I just want to say,my dogs love their toys! It took a few trys before we got it right and realized the best ones for my crew are the super durable nylon toys. My Rottweilers love that they can chew as hard as they want and they don't destroy them. They know when the boxes come because the mailman leaves it on my porch and that's the only time he does. They all let me know when he's here and they get so excited they all line up by the window and watch. Thank you for making Rottweiler and pitbull proof toys. ND those snacks are great too!
Only includes their automatic renewal in the terms of service (would take hours to carefully read). Will not cancel or refund even when yup contact them same day and request it. Does not remind or notify you of an autorenewal coming up. Does not make it easy to find cancel auto renew button. Finally, super chewer not worth it - dog destroyed everything they sent or lost interest very quickly.
I've subscribed with this co for 6 months now. I have a golden retriever. 13 mo old. I feel the company is really trying to please their customers. My pup tore all their toys and swallowed some. I texted them and switched over to super chewer. My pup loved all his treats and toys. When my 6m subscription ended the last box came over a month late. And inside the box was a repeated box which we already owned. I texted the company again they immediately sent out replacements. I was satisfied with talking to them. They got back very quickly and made it right. I would recommend the co and products. Just be open and communicate with them.

It is nice to have the bark box come each month, both for the dog and its owners as I feel like we all sit around to read the theme and analyze the toys and treats. Sometimes the toys are a little redundant and the treats may not always be ones you approve of, but overall the experience is pretty solid. I do wish they had an option where you wouldn't receive toys that squeek. His favorite toy to date is the Bison!
Our dog Penny gets excited every month when she sees the bark box. She enjoys different treats and toys from this site. Wide varieties of dog food and toys to choose from. GREAT SITE!
My dog, Cooper, has been getting boxes each month for over a year now. He started when he was four months old and the company has been helpful making sure his box is the best for his age and chewing stage. We have never been disappointed in the contents of a box. We just added a new puppy to the family and have already ordered her Bark Box. Now, both dogs will love going to the post office to get "their" mail.
The boxes are great, they are always special themed and comes with a couple toys and some treats in a box. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because they won't let you cancel your orders. For example if you got a 12 month package you can't cancel till you have revived the 12 monthly packages.
