I purchased some nikon lenses through this company "apparently" based in Melbourne, AUSTRALIA. However, after chasing the delivery (don't believe their 1-3 days promise)... my delivery arrived from Hong Kong. Whilst the good were fine, and exactly what I had purchased, their delivery from HKG meant I received an import duty charge from DHL for several hundred dollars. This was never disclosed in their pricing or terms and conditions. After chasing them on numberous occassions, they are still evassive about this charge and I am now having to argue with DHL about the legitimacy of buying from an "Australian" business! Buyer beware... I would not recommend them nor will I use them again.

I sent Becex THE VIDEO CLEARLY SHOWING THE FAULTS but when they got the phone back they just said that they've found nothing wrong with it! How easy was that?
Best part - for me to get my property back, they now want to charge me and admin fee of $55 or a shipping fee of $35.
I would not recommend this mob. Lodging a complaint with the Ombudsman tomorrow.

My experience with Becextech AU was very long - and was further impacted by Holiday Closures, COVID and Australia Post delays.
Great customer support available 7 days a week but don't expect that from the warehouse!
I ordered product on 1 December and incorrect product left warehouse on 3 December
I returned the item with a provided Prepaid Express Post label
On 22 December Becextech agreed to replace the product that was incorrectly sent to me
I received the correct product on 20 January - however the quality of the item was damaged - more than I expected or paid for

On 8 February the warehouse received the product and finally on 14 February Becextech agreed to replace the product.
Compensation offered was minimal offering a plastic phone cover and screen protector
I eventually received the right product with the quality I expected on 4 March (original order placed 1 December)
Phone turned you but could hear and no one could hear me, other basic functions didn't work, lots of emails later I sent it back then lots of emails for updates ( non) I get a phone back with same issues

I had ordered a phone from their website and I never received it. (It got return back to the seller and now seller is refusing to refund me my full money.) My order was attempted to deliver but the FedEx never called or rang my door bell ring so I didn't know my package was out there. My pacakge then was later placed in Walgreens for pickup but since I was using nickname to order, the name didn't match my id so the Walgreens refused to give me my package. I contacted FedEx about it and they said it will be send back to the seller so I contacted the seller about it too after few days and the seller said they received the pacakge back. And when I asked them to refund my money, they said I gotta pay them fees because the package got sent back to them, for restocking fees and for shipping? When I ordered it, the shipping for free, it was in stock too and I had contacted the FedEx about all these fees if I need to pay them and FedEx said I don't need to pay anything but this seller keeps on insisting me to pay them random fees which I am not obligated too. I checked their website reviews and it was really negative too so now it all makes sense to me. I told them let's settle this at court claim since I know it's a scam but they keep on ignoring my email about it and keeps on insisting me to pay the fees.

Those people are total scam, some Chinese based company that's just being dishonest, rude and horrible. I'm lucky that one part of my order has arrived. I had to email them on every step to all what is happening, and they forgot to tell me some things are in shock. When I got my first item I sent them an email asking where my other things are, and then they told me some things weren't in stock and other things they just going to ship, can you imagine they only told me this 2 weeks after i made the order and only because i asked. I said I want refund for the rest and I no longer want it when they haven't sent the items my way, they said they sent them, but they couldn't give me tracking number or any proof or deadline, can you imagine. They told me they sent them with the regular post from China?! I told them that's not ok, I didn't agree on this and prefer to get refund and find this things from other place and they refused and told me just to wait for this things to arrive some day! A whole month and nothing has arrived, I will never order anything from this place again, I so much regret it. You need to really think twice if you care about your money.
After 4 business days, I emailed them asking for my package to be sent. I guess they forgot about it. It was sent from Hongkong, I thought it would be sent from New Zealand, as I ordered from a New Zealand website and I never saw international delivery.
It then got stuck with DHL, so I asked Becextech to find out why; they replied for me to contact DHL. They gave me the wrong contact info at first but did resend the right phone number days later.
DHL said they need the commercial invoice from Becextech and that my package says it's worth half the amount I paid for it (I'm guessing to avoid fees, or my product is refurbished).
Becextech then tells me I should have never contacted DHL, even though they asked me to. They said they would handle the issue and I could relax.
For many weeks, DHL would contact me daily saying they have had no contact with Becextech. Becextech would never say why and told me to relax every time.
After weeks of no change, I asked for a refund, then magically they finally contacted DHL and I got my package a few days later.
The risk of buying from Becextech is high, ask yourself if you're ok with a dramatic order process, or pay a few dollars extra from a more reliable vendor. I would have paid a lot more to avoid all this wasted time and stress.
Recieved a new phone (1200 bucks AU). Faulty and they didnt weant to refund or replace on the first day. Went off to repair and came back all scratched screena nd camera. Never repair. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND OT REPLACE ON DAY 1. Battery drains like crazy. These guys are Crook!. WARNING DO NOT BUY. Don't do it. Not worth saving 100 bucks over their website!

The phone got delivered on 9th of March 2023 and I received it on 15th March 2023.
While inspecting the phone I noticed significant marks and it appeared dirty and used. I made contact with you immediately and attached photographs of the received phone on 15th March 2023. After the initial reply and asking me to wait for further instructions, I received an email on 18th March 2023 outlining the process of returning the phone as well as a postage label. I used the label and followed all the given instructions.
I expect a full refund immediately.

Stay away from BecexTech they are miss leading and/or incompetent. This is the most frustrating on-line purchase ever. I ordered a Huawei p30 pro, order number *******. The order initially was impressive, a smooth digital transaction and all the the following communication was positive, big tick here, they are good at taking your money! It soon became a car crash. After a week I had not seen the tracking progress on their site or any email coms, so I contacted them, they have a very good support portal and are responsive with communication. I was told that the order would be shipped in 1-3 days and received my first tracking number. The next day I discover that the tracking number was incorrect, I contact them, they send me a different tracking number with a different company, now I am starting to think ok either dodgy, miss leading or incompetent. I ask them, are you sure that you have the product, they said yes 1-3 days tracking will move. I call the courier company. This is a real consignment / tracking number but there is nothing in their system. No sender information, No destination information, Nothing. The con note is blank! How is this supposed to work. We are approaching 14 days now and the phone had not even been received by the courier company. I contact them again, lots of apologies and promises. I give it three more days, still no movement nor does the con note with the courier company have details. Lucky I used PayPal, after lodging a complaint and a refund request my buyer protection kicked in. I got a full refund, lucky I used PayPal. I suspect they they never had the phone, perhaps not in stock and on back order. They were telling me they had it but never really had it I suspect. Its impossible for them to take 17 days to get it to a courier. After getting the refund I purchased from Catch, the phone was delivered to me in 4 days. You do get what you pay for. BecexTech are the cheapest for a reason. Stay away from this company

Answer: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DEVICES ARE FROM HONG KONG AND COMPANY TRIES TO AVOID AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AT ALL COST. I had my MacBook Pro that I purchased less than two years ago. This company did not respond until I threatened to contact ACCC and Fair Trading. They made me wait 15 full days to tell me that their compliance officer says they will cover my device under ACL if it is not physical damage. The 15 day wait period to tell me I was covered was a joke - especially how it is legislation in Australia. I went to the Apple store near my city to ensure my MacBook Pro was up to standard without any issues. They told me the device exhibited 'minor wear and tear' and that the issue would not be covered under ACL because it was an International Model (grey model) - I had to go through BecexTech to get it repaired. BecexTech wanted me to pay for shipping and send the device to their Melbourne store. It took a total of 32 days for my product to get assessed by BecexTech. BecexTech refused ACL coverage because the device exhibited 'extreme impact marks' and they wanted me to pay $760 for a repair. I contacted Apple who previously assessed my device and they stated the device was not assessed by BecexTech internally. BecexTech made the assumption without even opening the device or committing to a hardware test. BecexTech reregistered my MacBook into a Chinese name and took full control over my device and its serial number. I was dealing with Ryan for almost 2 months - he was pathetic and I am sure many of you have dealt with this ignoramus. He would refuse Apples official word that the device was not assessed properly and would force me to pay for the repair + shipping back to me. I provided him evidence that this issue was widespread and not caused by the 'minor damage' which was deemed at my local Apple Store which I was present to. BecexTech is a Chinese company - all of their names are aliases to fool you into thinking you are talking to an Australian. BecexTech continued to refuse me to a fair assessment under ACL and would not get the device assessed at their own local Apple Store. It was either me paying for the repair or paying for the return. I spent more than two months requesting BecexTech to reassess with Apple. They did not comply and continued to send repeated emails saying "I reject your notion" Australian consumer law legislation states that the damage must 'cause' the problem. They did not state how the damage 'caused' the issue. This company has been in trouble with ACCC before - you can look at the full report online. It is best that you do not deal with BecexTech. If I can convince at least one of you to not purchase their products I would be satisfied. There is simply a lot more that I can talk about but all I can say is DO NOT BUY from BECEXTECH. At least Apple offered to cover it because I took it to my store and actually explained the issue to them. They did a hardware check and spoke to the manager and covered it despite it was a Hong Kong model. It was that simple and you people couldn't even commit to that. Ryan and Zlatan - if you are reading this, stop copy and pasting your premade templates of "I reject your notion" and actually get a life. Your company is trading illegally.
