Hi, I ordered an item from bambuzo and am a bit concerned as I did not receive an order confirmation email, I sent them an email to enquire and she checked my order no and said that it was showing as being shipped. I ordered the item on the 26th June. I have emailed them a few days ago to ask them to check that my correct email address is associated with my order and have not had a reply. I am worried that I wont receive it.

Hi Caroline.
Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Surprise surprise the very next day I got an email from Bambuzo telling me they have refunded my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I received my product, but when I wanted to return it I found that it had been purchased from Amazon with a Gift Card (not mine) and therefore would only be able to get a store credi rather than a refund. Tried several times by e-mail and by phone to contact Bambuzo -- all resulting in no response. I finally filed a claim with my credit card company and with Amazon and got some help. Very strange behavior for a mail order company.

You have been BAMBUZELLED. Contact your credit card company and report it as internet fraud. Your credit card company can help you get your money back. That is what I had to do. Only then did Bambuzo send me an email stating that my order had been canceled.

They are fraudulent company. I'm not aware what laws are in the U.S. But their activity is illegal. There are far too many customers who paid for the orders and never received them. I live in the UK and I struggle to understand how people are still placing orders with this company. I am still awaiting basic updates on my order I placed over 2 weeks ago. They took my money and no one knows where my item is! Customer service is pretty much non existent. Phone number does not exist. I am not sure what legal institution within the U.S. Should look into this company and its policies.

I agree with all the answers you have been given, give this company a wide birth, they messed me around for 8 weeks, had to make a PayPal claim, only then did they refund my payment, didn't get an apology. I will never use this company again.

I honestly received my package from them. I ordered a doggy step for my Weiner dog. I can't say anything bad about them

Caroline's spot on I waited more than 6 weeks for my parcel to arrive and well it didn't. Get your money back and save yourself the hassle
