At about a week ago, I ordered something from this page due to the decent price. After checking daily to find out the status of the shipping, I checked monday to find out that my sale had been cancelled. Confused, I called the company to ask why. I was given know answer other than "I am not sure, I will fax this information and have them call you back. When I asked if I could simply get my money back, I was told this same message again. If I call the customer service, I expect to be given answers that I have as the customer, not to be told "I don't have the answers to your questions and I will have someone call you back".
I was not called back though, so I was forced to call again. The person I talked to this time stated that while bambuzo has the item in stock, my item was not shipped out because bambuzo's provider for the item did not have the item in stock. This makes absolutely no sense, as a company can not say they have an item in stock when their supplier does not. This means that I was blatantly lied to when I ordered the product and was told it was in stock.
The lady then assured me that I should have my money back within 24 to 48 hours, and if this was not the case, to email the company with proof of purchase.
This was on Monday. It is now Thursday, 72 hours later, and I have not received my money yet, or any explanation. When I email the company, I get an automated reply.
I am deeply disgusted and disappointed with every aspect of this failure of a site and I will not be shopping from here ever again. This is not a retail company, this is just a giant scam to rip people off.
Called a few times to change my order and they were always available and happy to help. Will recommend to my friends.
Pay pal had to get my money back from bamboozo as they never sent the goods.im not the pnly person this has happened to.
Never heard of Bambuzo.com but found them on google.com. I got my stuff in 4 days and perfect packaging.

Answer: Hi Caroline. Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Surprise surprise the very next day I got an email from Bambuzo telling me they have refunded my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Victoria

Answer: I would play it safe and shop elsewhere for the item. I found out through my purchase through Bambuzo that the site may say "in stock", but this simply means that they have a company providing them the product, and will keep this status even if the supplier does not have the product in stock. They are also really slow with approving orders, notifying customers on the status of their orders, and even giving refunds for cancelled orders.
Answer: Link to the Rest of the question and To Respond didn’t work. My correspondence with Bambuzo was alarming. I often wondered if the respondent could read. Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
