I can say that bath and body work definitely cherish their customers I been a loyal member for years I'll go to them before Vicky secret but this past experience with shipping was a nightmare… I placed my order 3/27/23 and they sent updates and shipped my package I get an email confirmation that my package was delivered 4/3 at 1045am left at door which door bc it wasn't at my door so I proceeded to contact leadership and ho the package was sent through and they tell me nothing they can do call the seller I call bath and body works customer service and was referred back to laser ship to file a claim which I did I filed the claim and these people tell me it will take 48hrs for investigation first all I spent over a 100.00 what you mean investigation I never had this happen before so I called bath and body works customer service back demanding a manager explaining my situation with no hesitation they replaced my order and shipped overnight from Wednesday morning I got my package delivered by fed ex this morning I will continue to do business with bath and body works as long as they do kit use leadership no more
How can you beat the online sales and free shipping. Don't have to stand inline or worry about products be available.

Just received yet another order with everything busted and damaged. A $200 order that is literally useless. Every Wallflower refill is busted, the box has about two inches of liquid in the bottom to the point of the Wallflower plugs are ruined because they're drowned in the leakage. This is the sixth order I've received damaged, the second in a row that I've had to call about because the damage is beyond fixing and now, I don't even want a reshipment. For what? So it can come and be the same way? Call customer service, get a woman on the other side of the world who's dog barked nonstop thru the whole call. Ask for a supervisor, get told sup cannot be located, I may or may not get a callback by end of next week. Was told I'd be refunded full amount but also told no, i cannot have a confirmation email or reference number for the refund so I doubt that's even going to happen. They charge for shipping but then don't even have the decency or respect for their customers money spent on their products to pack the boxes with any kind of packing material. They just throw stuff in a box and seal it and send it out. Total BS. As much as this company charges for these products, which, let's be honest, are not the quality they used to be, you would think, especially when charging for shipping, they would at least pack the products to avoid total destruction in transit. This will be my last time ever delaying with this company. The rewards I have they can shove them. Absolutely no appreciation for their customers or their hard earned money that's being spent.

Last Friday I went to a Bath, Body Works store to buy some lotions that was on sale at the website. I noticed that some products was marked on the Website as online only but the ones I wanted was not. When I get to the store they told me that those items was on sale but just if I buy them online, so my only option was to.use my phone to buy online e get the items that was already at the store, at the store. So I had to wait long time until they process my order and I can get the items that was already there. IF THOSE ITEMS JUST COULD BE BUY ONLINE WHY WAS NOT CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE? WHY YOU MAKE THE BUYER'S GO TO THE STORE, SPENT TIME AND MONEY ON GAS TO FIND OUT THAT THEY COULDN'T BUY THE PRODUCT? The employees was realy nice and try to help me but they could do much and I just bought the lotions because they were very nice. I am very disappointed because I buy from Bath, Body Works for long time and never something like that happens to me. I have to think twice before I buy from you again.
They have good products and are very polite i like there oils and bodysprays, lotions, aromathery and they are not far from me
I had a gift card of $200 and only using it once then having to $106.01 left on the card. Stolen and used without my knowledge on December 21st then finding out the balance was $0. I decided to call their customer service line and I thought I would get at least some human decency. BUT NOPE, I was treated like it was my fault when I didn't know somebody could've done that out of thin air, so after being humiliated and no help at all then being LIED through in front of my face. Them saying "we will be sending you a E-gift card of $110 for the inconvenience in the next 72 hrs and since they could only go up by $5. I waited 4 DAYS and received nothing so I called the customer service AGAIN to ask for a card replacement and explaining my situation over again then being treated with the awful experience I'll ever receive from my favorite store on Earth. So now I have lost 106.01 that I was planning to use on SAS is now gone, so now after being humiliated and tried calling all my local BBW for help and at least if they give me a refund, I told them somebody spent the rest of my gift card balance without my knowledge then they have the $#*!ing audacity to ask "do you have a receipt?" in WHAT LOGIC could any human on Earth ask that... after I just said it was SPENT ANONYMOUSLY, I understand they have been having a lot of issues with online orders and in store sales but doesn't give them an EXCUSE to just do 1 simple job that a I ask and that's to get my money back. I'm doing them a favor and buying their products so wtf BBW? My favorite shop turns into my LEAST favorite shop on Earth and those small details makes a huge DIFFERENCE. I have pictures with the only receipt I had when using the gift card and the after result when I found out that somebody spent all of the available balance

I recently placed an order online, this became my preferred method for a few years. I took advantage of the after Christmas sale. Filled my cart with about 13 items. Then came time to checkout, I received a $100 gift card and used it for the bulk of my purchase leaving a balance of $14+ to pay with my credit card. The nightmare begins, I processed to purchase and it excepted the gift card, process stalled and I'm told one of the items is no longer available leaving a remaining balance of 6.28 after the gift card. I thought no problem I proceeds to checkout and place the order. I thought I was safe, I received a email that two more items were removed from my order due to availability, disappointed but what can I do. I was also told the order was delayed. I checked my bank account and I see that they took the entire purchase out of my account including for items they removed. I called immediately to get it resolved, I got hung up on twice, spoke to agent #1 she was polite and seemed to want to help. I said to her please cancel the order if this can't be fixed. She assured me nothing had shipped and they would refund the money to my bank and use the gift card. I checked my bank the next day see part of the refund, I called again agent #2 still very polite explained everything also adding that due to the changes to the order the giftcard one would have covered the entire order, she tells me they didn't add the gift card. OMG! I gave her all the info again she tells me I will receive a full refund okay. I check the account two days later and see the partial refund that they sent back was taken again to pay for items they were now shipping. I'm totally upset and called agent #3 I preferences the conversation with I'm very upset and I know it's not your fault and I don't want to take it out on you I'm in the service industry so please forgive my tone". I proceeded to explain again, and she told me she'd been doing this job 5 years, her tone was less then a joy; she begin to make excuses which angered me more. I couldn't believe my ears, I told her I was upset her response was "I need you to be professional " at that moment I
Raised my voice and let her know I am not swearing, I have not threatened you or berated you I responded I am professional I am upset." This chick tells me she can't promise anything because they are busy and that the refund could take 30days. I couldn't believe she had been with the company five years. She gave me 4 reference numbers. I'm still waiting for my refund. After being a loyal customer for 15 years I am done with this company.
