Scam! They are a dishonest company who will steal your money.

They are legit. We've been getting Bark Box since November and absolutely love it. More importantly, my dog LOVES their toys!

Maybe legit in beginning horrible in 2025 customer service is non existent and incompetent. If something goes Sri g with your ship your just out of Luck won’t replace or refund even though they are refunded my shipper so they make money off of lost shipments

Amazing company with stellar customer service. They go above and beyond. My dogs absolutely love their boxes. We ordered and paid for a 12 month subscription in advance. High quality toys, timely delivery, soy, wheat and gluten free treats. Well worth the money. If you have a dog that is a heavy chewer get the super chewer box. We got the classic one because our dogs like stuffed toys.
