Your pit of luck they filed a claim and got reimbursed but you will never see a penny back. It’s a racket they make double.

Just contact them and let them know. They have amazing customer service and resolve any concerns immediately. Communication is key to everything.

Cancel your credit card. They will keep charging you even if they don't ship your box.
