Please reconsider purchasing from these guys. I ordered a simple light fixture a month ago, and I still don't even know which country it's in. The only response I get from them is please kindly wait.
I ordered a Tiffany chandelier for a total cost of $159 on Septmber 18th. It is now October 26th and I still have not received my order. I moved into a new house 2 days after I placed the BeautifulHalo order and then ordered several other light fixtures from other websites after my BeautifulHalo purchase and everything else has arrived except for my chandelier. I want an electrician to come install everything at one time, so the fact that I still have no chandelier means that I can't figure out a date to have him come to my house! My most recent update from the website was an email sent on October 6th saying my order had shipped. They included a UPS tracking number, but there have been no updates since the day the label was created, which was October 3rd. I tried the online chat with a customer service representative, but I just got a generic message saying every is working from home due to Covid-19. I recently got scammed by another Chinese company when I thought I was ordering 2 discounted couches and I received a small suction cup the size of a dime instead with the tracking number they had provided me. I hope the same sort of thing doesn't happen with this company! I would hate to have to open another case with PayPal to get my money back because then they are either going to think I am being fishy myself or just a complete idiot to keep falling for these scam websites!
UPDATE: It finally arrived on November 4th, 6 weeks and 6 days after I had placed the order. I didn't get an electrician to install it until months later, but he didn't seem to have any trouble figuring out how all the pieces attached even though the instructions were in Chinese. The chandelier has now been hanging in my dining room since February 8th and it actually looks really pretty! It has one small flaw, which is a black spot in one of the white pieces of glass. I have that part facing the back of the room so it isn't very noticable. I have decided to change my Beautiful Halo rating from 1 star to 3.
I purchased two chandelier lights in July. They were shipped separately. One was fine but the other did not have the crystals wrapped and they were disconnected and damaged. I have been trying since August 1 to get new crystals, sending multiple email requests. The last I heard from them they said to be patient. This was September 1 and it is now the end of October. I strongly recommend you NOT buy from them. My lights were over $500 and I cannot use them as they need to hang together in my hallway.
I ordered a pendant light, it took 8 weeks to come, then i got it but damaged one. I contact with them, they gave me 2 options: 1. Return item but i have to pay return shipping. 2.10% refund.
Do you want to buy a damaged light for decoration with refund 10%. They are stupid or smartass in business.

I purchased 2 lights from them that was supposed to be matching and they are totally different. I have now been fighting with Paypal and this company to get my money back after I sent them the items back. This is Chinese garbage at best! The lighting was made out of super-thin aluminum and doesn't even cover US electrical boxes.

Complete garbage! Scam compny. The reviews don't lie. The only reason it is not lower is 1 is the lowest score possible! Ordered a pull-over hoodie in a 2x(my normal size). It was so small I could not even get it on. When I asked about it they said I should have read the sizing chart. Ok they are right. So I decided to compare their 2x measurements to others sites. Well as I compared their xl, xxl, xxxl, xxxxl, and xxxxxl. They were all the same. Well my thought is it would have done me zero good to look before I ordered. I cant for the life of me understand why the have a customer service department! Dont buy from them. You will regret it, I promise!
I ordered two linen shirts size 2 XL, once they arrived i knew at a glance they were two small, they were labeled 2XL so i though i'd give it a try, so i took off the 2XL shirt i was wearing and attempted to put the new one on, the only problem was i could only get one arm and most of my head in it!,,,, It most definitely is not a 2XL shirt, i would guess its a medium at best, after contacting them the most they will give me is a 15% refund or i can return them at my own expense and the will refund me the purchase price minus an unspecified amount to cover the original postage costs, i'm willing to bet that's the entire cost of my order. Please learn from my mistake and don't buy anything from them,,,,, EVER
Vile people to deal with 5 months later finally able to return for a refund because the cheap copy wasn't good enough, material was see through! Constant battle to get a return address! Finally returned for a partial refund when quoted more absolute scam company please avoid if you want your sanity. Customer service is rude aggressive and just plain nasty
Do not order from here. Light came in box that was almost torn apart. It took 8weeks for the light to arrive and when it did the piece that attaches the light to the Ceiling was the incorrect piece. They kept ignoring the fact that it was missing. I sent pictures and emailed constantly. No instructions were provided as well. I don't know what kind of light bulb to use for this light. So disappointed because the light shown on the site was beautiful
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! After waiting for two months I finally received my light fixture but it was the wrong one. I opened a claim with paypal. The final outcome was for me to return the item to China and pay for shipping which costs just as much as the fixture did. PayPal should be ashamed for doing business with them. PayPal is just as bad.
DONT ORDER FROM THEM. It took 2 months for the lights I ordered to arrive. Asked Paypal for help sorting out, I ended up being asked to send the lights back, paid 80gbp in shipping them back... pretty much the value of the lights. RIDICULOUS
Been waiting 3 months, keep sending emails and same automated response. Never ever buying from them again
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Spend your money elsewhere I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants from them and I paid an extra $14.99 for expedited shipping. Before my order shipped I noticed it was taking a while for them to even pick the order. After waiting 3 full days I finally submitted a ticket to them saying I would like a refund. They waited to reply to me another 3 days after saying we are sorry we can not provide a refund after the order shipped. They are a bunch of thieves and deceivers. I live in North Carolina, my order supposedly shipped 2 weeks ago and is still sitting in California. Honestly I'm not even sure I'm going to receive my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They do not care about you or your order and they are scare to run their business. Not professional at all especially since they refuse to refund my money. Thanks for nothing Beatifulhalo.com
What you see is not what you get but as long as you are happy with 5% refund 2 months later... they do respond quickly, not best attitude but you get a reply
I waited weeks to receive to lights. I didn't realize that they were actually coming from CHINA! When I finally received them, they were absolute crap! Cheap, cheap, cheap. No instructions. Couldn't put one of them together. I don't know if the incorrect parts were included. No one should EVER buy anything from this place. Talk about cheap $#*! from China. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing and wasting over $200 on this cheap crap. I now have to go buy new lights and will make sure they were MADE IN AMERICA.

Do not even log into their website. There is no way to contact these people through the process. Some of items never received. Asked for an refund after waiting more than 4 months. Still waiting for my money back.

I ordered a light May 2020 and it is now October and I have not received the light. The tracking number does not exist anymore. They blame it on COVID-19 for how long it is taking. I have ordered from other companies overseas and received my item(s) within 3 months. They are a rip off. Do not order from them!
