Ordered 3 lights and took 60+ days to deliver. When they did, they were not fit for purpose and could lead to fire and electrocution. They would not issue refund unless I sent back at my own cost of £245 and less their cost of delivery which was £57 meaning I would get a total of £86 out of £386 and the risk of them not refunding at all. They only offered a 5% refund, then upped to 10% and then after 28 emails as no contact number they offered a maximum of 20%. Absolute joke of a company so I received £64 and got to keep the lights which will have to be dumped as I could not morally sell or give them away as a risk of death to someone or damage to someone's property due to fire risk. Have never dealt with a more outrageous company and would never use or recommend them to anybody. They send you faulty products with bare wires showing and insult you after that with condescending offers. Please do not use this company.

I'm 6'1 and 235lbs and typically wear a U. S size XL in everything I own. I purchased a jacket (in a XL) that fitted more like a Kids size Large. I'm not even sure if the XXXL would've been big enough for me. The jacket also put A LOT of black lint, from the material inside of the coat, on my white shirt that I was wearing when trying it on. VERY POOR QUALITY, the Sizing is way too small, and I saved the best part for last; this site's "customer service" told me that they don't do exchanges or returns on items that were "correctly sent". Meaning, if you ordered and received the size you chose, regardless if you find out later that it was too big or too small, they will not grant you a return or exchange. This site is a joke.

I ordered two ceiling lights they arrived and as they were Glass it wasn't obvious about the colour they looked the same. Had to get electrician to fit them when they were turned on they were completely different colours. Got in touch with the company and they offered nr 5% said no they offered me 10% I said no they offered me 15% I said no they offered mr 20% I said no I want a replacement. They refused so I have taken the 20% as that is all I am going to get. But it must be reported to the ombudsman as you think you are dealing with a bonafide company and you are dealing with China. It's disgusting

I ordered 3 sconce light fixtures for a client from this site all of which arrived extremely broken. I reached out to the via email since they don't have an active phone number. After multiple correspondence they said they would provide a refund for everything when they received the items and would deduct a 70.00 return fee if I paid for shipping. Shipping was well over 60.00 per light (total for all 3 lights was 373.06) I still sent it back. I have yet to receive a refund and have already disputed with my bank.

I ordered a coat for my brother and it was too small. I could not find a simple return solution so I reached out to costumer service. Where I then was addressed as if everything was at fault besides them. They suggested I check the size chart before I ordered otherwise they were not at fault which they then claimed was a very high fee for return shipping and reshipping. I explained that even though I had measurements their XXL AND XXXL sizes did not show measurements for so I took a guess. They replied with "I can offer a 5% discount will that suffice" no it will not. Ordering online serves a calculated risk of items not fitting the way you'd wished. With this said the customer service I received was poor at best. I should have checked reviews before placing an order on their website which is my mistake, with that said this company is obviously making money off orders and scamming people into this bogus returns where they're making customers pay those fees which I said more than once I have never faced fees for an exchange yet they never addressed what those fees are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

Their garments are nothing like those shown in the photos. Size fittings are not standard (all very large). I bought a pair of jeans that arrived in a very cheap mid-blue colour with cheap stitching. The fabric is baggy. These jeans very clearly belong in a £2 shop! I was offered a 5% refund (1eur)... their policy is to not accept returns, so the best thing to do is NOT buy the item at all from this company. Very poor customer service.

Avoid - shipping package was damaged, I should have refused it at the time. I thought I would give it a shot. The light didn't work, despite calling a tech to install. Two other lights worked when hooked up so not human error. I requested a refund or a replacement light offering to send the fixture back (this was in June, it is now October). The return process was drawn out with multiple communication between customer, sales, support, and tech. To date, they offered to send a replacement drive at which I would have to repair the light or call a technician, 10% refund of the purchase price, or returning it at my cost. Quite disappointed as I was so in love with the piece

They say they are from the UK but they are actually located in China. I just order a Harry Potter vest and robe in both gryffindore and they only sent me the vest and it was the wrong Harry Potter house. I never got the robe that I spend almost $40 for. They also do not do returns they are scammers. They just want your money. I am completely dissatisfied with them and now I have an incomplete Halloween costume. These people are rude and completely unprofessional. I emailed them and they told me they did not sent the wrong item after showing a picture. I also checked what I ordered and I am correct. This site should be taken down completely. And I wish I can get my money back.
