I ordered a new Samsung phone worth $1054. They took my money (billed by Julian Technology) then told me it wasn't in stock. They offered another worth $130 more which I didn't want. Numerous emails (14) followed back and forth for 10 days, each day with me requesting (then insistiing) a refund and their reply was to offer another alternative phone or refund.
'I am requesting cancellation first from the warehouse. Please bear with me as they are currently checking your order's latest status.' etc were the replies. Emails generally taking a day each time for an answer from them so this has been drawn out far too long already.
I have contacted Consumer Affairs and my bank as I still do not have a refund.
Extremely unhappy customer!
I have ordered one plus cell phone, it said the phone usually leave the warehouse within 1- 3 business days, after 6 days, I have not received any notification about the shipment, when I checked the order status, it still showing under processing, after I send email to customer service, I was told they will check the shipping department whether they have dispatched my order, one more day passed, no update.
I hope I could give this site a 0 star.
I received a DSLR lens as a gift. It arrived in terrible condition, clearly crushed during transport. Becextech had placed only a layer of bubble wrap around the manufacturer box before putting it in a plastic shipping bag. To make it worse, though the lens was supposedly coming from within the USA, it came from Hong Kong. They shipped a $1500 sensitive piece of electronic equipment in a bag... half way around the world! When I contacted them to report the damaged item and file for a return-they said it isn't their fault how the carrier mishandled the package and that I should file a case with the shipping carrier.
Australian customers please avoid this company. Ordered a brand new phone and it arrived with with a Chinese operating system. After sending it back, the company refused to refund, then said they fixed the problem and resent phone back against repeated requests. The issue was never fixed and after 2 months of dealing with them, they continue to deny any wrong doing and Im left with a $1,300 phone that can't be used in Australia. Don't be fooled by branding, this company has no physical presence in Australia with a fake local address and contact number and, scarily, total disregard for consumer prortection laws. Please search company name, reviews and ACCC and thank me later.
I am very please to get feedback to my concern and timely feedback. Delivery within the time specify and no damage to the package. Would recommend to friends who is looking for new and as new phone. My only concern is that they should state in the details if it comes with a charger or not.
The best site to buy everything. I discovered all I sought on this site. Each page has several goods and categories, making it easier to find what you need. This shopping experience was easy and enjoyable.
The worst retailing experience in my life. Do not trust these people.
They might offer cheaper prices but they are totally unreliable.
The use a delivery service called DPEX also totally unreliable
I am about to take BecexTech to Victorian Consumer Affairs and VCAT to exposure their practices.
One warning... cheaper does not mean reliability or good service. Do not use these ppl.
Most of the reviews they get are fake.
Can anyone give me an Australian address for this company because I am going to pay them a visit to nicely discuss them ripping off my daughter for all her $900 plus them having the phone, Of course in the nicest way possible, what goes around comes around.
I bought a refurbished phone from them online through MyDeal. They sent me the confirmation of order. The next day they said they had listed the incorrect price and I couldn't have the phone unless I paid double the advertised amount. They inferred I should have known it was a mistake and refused to send me the phone. I believe a good store would honour on line agreements. I was left without a phone whilst I tried to sort the issue. I still never received what I purchased and Mydeal were unsupportive, I will not be using BecexTech or the Mydeal site again.
BecexTech.com is an excellent marketplace for buying and selling goods. It has a solid reputation, is safe and secure, loads quickly, and offers excellent customer support. Other than that, works great, and I'm happy I bought it.
I'm taking these Muppets to court, accusing me of all kinds of stuff, paid $1100 for a phone only to fail a week later and they refusing warranty, I have no option to now sue for damages, not concerned as I've been here before with other cowboy companies and won with costs paid.
Becextech is an absolute scam, do not trust at all, send suposed brand new phones with quality seal broken and giving the run around when asking for refund.
Order recieved 5/4/2021
Im on a mission to tell the world to stay clear.
Also looks as thought there are plenty of good reviews around, through my research most of them are fake accounts.
BecexTech supplied a demo iPhone 6s with a bent back. It was a Japanese phone so was not covered by the Apple Australia warranty. The battery only lasted just over a year compared to an expectation of 2 – 3 years. After much interaction, they offered to repay just the cost of the phone if I returned it to them. They did not offer to refund the shipping costs, the cost of the technical report requested, nor the return postage costs – an extra $100. They declined to provide a replacement phone.
I ordered a phone from them. They sent me the wrong one and immediately tried to contact them. Via email, they responded asking for many items; of which i provided all i could. One specific thing was the weight. I had a scale from when i was with Stamps.com and sent it. Their issue was like 200 grams off their records. I later added the label and it matched the fedex label weight. They are continually fighting with me the item is not correct. My entire argument is exactly that. They refuse to refund and now they want to "alert the authorities" on me! I have continually asked them to send me a return label and they refuse.
So I bought a news htc phone last year, It played up on the first day, I went on deployment came back in the new year. Contacted them (they only do email), was told to send the phone to their repairer who by the way is not a HTC approved repairer. I get the phone back a month later and the phone is still broken(start-up software issue I think). I email them again and request a phone call to speed up the process. No phone call but "can you turn on the phone and hard reset it while we figure out what to do" and that is after my lengthy mail explaining the issue! I send another reply email and the response, "send the phone in again". My advice, find another supplier that actually can communicate preferably by phone. This email stuff back and fourth takes a day each way.
I am so annoyed and sorry that I supported becex. Poor service, wouldn't even give 1 star! Becex, give me my money back...
Stupidly I bought a phone from this company and instantly discovered that the phone itself had inadequate speakers for my use. The phone was bought July 24,2020. I finally got a partial refund today, the ultimate 'F... you' from Becex. I was required to send the item back by registered mail, which of course was costly and not part of the refund. Ultimately I spent $535 to get a refund back of $397 and the whole process took 'only' over a month. Worst of all, the individuals I was in contact with via email (you can't call these people) were very unconcerned with my issues over the phone and additionally threatened to send the phone BACK to me if nothing was wrong with it, and that would allow them to further charge me over $50! I am out over $100 for buying the wrong phone and choosing this company. Be warned.
Ordered 2 x Samsung S21 Phones. Waited 16 days for delivery. Tried several times to find out where my order was. Hadn't even been shipped. Was given false information 3 times even after expressing my distress & asking for a refund. Only reason I received my order was because I opened a Paypal dispute. Can't rate them low enough. :(
False claim of free return shipping. They will not pay for shipping.
Returns only allowed for first 7 days. Never heard of such online shopping company.
After that, they will claim that returns only allowed if the item is "unused condition" even if you find the item is defective. And Fees apply.
After 14 days, No returns, not to say free shipping return.
Good luck to you if you wish to buy from this company! It's a total fraud!
BecexTech.com is a great way to sell your products. They have a lot of customers from all over the world and they have a good reputation. The marketplace is also very easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to sell their products online!
It arrived promptly and I was required to sign for it which should apply to every delivery. However, to much consternation, a power plug and cord was not included forcing me to buy one online. This I was not impressed with at all. At the price a power cord is expected to be included.
Answer: Sheer exhaustion from looking at too many phones on ebay and amazon. Should have stuck with ebay... more accountability
Answer: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DEVICES ARE FROM HONG KONG AND COMPANY TRIES TO AVOID AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AT ALL COST. I had my MacBook Pro that I purchased less than two years ago. This company did not respond until I threatened to contact ACCC and Fair Trading. They made me wait 15 full days to tell me that their compliance officer says they will cover my device under ACL if it is not physical damage. The 15 day wait period to tell me I was covered was a joke - especially how it is legislation in Australia. I went to the Apple store near my city to ensure my MacBook Pro was up to standard without any issues. They told me the device exhibited 'minor wear and tear' and that the issue would not be covered under ACL because it was an International Model (grey model) - I had to go through BecexTech to get it repaired. BecexTech wanted me to pay for shipping and send the device to their Melbourne store. It took a total of 32 days for my product to get assessed by BecexTech. BecexTech refused ACL coverage because the device exhibited 'extreme impact marks' and they wanted me to pay $760 for a repair. I contacted Apple who previously assessed my device and they stated the device was not assessed by BecexTech internally. BecexTech made the assumption without even opening the device or committing to a hardware test. BecexTech reregistered my MacBook into a Chinese name and took full control over my device and its serial number. I was dealing with Ryan for almost 2 months - he was pathetic and I am sure many of you have dealt with this ignoramus. He would refuse Apples official word that the device was not assessed properly and would force me to pay for the repair + shipping back to me. I provided him evidence that this issue was widespread and not caused by the 'minor damage' which was deemed at my local Apple Store which I was present to. BecexTech is a Chinese company - all of their names are aliases to fool you into thinking you are talking to an Australian. BecexTech continued to refuse me to a fair assessment under ACL and would not get the device assessed at their own local Apple Store. It was either me paying for the repair or paying for the return. I spent more than two months requesting BecexTech to reassess with Apple. They did not comply and continued to send repeated emails saying "I reject your notion" Australian consumer law legislation states that the damage must 'cause' the problem. They did not state how the damage 'caused' the issue. This company has been in trouble with ACCC before - you can look at the full report online. It is best that you do not deal with BecexTech. If I can convince at least one of you to not purchase their products I would be satisfied. There is simply a lot more that I can talk about but all I can say is DO NOT BUY from BECEXTECH. At least Apple offered to cover it because I took it to my store and actually explained the issue to them. They did a hardware check and spoke to the manager and covered it despite it was a Hong Kong model. It was that simple and you people couldn't even commit to that. Ryan and Zlatan - if you are reading this, stop copy and pasting your premade templates of "I reject your notion" and actually get a life. Your company is trading illegally.
Answer: Only by email and only one email per day so very delayed response
