I recently joined this program. Did not realize I would be charged every month but figured that out. So, I used my credit to order a set of 3 pants, cost $39.98 and had some credits. Was not given a credit in return and was charged 3 times for return shipping, was only given $12.15 store credit. I would have kept these and gave to someone in need. I would have exchanged for a different style of pants but was not given that option. I think this is very poor customer service. I am a business person and I am very fair especially with shipping. Could have fit these in a flat rate envelope for like $6
