I got the wrong model of an item, (partially my fault) and bambuzo sent me a label for free shipping and the refund was in 2 days. Love their efficiency.
Like others I received what I ordered. I wanted to get another model. Called them up, placed the order and it arrived again in 3 days, 100% recommend.
Don't trust this company! I live in the UK, I ordered and paid for four Star Wars figures including post and packaging. Firstly when the BAG finally arrived the have put double value on it mean I had to double the duty on it. Secondly, with it only being in a bag there was no packing protecting the toys. Thirdly they only sent two of the four toys. I emailed there so called customer services which is not easy with the time difference, but they finally after a month of going back and fourth they agreed they were in the wrong and said if I return the items they would give me a full refund which was over one hundred pounds. The items were sent pack by ups parcel, ups notified me that the parcel was received by them, and since then I can not get any reply from them on the phone or by email. This has been going on for six months and I know I'm never going to my money back. I just don't what anyone else believe the bull$#*! of great service when they are just a bunch of con artist, liars and thieves.
There cheap for a reason, happy shopping means not using them.
Ordered headphones and got great customer service from Bambuzo's helpline when i needed some more specs. Just got them in and am super happy with my purchase!

CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A JOKE - ASKED THEM ABOUT MY ITEM STATUS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T KNOW. MY TICKET WAS THEN CLOSED.
NO HELP, NO FOLLOW UP AFTER CUSTOMER COMPLAINED AND I BET I WILL HAVE HARD TIME TO GET MY REFUND TOO.
I SERIOUSLY THINK IT IS BETTER TO PAY MORE FOR GOODS THAT ACTUALLY TURN UP.

This site, along with Skodot, are scam sites. I ordered a toy from both sites (which both have the exact same layout and confirmation emails) both toy orders were labeled as "shipped" and a week later I logged back in and they read "CANCELED"! This wouldn't be an issue, but they never informed me that my order had been canceled. Had I not checked I would have had some very disappointed kids on Christmas!
Do not, whatever you do, order anything from www.bambuzo.com (though, to be fair, the name screams "keep away").
I ordered an item and paid for 3-5 days express delivery. In total, I paid $200. 08. 3 weeks later, I had no confirmation email, no item and no response to my emails requesting information. Whilst I'm reasonable enough to accept that international deliveries take longer, an absolute wall of silence, and nothing on their website to suggest my item had even shipped, is not good.
At first all I wanted was news of my order. I could wait, as long as I knew what the score was. I emailed and used their websites "Contact us" facility. Total wall of silence from Bambuzo.
I had to post on their facebook and twitter pages before I had even one response. On Facebook messenger I received "What is your order number?". To date, the sum total of correspondence I have had from bambuzo.com is 2 facebook messages.
On the flip-side, I opened a dispute through PayPal to get my money back. Their dispute pages took me through everything I needed to know, and within 24 hours, I had my refund.

I was told about this place from a traveller. I lost some equipment and needed to get it replaced. It arrived overseas in 5 days. Shipping $6.78 usd. CHEAP and FAST.

I ordered a set of headphones from this firm, no automated status, or notification of any sort to advise on the current situation. I had to contact THEM three times in order to establish the status of my order. One month later, I was still waiting, with no unprompted follow up, despite them stating that it had been escalated to management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE USELESS. And the occasional review you see stating "Exelent service, 5 stars" etc... Is their marketing/PR "department" trying to repair the damage of genuine reviews...
I brought a pool from here and it was to small for my 10 year old daughter so I called to return it and it took a over a month just for them to approve my return label I went to the post office to return the pool three weeks ago and haven received my refund yet and I ordered this item on June 4,2015 and today is August 6th 2015 bot pleased with customer service or overall company stay away there not right at all
Made an order for a Chritmas present on Dec 3rd still hadn't received any shipping notice on Dec 7th, when I called they said they had computer problems and to give it 48 hours? Now I just checked and my order is cancelled. NO email telling me this, no communication NOTHING. This place should be closed down
Sell for what you have it marked and don't cancel for your mistake, Canceled my order saying product was out of stock then 1 day later raise the price and somehow it is in stock. Not good business!
I ordered the wrong item. It was shipped the same day (which is great thank you) but the reason for this excellent review is for the return process.
I called and talked to their customer service rep, he helped me open a RMA and they sent me the return label. (PREPAID) UPS picked up the product the next day from my house and they refunded me the same day.
Don; t see how this could have been better.

On July 28th, I ordered a tablet case with bluetooth keyboard for a SM-T520 10.1 tablet in black. They shipped a generic tablet case that was for a tablet that had no bluetooth keyboard, that was for a 7 inch tablet, in blue. They then asked me to ship it back and they woud immediately refund my money. Needless to say I shipped back their generic keyboard, I have the tracking number where it was received by them and their email stating that they would issue a refund. They still have not issued a refund. Their cutomer service is horrible and they do not seem to even know whats going on in their own company. Buyer beware and be ready to be scammed. Might as well flush your money down the toilet.

Answer: Hi Caroline. Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Answer: I would play it safe and shop elsewhere for the item. I found out through my purchase through Bambuzo that the site may say "in stock", but this simply means that they have a company providing them the product, and will keep this status even if the supplier does not have the product in stock. They are also really slow with approving orders, notifying customers on the status of their orders, and even giving refunds for cancelled orders.

Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
