This feels like a bait-and-switch operation. When you sign up, BarkBox tells you it will auto-renew—but don't expect a reminder when your subscription is about to renew a year later. Mine renewed for another full year without warning, and when I contacted customer service, they offered no help. The product itself isn't worth the cost. My dog destroyed the toys within minutes. He rarely touched the treats they sent. If you do sign up, immediately turn off auto-renew. You can always turn it back on later if you're happy with it—but I won't be ordering again. This business model is shady and damages customer trust. A very disappointed Dog Dad (and Dog).
