After months of waiting for my package to arrive I finally contacted support who refunded my money, there was no apologizing, only my money back. Then I posted a poor review and they took it down. I wrote on their forum about it and they asked for my order number, which wasn't in existence anymore apparently because I tried to repost my review and got an error that I never bought that item. I told them I had already been refunded but that wasn't my problem any longer, my issue was that they took down a negative review. So who knows how many other poor reviews on items they have received and just take down. I will NEVER purchase anything from them, you never know truly what the reviews are. They never even addressed my issue about taking down the review, they just dismissed it by telling me to have a good day.

My package has still not arrived 23 days after it supposedly shipped and the Custer Service rep (Autumn) refuses to do anything about it. Horrible service that doesn't take care of their customers. Won't ever get any of my business again.

I ordered a few items from this company. It was shipped within a few days,,, or so they said. Two weeks later they send me tracking numbers. It shows the items have pasted customs and sitting for well over a week. I contact the company they say to wait a few more days, I contact them again in a few days they say wait a few more days. A month has pasted and they say still wait a few more days.
They have got to be one of the most messed up companies I have ever dealt with and will not be back.

I ordered clothing that is too small and they refuse to exchange it for the right size. Their customer service and after-sales are terrible. They claim to have EU and US warehouses so I don't understand why they can't have a sensible exchange policy. I see form this sight that I am not alone in my experience of this terrible company

I ordered goods on 6th November And still not arrived contacted them by email stating there terms were wait 25 working days which have now com and gone all they will say is wait another week Then what! Update: Bangood did nothing for me regarding different size shipped to me.
They offered 10.00 refund for a 42 dollar purchase. They lied, gave me the run around, etc.
PayPal, decided on my favor today. They are reimbursing all my money, but at their cost.
Bangood didn't pay for return, did nothing!
I only replied two Bangood three times, and PayPal saw where i was been right.
Mahalos, Thank yous to PayPal. Thank god i will never have to deal with this company again.

I bought few items from Banggood, one is screen protector for a Samsung S6 Plus the thing doesn't fit the screen at all. The second are few adult items for the bedroom and none of them fit and poor quality. Also the tracking numbers provided were no good. The delivery came from China not Canada as the website advertises. I haven't contacted customer service because the replacement will be the same. Update. For the people who say the low price matches the low quality that is not the case all the time. I bought from another website I use frequently and the prices are 70% cheaper than retail but the products are excellent and delivery within 2-3 days. It's just Banggood that is not good.

DO NOT BUY from this company. I bought five items from them... A Ulefone Paris Cell phone... they sent me a used one... When I complained to Pay Pal, they gave me a $25 credit. Two months later the screen is bad. They want me to pay them back the $25 and ship the phone to China. They say they will not replace the phone. They will only repair it. The cost to ship it to China is about $50. I bought a motor for a helicopter... The item was never shipped. Had to get a refund through Paypal... Bought some LED bulbs for my car... None of them work. They refused to give me a full refund. Only partial. Got a refund through Pay Pal. This company is ONE BIG FRAUD... You will get the same products on E-bay at the same price... Look up the product on Banggood and then buy it from E-bay. Always pay only through Pay Pal. DO NOT BUY FROM BANGGOOD... THEY ARE FRAUDS.

Disappointment. I bought from banggood an electrical appliance which arrived without some spare parts which I ordered and paid, When it arrived it had several minor issues and completely stopped working after only a few uses.
I was advised from banggood to buy a spare control unit for the appliance which costs about 30 % of the whole product price but it is not sure if this solves the problem. I asked a repair or good return and money back, this is what they wrote me:
"how could you prove how many time it was used?). So please do not place your order with us if you cannot accept the fact of losing a single spare part because we are not interested to argue with you for this matter. Please bother other sellers instead."

Purchased on a whim without looking at the reviews. Never again. They trick you by providing some people with the goods. My friend ordered the same thing within hours of me and she lived 3 blocks away. She got it in 3 days and I am still waiting a month later. Their tracking site updates telling you movement 11/6/15 on 12/1/15. Something fishy about that. Pay a few extra bucks buying it somewhere else. At least you can be assured to get the product.

Twice I have bought from this company and I should have learned my lesson the first time. Both transactions were problematic. The first items ordered were knockoffs of Ray Ban. I contacted the company and they told me I could returned them, but would have the to pay the shipping costs back to China - over $30. When I protested, they that I could give them away for gifts. I would have been embarrassed to gift something that I, myself, wouldn't wear. The merchandize on the second order was hideous. Both handbags were cheap looking, and I wouldn't wear them in the dark much less carry it in public. When I contacted the company, I received the same response that I did the first time. I will never buy from these people again and I urge anyone considering a purchase from them to step away and don't waste your money.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: Don't take their timing to being the truth. They take more time than they are suppose to. You keep trying to contact them, and they seem not to care or take what you say to their consideration. I'm sorry, but this site is horrible. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for.
