I purchased a light from this company. It took 3 months to get here and although I emailed them several times not once did they help me. They gave me a tracking number that meant nothing. They finally gave me a UPS tracking # but I called UPS and they said they never received the package. People take my advice do not buy from them. Now I have to return it at my cost and hope for a refund.

We checked the size chart and got an XL even tho he takes a medium. WAY too small. They have refused a return or exchange. The fabric is really cheap feeling, as well. So disappointed. We do like the designs.

Ordered a light fitting - what arrived bears no resemblance to what was ordered (see photos). It is extremely poor quality.
Have asked the company to accept responsibility and refund me but they refuse.
Clearly this is a scam set up to take money and then say they have no obligation for representing products accurately.
Please avoid - you will not get a usable product and they will refuse to refund.
If the situation changes in future I will amend this review!

I learnt the hard way by not checking reviews. This company is no more than a bunch of crooked cowboys. Shoddy, poor quality products with absolutely no customer service. Zero refund policy. I had to eventually had to raise a dispute with PayPal.

I was shopping online, searching for pants in different styles. That's, when I came across some pants on their landing page with such cool pictures. I wasn't sold yet. I was just browsing when an ad popped up saying give us your email, and you'll get 30% Off. I was like ok then I'll buy the pants here since I'm getting the discount. When the order went through, I notice that the deal didn't apply; the only option was email. They responded by saying the ad only applies to new items. And then they ask should they proceed with the order. I said no, I only purchase the item because of the discount. Then they replied again we sent the things anyway. When the close arrives, they looked like Halloween material; very cheap, and they looked nothing like the pictures, I told PayPal, and they went in their favor. I was so annoyed, so they offer me a $50 gift card, not even half of what I paid for the cheap pants. That company is a crook. Everything in the dark must come to light.

Charged me an inflated price because it was Halloween season, it came after Halloween, despite me ordering it weeks in advance. They kept trying to offer me $#*!ty little 5% refunds to keep it. So I got sick of talking to them and took the $75 hit and figured I'd write a bad review so other people don't get screwed. Turns out the product says 5 stars on their website and when you go to look further, it says no reviews and doesn't let you write one. Is that legal? Also, a garbage product with terrible measurements.

I bought jeans that looked really nice on their site. Fitted, warn looking, ripped, looked like silvers. Got them and it's laughable. Look nothing like them and horrible material and baggy. I emailed and they say it's just my photo and that the colour may not look exact and they are fine. They look nothing like what I ordered! Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from them, learned my lesson. The photo of how ugly the ones sent don't do it justice, the material is awful and not like jeans!

Do NOT use this company!
I ordered a mens XXL t-shirt from them. The t-shirt that arrived would have fit a child only. They initially refused a refund saying there was nothing wrong with the item... Then after around many many emails they said they would refund minus original postage (WHICH I PAID!) And I had to send it tracked post at my own cost... Hence I wouldn't be receiving a refund, I would be out of pocket. When I asked for their complaints department they just repeatedly sent me the same email about returning at my own cost...
What a joke

So they took my money, 2 months passed, I tried contacting them during this time, but the only way to do this is via online chat with someone who only said "it will come " literally that's all they said, so when my clothes eventually arrived my medium sized mans shirt ‘barely fit my 8 year old daughter as was the same of my other clothes purchased and oh my god the quality of the material, the type of material they're not allowed to sell in shops it's sooo cheap so when I asked for a refund via an email address they take days responding to you, they refused.do not waste your money here because that really is all you will be doing

I bought lights from this website, which didn't come for 2 months despite the website claims 6-8 days. One of the lights had an issue. The customer rep said I can ship the item back to China if I want a refund. After many back and forth, they finally agreed to ship a replacement part on the broken light piece. Months later, nothing came, and Paypal dispute timeline has passed. Now I end up with broken lights that cannot be used... The company totally manipulate you into missing PayPal timeline. Whatever you choose to spend on this website, just be ready to treat it as a donation!

The clothes and products are like the photos, i love everything that i ordered there, arrived just in time
