I have been trying to order from the website for 2 days but each time my card was declined. I knew I had more than enough to cover this in my account but still tried processing thru another card that also had alot in the account, it too was declined. I went to the bank to make sure there was nothing going on with my account and the bank checked everything and said no reason to be declined. Tried again while at bank and declined. The teller even used her card to see if it would take it and that was declined too. I used my card at the ATM just to make sure then came back to work and tried once again only to be declined. I then placed an order with amazon and everything went thru just fine so i called bath and body customer service and she offered to process the card for me, same issue, I even told them how the bank teller tried using her card and also declined. So 4 cards with positive proof that had nothing wrong and enough money in accounts were declined,
This is definatly and issue on their end. Waited 24 hours feeling that this was a website issue and once again declined,. I then did the "chat with a CSR" explained everything and asked if there was any way to send my order to my store to pick up and pay for there and the response from the human CSR was " its not our issue use another form of payment " before i could respond the CSR deleted the conversation and closed the chat. I have spent huNdred of dollars at their stores, just spent $75 there on sunday and love them but That was the rudest "chat" i have ever been involved in with ANY COMPANY! I will be contacting their corporate offices and i will not do business with them ever again if they do not do something to make this right.
After calling and getting the run around. I was on offered a 20% off coupon. Order was placed Dec the 8th and the was told by customer service I couldn't ask for a refund until Dec the 27th. I did get a refund and WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN AT bath and body works I understand the Christmas rush with the mail completely but Dec the 8th and I literally heard nothing until Dec 24th even with calling and asking I was assured my package was on the way and would arrive by the 23rd by latest. I was so upset being that it was for my daughter times are tough so I unfortunately wasn't able to replace her gift in time thanks bath and body works forever lost a customer and I've shopped since I was a teen myself I'm in my 30s now.
Hard to pick a fragrance when there's so many great smelling choices to pick from! Love their purse size hand sanitizers-always great deals.

I placed an order online 12/8/23. I received delivered email on Friday 12/15/23. The package was not here so I call customer service and they said to please call back on 12/19/23 if I don't have my package.
I just got off the phone with a customer service agent and he informed me that the items I ordered are out of stock. I asked why I wasn't informed when I called in on Saturday. That question was not answered. So then I asked for a refund for all 3 items purchased and asked for it to be expedited since I had to call back to the company instead of the company reaching out to me letting me know that the items are no longer available. The CS rep put me on hold then proceeded my refund without answering the question about it being expedited. Then came back on the phone and stated that he could not do that since he already processed the refund as well as stated that I am not eligible for expedited payment. I asked for an explanation but what he was telling didn't make sense. I also asked to speak with a new representative because I didn't believed that he understood was I was asking.
Next while on the phone he stated that I said I have received one part of my package (eucalyptus/ spearmint). I said no I never told you I received part of my package because I haven't received anything.
After that call I still felt like nothing was taken care of so I reached out to the chat option. I was sent over to a Mike. He looked at my order saw the refund was already processed, told me then ended the chat. I was not done asking questions before he ended the chat.
Overall I am highly disappointed in my experience with the bath and body works online ordering process and the lack customer service I received since ordering my products.

When I called back I was informed that the person who processed my refund didn't include the shipping price so they split my refund in 2 parts. Why didn't he include the shipping price as well who knows but that is what I would like to find out from an email response that I can't get because the email address doesn't work and the people over the phone are not helpfully in any way!
Answer: I used to think Bath and Bodyworks products were worth all the money they charge but now after buying my last batch of candles the fragrance has decreased tremendously. No lie.
