Lacked communication in terms of delivery time. No delivery timeframes upon ordering and had to chase it up myself. Took two weeks to receive the phone from ordering. Product arrived in expected condition. Customer service did respond promptly but weren't able to assist very much.
Good reliable service
Repeat customer
Will buy again
Order was late, incomplete and defective with poor *******@becextech.co.nz.
For a month now I have been trying to get either the phone I ordered repaired, a replacement or a refund. I have sent the phone back at substantial additional cost to me. At no stage has Becextech ever initiated contact to inform of delays, I have had to contact them. There customer service phone line is disconnected so all contact is via email. The answer is always..." a few more days". That day never comes. I personally think it is a scam. Do not believe anything they say either on their flashy website about delivery times, customer service or there refund terms. Their website says 3 to 5 days, I asked for the postage to be refunded nearly three weeks ago...still haven't said they will.
I hope no-one else makes the decision to buy off them and gets ripped off like me.
I ordered a camera body and adapter from BecexTech. I was more than happy with the purchase price. Once the order was completed, I was continually updated with a delivery schedule. The order was delivered in a safe and timely manner. If I wanted to save money on a further purchase, I certainly would do so with confidence.
Good. Great price, product as expected customer service excellent. Could improve notification and tracking advice but not a biggie given everything else
Arrived on time and as per description. Arrival details could be a bit better.
Absolutely hopeless company. No contact details to talk to a real business and their response through emails is hopeless anyway. When ordering they say that shipment leaves within 1-3 business days and charge you a fat shipment fees but shipment never takes place as promised nor do they respond. Be careful, I will never deal with them again. Frustrated, I am looking to cancelling the order and seeking full refund.
Products arrive in good condition.
However, delivery took longer than expected - otherwise, all good.
Enquiries were responded to promptly.
They do not have anything in stock. I had ordered something last week and it was supposed to ship out on Thursday or Friday the latest. However, when I spoke to them today, which is Monday, they told me that it was processed and in order to refund it that they needed to charge me to $35, I'm filing a complaint with PayPal because the order has not been processed and they still have yet to ship it. I found out today that they usually dropship all of their products. That's why they have so much stuff on their site.
I ordered the new Black Shark 5 Pro a week or so ago and it arrived today. New in box, no flaws with all things purchased. The communication is a bit slow but they had shipped the device two days before the shipping email.
If possible I would give a 4.5 stars. Received the phone in pretty good condition was slightly dirty and there was a slight mark on the metal frame. One thing that I did notice was that the battery health was quite a bit lower than expected for a phone that came out in 2021, upon receiving it was 92%. Other than that works very well, am quite content with the purchase.
I ordered Sony Xperia 5 iv and in their web shop it was said that it would be dispatched in 3 days after purchasing. In fact, it was dispatched almost 2 weeks later after purchasing. The idea was to get this smartphone as soon as possible as it was not available around in my area. But it appeared in local retailer after 1 week I had paid so obviously I was disappointed. I won't be buying anything here next time.
I had ordered one plus 8 pro from Becextex and raised a return request within a day as I was facing issues with transferring data from my Samsung phone despite trying all possible options 20 times. The network of one plus 8 pro kept dropping when I was trying to switch. I requested a return the next day and after exchanging a few emails I was told it will a 15% restocking fee and no refund of postage. I paid $1200 for the phone and $73 postage and they only refunded me $1019. 15 after deducting the restocking fee, Thus a loss of $1273-1019. 15=$254 had incurred which is quite substantial I believe.
I purchased a new phone and received a second hand one, the package was not sealed properly, BecexTech had their tickers to seal it when I opened the box, the phone had fingerprints as well as there was no cover that protect the screen.
Also, order phone cover and screen protector that never received.
I was capable of discover the wisdom had to understand a way to step forward with a view to guard my loved ones. Thanks, hello. It's why I choose this information seek provider.
I bought an UNLOCKED New Samsung Galaxy note 20 Ultra 256GB 12GB RAM 5G LTE Smartphone Mystic Bronze on 11/29/2020. Today, I am on the phone with ATT trying to get this phone registered with their network. Since I bought it, I have been unable to register my IMEI number with ATT, neither one. However, the phone is working on their network. It's 5G capable. Since the 22nd of February, they claim, their network no longer supports 3G, so we must have 4G or 5G capable phones. My phone should have stopped working on their network. They are claiming that this phone is not compatible with the 5G network. It's working. I am still unsure if I am able to upload my files and photos to their ATT cloud. That is an issue. So, be aware of owning an overseas phone. Make sure it's compatible with your network.
Advertises goods not in stock then offers similar more expensive item. Paid for still not received yet
I purchased an Apple Watch from this company when I received it. The face was badly scratched so I sent it back. I agreed to have a replacement watch and when I receive that it wouldn't charge I don't know if it's a problem with the watch itself or with the charger cord that they sent but it definitely does not charge for $325. It's not right. I brought this watch through Amazon. But.Becextech was the seller, which I've been dealing with. I have included a photo of the first watch with the scratched face.
Very good day for you to join us is a new phone is my favorite song chi chi chi link🔗 to get the chance to get to know about it💯 to
I thought communication was slow, I didn't receive a tracking number until I have emailed twice.
I ordered a Google Pixel 9 XL and a case. But I only received the phone no case, although the case was only $15.00 it is disappointing that such a large company does not have good enough quality checks that allows orders to be posted when not filled.
Answer: Sheer exhaustion from looking at too many phones on ebay and amazon. Should have stuck with ebay... more accountability
Answer: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DEVICES ARE FROM HONG KONG AND COMPANY TRIES TO AVOID AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AT ALL COST. I had my MacBook Pro that I purchased less than two years ago. This company did not respond until I threatened to contact ACCC and Fair Trading. They made me wait 15 full days to tell me that their compliance officer says they will cover my device under ACL if it is not physical damage. The 15 day wait period to tell me I was covered was a joke - especially how it is legislation in Australia. I went to the Apple store near my city to ensure my MacBook Pro was up to standard without any issues. They told me the device exhibited 'minor wear and tear' and that the issue would not be covered under ACL because it was an International Model (grey model) - I had to go through BecexTech to get it repaired. BecexTech wanted me to pay for shipping and send the device to their Melbourne store. It took a total of 32 days for my product to get assessed by BecexTech. BecexTech refused ACL coverage because the device exhibited 'extreme impact marks' and they wanted me to pay $760 for a repair. I contacted Apple who previously assessed my device and they stated the device was not assessed by BecexTech internally. BecexTech made the assumption without even opening the device or committing to a hardware test. BecexTech reregistered my MacBook into a Chinese name and took full control over my device and its serial number. I was dealing with Ryan for almost 2 months - he was pathetic and I am sure many of you have dealt with this ignoramus. He would refuse Apples official word that the device was not assessed properly and would force me to pay for the repair + shipping back to me. I provided him evidence that this issue was widespread and not caused by the 'minor damage' which was deemed at my local Apple Store which I was present to. BecexTech is a Chinese company - all of their names are aliases to fool you into thinking you are talking to an Australian. BecexTech continued to refuse me to a fair assessment under ACL and would not get the device assessed at their own local Apple Store. It was either me paying for the repair or paying for the return. I spent more than two months requesting BecexTech to reassess with Apple. They did not comply and continued to send repeated emails saying "I reject your notion" Australian consumer law legislation states that the damage must 'cause' the problem. They did not state how the damage 'caused' the issue. This company has been in trouble with ACCC before - you can look at the full report online. It is best that you do not deal with BecexTech. If I can convince at least one of you to not purchase their products I would be satisfied. There is simply a lot more that I can talk about but all I can say is DO NOT BUY from BECEXTECH. At least Apple offered to cover it because I took it to my store and actually explained the issue to them. They did a hardware check and spoke to the manager and covered it despite it was a Hong Kong model. It was that simple and you people couldn't even commit to that. Ryan and Zlatan - if you are reading this, stop copy and pasting your premade templates of "I reject your notion" and actually get a life. Your company is trading illegally.
Answer: Only by email and only one email per day so very delayed response
