battery, camera, display. The phone were heating up frequently and were hanging. I would never trust them or buy from them again. Not worth for you money.
Product received in good condition and on time promised. Very happy with transaction.
Hi,
I found a iphone 11 pro max via facebook market - i clicked on it and asked me go via Becextech messenger to order phone.
I was told it would be delivered same day of purchase - said their paypal was down and tracking number was validating so i believe them - its now day 3 and i still dont have my phone :( please tell me i'm not the only one.
I've bought a phone though this website/company on black Friday and after one week of waiting they emailed me that we dont have the product in stock.
So I lost the offers on black Friday almost 400$ worth of discounts because of their unorganized business
*WARNING*
They tried to bribe me to delete my negative review. I can only assume that they've done the same for many other unhappy customers that they've ripped off. Read the other bad reviews! What happened to me is summarised below...
- Ordered was delayed for no legitimate reason. No accountability was taken by BecexTech other than to continuously blame the delivery partner (who they had engaged)
- Order arrived with a broken seal on the packaging
- Order did not arrive with the other items that I had ordered and paid for. These items were essential for me to use the primary ordered item. They then refused to give my money back for this order and tried to bribe me, saying that I could get the money back only if I agreed to delete my negative review.
I would never order from BecexTech again. I am trying to fight this situation, but I'm just the little guy against a huge company.
Very poor service with no contact number to call or talk to any customer executive.
It has been more than a week and there is no update on the order I have placed.
They only respond via email that too after 2-3 days and just mention that it's been processing but no update after that.
Very pathetic service
Answer: Sheer exhaustion from looking at too many phones on ebay and amazon. Should have stuck with ebay... more accountability
Answer: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DEVICES ARE FROM HONG KONG AND COMPANY TRIES TO AVOID AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AT ALL COST. I had my MacBook Pro that I purchased less than two years ago. This company did not respond until I threatened to contact ACCC and Fair Trading. They made me wait 15 full days to tell me that their compliance officer says they will cover my device under ACL if it is not physical damage. The 15 day wait period to tell me I was covered was a joke - especially how it is legislation in Australia. I went to the Apple store near my city to ensure my MacBook Pro was up to standard without any issues. They told me the device exhibited 'minor wear and tear' and that the issue would not be covered under ACL because it was an International Model (grey model) - I had to go through BecexTech to get it repaired. BecexTech wanted me to pay for shipping and send the device to their Melbourne store. It took a total of 32 days for my product to get assessed by BecexTech. BecexTech refused ACL coverage because the device exhibited 'extreme impact marks' and they wanted me to pay $760 for a repair. I contacted Apple who previously assessed my device and they stated the device was not assessed by BecexTech internally. BecexTech made the assumption without even opening the device or committing to a hardware test. BecexTech reregistered my MacBook into a Chinese name and took full control over my device and its serial number. I was dealing with Ryan for almost 2 months - he was pathetic and I am sure many of you have dealt with this ignoramus. He would refuse Apples official word that the device was not assessed properly and would force me to pay for the repair + shipping back to me. I provided him evidence that this issue was widespread and not caused by the 'minor damage' which was deemed at my local Apple Store which I was present to. BecexTech is a Chinese company - all of their names are aliases to fool you into thinking you are talking to an Australian. BecexTech continued to refuse me to a fair assessment under ACL and would not get the device assessed at their own local Apple Store. It was either me paying for the repair or paying for the return. I spent more than two months requesting BecexTech to reassess with Apple. They did not comply and continued to send repeated emails saying "I reject your notion" Australian consumer law legislation states that the damage must 'cause' the problem. They did not state how the damage 'caused' the issue. This company has been in trouble with ACCC before - you can look at the full report online. It is best that you do not deal with BecexTech. If I can convince at least one of you to not purchase their products I would be satisfied. There is simply a lot more that I can talk about but all I can say is DO NOT BUY from BECEXTECH. At least Apple offered to cover it because I took it to my store and actually explained the issue to them. They did a hardware check and spoke to the manager and covered it despite it was a Hong Kong model. It was that simple and you people couldn't even commit to that. Ryan and Zlatan - if you are reading this, stop copy and pasting your premade templates of "I reject your notion" and actually get a life. Your company is trading illegally.
Answer: Only by email and only one email per day so very delayed response
